It was between him and Jackie Chan, and Jackie Chan tends to make a lot of movies that suck really bad aside from the action scenes. I'm talking about Total Recall, Predator, Terminator 1 & 2, True Lies and The Running Man. Those were HUGE action movies that no other "action actor" has come close to making. Those were HUGE action movies that no other "action actor" has come close to making. i might have to change my vote after reading some of these replies. i did choose jackie chan originally because i love most of his movies and because he does do his own stunt work which is pretty fucking crazy sometimes. arnie has been in so many huge action movie and true lies is probably my favourite actio movie.
