Guest alfdogg Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Haven't you learned yet? It wasn't mentioned because then nobody could bitch about HHH "holding down the talent". I'm sure if Edge beats Jericho then the whole damn board will be in this big uproar because Jericho's getting de-pushed and THEN they can bring HHH into it to blame for it. Because HEAVEN FORBID, something go bad in wrestling and HHH not be responsible. If you can't add anything without bitching, why don't you go back and beat off to your puro some more, stupid fuck.

You shouldnt flame-bait. But anyway HHH jobbed clean infront of almost 60'000. That has got to count!
Guest OlympicHeroY2J Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Listen, why is this Triple H jobbing thing such a big deal ? It's not like he jobbed to a John Cena or a Randy Orton or a Chris Jericho or a Edge. It's not like HHH jobbed to someone who could use the push to establish themselves further. He lost to the Rock. The biggest damn star in the entire company. Triple H doesn't need to worry about the Rock taking his spot because the Rock is at a whole other level in the WWE. Now, if he were to lose to RVD or Edge, or hell, even Kurt Angle, it would have the CHANCE to bring that guy up to his level, thereby taking attention away from HHH. I don't hate HHH as much as you guys do, but jeezus, how much credit could you claim to give to him ? He lost to the friggin top guy in the company. When most people lose to the Heavyweight Champion, it's normal business. But when Triple H does it, he's supposed to be congratulated ? Screw that !
Guest claydude14 Posted August 11, 2002 Report Posted August 11, 2002 Remember when HHH was squashed by Ultimate warrior at WM 12? In retrospect, that was so awesome. The Ultimateness that is The Ultimate Warrior stood up from a pedigree, a move that's won HHH world titles, so it's safe to say that if The Ultimate Warrior ever came back he'd be UNSTOPABLE. The reason he lost to Hulk Hogan in WCW was because he was called The Warrior and was therefore not Ultimate. Right?

Guest alfdogg Posted August 12, 2002 Report Posted August 12, 2002 You shouldnt flame-bait. OK, Jerome.
Guest Austin3164life Posted August 12, 2002 Report Posted August 12, 2002 Oh boy, another Triple H hating thread. While I agree that Triple H doing a clean job to the Rock isn't really a big deal, I also have to agree that everything that goes wrong in wrestling does NOT revolve around Triple H. It's probably fun to have a scapegoat to constantly blame all of the WWF's problems on, yet it's a TIRESOME and unethical trait that has become a bad habit of this board. Yes, I used to mark for Triple H and I am not very fond of his talents now (compared to 00-01), but the HHHating cult has to tone down sometime.
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted August 12, 2002 Report Posted August 12, 2002 Hey, if Triple H and the rest of the people over at Titan have the right to blame Jericho, RVD, etc, for the ratings and "bad" business then we have the right to blame Triple H for everything. Right?
