Grrrrrreeaaaaat show!

Jake does the usual "holy shit, how many people can i send off in a body bag?" cool match :) and Fred being SJL champ... heh.

Fugue wins in impressive fashion, and so does the Silent One... though NOBODY saw that coming ;)

Renegade... whoa. I am freakin afraid of you, man... that match was excellante in the technical area and interferences. Makes you wonder what role CIA plays in all this.

Besides the no-shows and missing matches, it all looked pretty good. And the 16-man quest for the JL world title sees some people walking off... but not in that oh-so-pleasant manner! :)

Far far too many no-shows. It's clear to me at this point that the three shows a week schedule has not helped as those who no-show frequently continue to do so. I am most displeased.

I'll go over everybodies matches in detail later. Read if you want and if you don't I'll feel like Frost.

This is just general stuff. And I have faith that people will show King just give them one more chance.

Opening Promo

Hehe I finally got around to promoing about my dual titles and what happens. I start talking about the World strap. I like the way it came off as my character's confidence is growing which set up my first loss in a while.

Jacob Helmsley v “The Rising Sun” Y2K

Jacob was expected to win this one but can you guys remember that Y2K is sWo. Please write that along with his character. Other than that Jake writes a good match with an interesting little comment about being Canadian and his manager holding the world strap. I'm guessing there is some back story we'll learn about over the next 2-3 weeks. Good stuff.

Mike Van Siclen v Fugue

That stuff with Kivell was well done but I think MVS did it. Always good to see a new approach to something backstage.

I guess everyone got through to MVS about jobbing out. And if you're worried about keeping your heat something tells me that when you return you'll be getting tons. Now onto the match by Fugue which had some nicely written spot but as I've said before you need work on the ring psychology. Everything thing else including characcter development is coming all excellently. You'll be moving up the card very soon if you keep this up.

Sydney Sky v Kojack

I'm surprised Jack didn't write. People know this. Syd has a shit load of work. You can tell by the way LDP talked about her no show last week. I thought she would write but hey I understand your problems Syd. That said I feel sorry for you and hope you get the free time you need to write. Jack i hope your still around.

Poisyn v CIA

Well CIA writes a match and it wins. I'm sure it was a close call but you wrote my character very well at ther booth. It went down a lot better then the first time you tried this with TNT because you focused the commentary around Francis in the booth. It seemed like my character's opinions were important while with TNT it was an after thought. Props to you for winning against a great writer who better not beat me in our match.

Silent v Cutthroat

Damn Silent you gave him some nice offense. At first I thought he'd put CT over a little. Uh...nevermind, scratch that...how about you broke his little neck. :D Though funny you really didn't need that. Your character already is a proven badass and killing CT doesn't gain you anything [well us all laughing at CT which we really shouldn't be] except you pointing out this thing with Edwin which seems to be a lead in to the WF angle with Thoth. Well I can't wait to see what goes down but Edwin's ponderings tell the tale of a good storyline.

Venom v “Hollywood” Spike Jenkins

Spike writes a nice match as he's starting to receive more words to work with. And are you calling me out son? Are you calling me out? Tell me you're not calling me out...sucka

Thor v T-Bone

Thor no showed and T Bone goes against Rene in the next round. I finally get to see some of the Boners work and it impresses. You sold Thor's strength and size well which is the hardest part of any match.

Main Event

Renegade v “The Franchise” Mak Francis

As most people know I did no-show which sucks but I tried to add something to the show. It all worked out pretty well as Rene goes over clean and gets a decisive win over my character adding to the seeds of doubt already there. After all the talk and badmouthing of other wrestlers maybe my character isn't the shhit after all but time will time will if Francis is this federations newest Franchise, we'll find out. I'll ponder on this in my up coming promo which you all will read and comment on damnit. ;)

But seriously Renegade I PMed you about one or two little ideas and you turned it into a hell of a match that really put us both over. The psychology was bang on but I'll get into that when I go over all these matches in detail. Fugue if you want to see a match you can learn that from read this. Each move lead to something later in the match. He attempted and missed a Renebreaker early because it was countered. Then my character went for a Franchise Tag late in the match after already trying it once early and he countered into a believable Renebreak for the finish. Always bring a move from earlier back into the match later. The Poisyn and CIA run-ins went well and hopefully this will be the summer of M.A.K and I'll get a chance to face you before you get bumped.
