(Hardcore doesn't count because of 24/7) Shortest Euro title reign was Jericho after WM2000 (lost to Guerrero the week after). Shortest IC title reign was probably Edge (the double switch with Jarrett in 1998). Shortest tag title reign had to be Cactus Jack and Terry Funk (stripped after WM14). Women's title, I have no idea.
