My Thoughts On Bad Blood

Recommended Posts

Guest Nunzio Cardozo

All eyes were on Bad Blood 2003. Not only was it the first brand pay-per-view, but it also had to live up to the benchmarks of my favorite PPV of all time: Judgment Day 2003. The burning question on everyone's mind is, "Well, did it?" Rest your fears. Although it may never stand the test of time that Judgment Day 2003 will, Bad Blood 2003 was still a stand-out pay-per-view; it's on my top ten list for sure.

Vince and Co. started off the show with the Dudley Boyz v. Nowinski/Mack. WHAT A HOT OPENER! This got me pumped up, and from the sound of it, the crowd was way into it too. I give this match 3 stars.

Next up we had the battle for Stacy, who was looking DAMN FINE in that dress. Scott Steiner demonstrated his keen sense of ring psychology by making it seem like he tripped up when lunging at Test from the apron. Whilst the crowd and the viewing audience at home was busy ridiculing him, he used this distraction to his advantage by taking out Test, giving him an early lead that led to his victory and the glory of Stacy's services. CAN SOMEBODY SAY ORAL?!?!?!

Christian v. Booker T was third on the card, and what a match this was. I could not believe my eyes. Booker T should have won though, because his spin-a-rooni is better. 4 stars and we could be looking at Match of the Year.

Kane/RVD v. La Resistance. I was so excited by the hype that I took advantage of my sweaty palms to masturbate throughout the duration of this matchup. The glory of self-induced ejaculation was enhanced by La Resistance winning the belts. 4 stars.

Jericho v. Goldberg. DID YOU SEE THE RING BARRIER BREAK? I nearly lost it when that happened.

Shawn Michaels v. Ric Flair was so old-school. Then they made it new-school by having the table spot. This is another possible MOTY, IMO. Lived up to the hype in every way. Every way. 5 MUTHAFUCKIN' STARS.

Hell in a Cell. Where do I begin? Mick Foley's bump off the ring apron into the cage was THE SICKEST SHIT I'VE EVER SEEN. This was by far the best Hell in a Cell ever, possibly the best match ever.

Throughout the show we, the viewing audience, were treated to hilarious skits involving witty banter between Eric Bischoff and Stone Cold "WHAT" Steve Austin. When Stone Cold kept saying that Bischoff likes mature women, I was like, "What?" (no pun intended, roflmao) HE TOOK ME BY SURPRISE WHEN HE BROUGHT OUT MAE YOUNG! The pig pen was creative as all hell. Props to Vince for staying creative even when market conditions don't require it.

Well, all in all, this was a damn good PPV, but no Judgment Day 2003. Bring on Vengeance!

Tremendous posts all around. No reason to ban this guy, he's obviously just mocking the product in a new way. I support this.

Ah, I'm having a Wrestling Uncensored flashback... er, wait no. That's just a flashback from an LSD hit I took 6 months ago.

I got a good chuckle out of this guy's post. Could he possibly become more entertaining in his reviews than Dean? (shudders)

Yes, I am a fan of Nunzio's.

And I didn't think he would last this long. Proved me wrong.

Hey, check it out! This is a review of a PPV by Downhome--through the eyes of Anglesault!

Kidding...the dripping sarcasm is a cool edge. Pretty funny.

It's funny and entertaining, but it doesn't belong in the WWE folder. It does nothing but make this place look like that much more of a joke.

Oh God, after reading this again it reminds me of a website I found one day. It was of this guy who posted crazy reviews all of the time, both for current PPVs and classic PPVs, and lots of other stuff.

Do any of you know what I'm talking about?

Nunzio is right, this hell in a cell was def. the best. it even beats out Rakishi's sick drop of the cage during the 6-man HIAC, which was into the bed of a truck! Foley flying into the cage must be the sickest spot hes ever taken. Definatly an amazing match. MOTY for sure.

... alright, that's not funny. One blind mark gimmick poster is enough. We DONT need two

Tony Tulips is on this board? WTF?! Last time I saw this guy he had a face full of Carlotta puss. Don't know what I'm talking about? Don't matter.

But seriously, only one gimmick poster per thread.
