Guest bob_barron Posted July 3, 2002 Report Posted July 3, 2002 The ending of last night's Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle match in Boston ended up being re-taped after all the fans had left the building. They put employees in to fill in the first row or two on one side and shot tight, and if they use the new footage, I guess they'll have to edit in fake crowd noise because there was no noise at all. Apparently the timing of the finish wasn't right (you can look at the spoilers if interested), although the basic finish itself wasn't changed.

The hate was there. Undertaker: We did the finish, but there's some people that aint crazy brave, so we went out there, and we did it again..only this time, there were two rows full instead of....the lower section, people... Angle: So, I was backstage when Vince says, "Kurt, we gotta redo the finish. And I said, "I hate the Undertaker, and he really hurt me. Tell me what to do to him."
