WCW/nWo Revenge for N64

I don't think I have ever played a better wrestling simulation than the battle royal mode in this game. Graphics on PS2 and Xbox of course are better, but as far as gameplay and classic-ness, wcw/nWo Revenge was the best.

Indeed. I loved all of the little touches they put in, like sting coming down from the rafters and La Parka with the chair

That's a good point. I always play that when I get bored. I play as Goldberg since the spear is killer for it. I marked for Sting coming down from the rafters.

The only gripe I had with the aki Battle Royales, is that the entire match MUST stop when someone new comes in. I wouldn't mind for someone like Sting, whose entrance demands attention, but I hate standing around waiting for Buff Bagwell to haul his ass to the ring.

that was one of the problem...but I didn't really care. You get three of your friends and just pound the shit out of each other.

If we are really bored, we turn off eliminated out of the ring, and put pins, submissions and TKO on.

I was always Ultimo Dragon or Yugi Nagata, sometimes Rey Rey

If the game had ACTUAL themes it would be a ***** game to me, but that hurt it.

<----always is Hollywood Hogan, SHOCKINGLY

(I say shockingly cause Hogans my all time fav. wrestler no matter what shit is said about him)

I always liked Glacier because that superkick just looks so cool.

Using Goldberg and a combo of his spinning back kick and spear was killer.

Ah, Revenge was awesome. Being able to stretch Hogan as Benoit was priceless. I turned TKO off, and stretched Hogan for a good 25 minutes. Then I gave up and pinned him.

No Mercy was the same thing, except that it had "focus on a body part, watch it get hurt". Being Benoit and stretching Rocky, making him tap out after 35 minutes of pure punishment. Ah, it made me feel warm and tingly inside.

That's it, I going to buya an N64 now.......

*Returns from Babbages*

They had used systems, but no Revenge or No Mercy. I'll go back tomorrow, and check out EB.

I should have never got rid of mine. Argh!
