The One and Only Triple H jobbed clean thread

There's absolutely no purpose to this thread other than to enjoy the intrinsic joy of being a HHHater...It's good to know that after being flown halfway across the world, away from the TV cameras and suffering from jet lag, he'll lay down for the Rock clean. How ironic.

But why am I the first person to bring this up? So much fodder here, people!

Wait, Rocky beat HHH clean in Aussie land? Am I hearing this right? :o :o :o

NO, you see, it was a triple threat match with Brock Lesnar!

...not that it's really an excuse, but still :)

I would say Jericho Vs. HHH when Jericho "won" the title, but it was a fast count, so....

Have the full results from the Australian tour been posted yet? I don't even know what any of the matches were... but I'd call a Triple Threat pretty clean, unless it was like Brock used a chair on him and then Rock caught HHH in a Rock Bottom or something.

Superstar, the only rebuttal I have to that is the fact that they had no choice but to do the Rock Bottom finish on HHH, which makes me happy. I imagine The Lame is sulking all the way back to the States...

What's Paul to do? he's only got two weeks to get that job back before Rock leaves!

It was a house show. In goddamn AUSTRALIA!

So, it doesn't count, right? :P

It won't count until a year from now when HHH reminds management of it and demands a clean win over Brock for the title :D

Haven't you learned yet? It wasn't mentioned because then nobody could bitch about HHH "holding down the talent".

I'm sure if Edge beats Jericho then the whole damn board will be in this big uproar because Jericho's getting de-pushed and THEN they can bring HHH into it to blame for it. Because HEAVEN FORBID, something go bad in wrestling and HHH not be responsible.

Edge did beat Jericho <_<. Like I said: he even jobs overseas. Although it's almost a lock that he should win at Summerslam.

Yeah. Way to go HHH putting over that upcoming talent, the Rock, in such a huge and important event.

Remember when he put over that young up and comer, Stone Cold, in that No Contest by falling 40 feet to his death? And No selling it weeks later?

I just got back from the WWE GLobal Warning show in Melbourne. The show was great overall, with quite a few matches changed from the originally announced card.

The show opened with Stephanie addressing the crowd and welcoming us to the WWE. Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar then made their way to the stage to brag about being the reason that Hulk Hogan didn't make the trip down under.

Stephanie then announced the first wrestler to be taking part in some in-ring action, Rikishi, who she danced with briefly in the aisle.

The match was then announced as a Kiss My Ass Match and Rico came out to face Rikishi. Rikishi defeated Rico easily with a Samoan drop then went on to give him the Stinkface. Afterwards Rikishi pulled a couple of young boys into the ring from the crowd and danced with them.

Next up Mark Henry and Randy Orton defeated D-Von and Batista. The crowd weren't into this match too much, but Henry received quite a lot of pops during the match.

Jamie Noble, with Nidia retained his Cruiserweight title when he defeated The Hurricane next. Noble won by rolling up Hurricane while his legs were on the ropes.

Next up Billy and Chuck came to the ring with Rico once again. Their opponents were revealed as Chavo and Hardcore Holly, who stopped at the top of the ramp and motioned to the back, where Maven came to the ring with them. Billy and Chuck were playing up the gay angle BIG TIME with Billy enjoying HCH locking him up from behind just a little too much :) HCH & Chavo got the win...can't remember how though.

Test came out next to a surprising pop, which soon turned to boos when he let us all know how much Australia sucked. His opponent Kurt Angle came out and said how much Australia was like America and said when he insulted Australia, he insulted him. It was kinda weird really since Canadians and Aussies are thought to be very similar people.

During the match Angle went to toss Test from the top rope, but Test slipped and fell to the outside in what looked like nasty fall. Angle went on to win after an Angle Slam when Test missed a chair shot..

After an intermission Michael Cole came to the ring and announced that attendance records had been broken for Colonial Stadium (well, it was pretty obvious really since there aren't normally chairs all over the football oval).

Next up was a tag team title match in which Christian and Storm kept their belts after defeating Billy Kidman and Rey Mysterio. Mysterio got a massive pop from the crowd and the pair pulled off some great tag team moves.

Chris Jericho came to ring next and looked to be very popular until Edge's entrance blew the roof off the place. Edge came to the ring with a video camera and Jericho was getting very pissed off at the "You are a wanker" chants he was getting. Edge won after a great match, causing Jericho to throw around the ring stairs and toss a chair at Edge, which he sat in and waved Jericho goodbye.

The Big Valbowski came to the ring to announce the Bra & Panties match competitors, Torrie Wilson & Stacy Kiebler. Stacy was the more popular of the two, but even some interference from Nidia couldn't stop Torrie from defeating her. Val made the obvious "Down Under" joke, which brought a smile to Torrie's face and they left arm in arm.

And finally, the no holds barred triple threat match for the Undisputed Title between Brock Lesnar, Triple H and the Rock. Rock and HHH teamed up for a while, but HHH soon turned on Rock. HHH was busted open during the match by Brock. Rock knowcked Lesnar to the outside and pinned HHH after a Rock Bottom to keep the title.

After the match Heyman came into the ring and attacked Rock, but was soon on his knees begging them not to hurt him. Rock and HHH played around with him for about five minutes before he received a Pedigree from HHH. Rock went to walk to the back but HHH stopped him and Rock gave him a People's Elbow, borrowing HHH's elbow pad to toss to the crowd as he had already done the move earlier. HHH then went to walk off, but Rock called him back in and HHH then gave Heyman the People's Elbow to the crowd's delight. Both men celebrated for a while longer before Rock got on the mic and said how great it was to be in Australia.

Biggest pops:

Rikishi (just because he was the first wrestler to the ring)

Rey Mysterio

Triple H

Rock

Biggest Heat:

Lesnar & Heyman

Test

Jericho

This has been the Taker Mark™

I am ok with Taker getting his "Franchise" win at WM against HHH. This was before I hhhated (haha) Trips, and was in my, "Taker is a waste," faze. But since Taker has stayed loyal, I feel he deserves the WM wins until he hopefully ends his career at a WM. It really is his legacy.

On a "Smarks HHHATE HHH" not, there is a really cool/interesting column over at 411 about Trips. I suggest you read it.

NO! BROCK GOT BOOS in an UNCIVILIZED COUNTRY.

<hands him the title and walks off crying ala HBK at IYh 4>

Brock got Heel Heat? Did he come to the ring riding on a kangaroo or something?

Remember when HHH was squashed by Ultimate warrior at WM 12?

In retrospect, that was so awesome.

Triple H wrestles? Wow, I almost forgot he did that, you know, with all the bullshit he does every week.

That's bullcrap Rikishi got the biggest pop, I was there last night and it was

1. Rocky

2. HHH

3. Edge/Angle

4. Rikishi

Heat was

1. Jericho

2. Brock for meantioning Hogan not coming

3. Test after bagging Australia

HHH jobbed clean in the match, no Brock or Heyman tricks, he just turned around and Rock Bottom and Rocky got the pin. There was also boring chants during Billy/Chuck vs. Chavo/Holly and believe me they were well deserved as the amount of rest holds was inexcusiable.

Yeah.. Brock gets heel heat.. I bet that gets under the skin of the BrockHaters. ;-)

Dude he got it for mentioning HOGAN. He didn't even do it himself. Plus, he got it in Austrailia. That doesn't change the fact that the crowds over here still don't give a damn.

Guest LesnarLunatic
Posted

Uh huh..

you treat mentioning Hogan like cheap heat. I guess it is if you wanna take another shot at Brock.

As for this country.. he's getting heel heat. He has had problems so far, he didn't convincingly beat RVD for a blowoff, he had to cheat to beat most people, and Heyman tries to get himself more over than Brock.

All that does take away from Brock's heat. Heyman going "I made RVD" doesn't help Brock, hell, most fans are confused by that. That's just Heyman getting himself more over at Brock's expense.

The WWE cannot book monster heels correctly, they never could and they never will.

Guest TheZsaszHorsemen
Posted

What i meant is he got it, not from in ring action or his character. he got it by mentioning Hogan, and the fans were already pissed about that.

So really he didn't get heat so much as make them more angry about Hogan.

Guest LesnarLunatic
Posted

I'm sure if you make enough exceptions, nobody ever gets heel heat.

Brock has been handled poorly by the idiot WWE writers, that is one thing.
