Once the scavenger round is up, I will make that call. -

I'm fairly sure we're not allowed to split up teams or trios in any way. That is correct. Also, there are no limits placed upon the number of trades one can make. -

I would rather people keep all potential transactions private. If somebody wants once of your talents, then they will contact you. -
I got a free copy of 'The Wrestling Tribune' by Eric Cmiel (out of Buffalo) in the mail, of which I subsequently subscribed and, thus, began my indefinite run as a smart fan, where he was talking about Rhodes playing the Goldust character, in early September or so of that year, so I was clued in early on. I didn't notice that it was him during the first vignette, but I don't really know if I was paying close attention either.

You forgot "The Undertaker" delivering a Domino's pizza to Leslie Nielsen during those awful skits that were intended to generate interest in the return of The Undertaker at that show. Remember the outdated Naked Gun madness that went down in the wake of the O.J. double-homicide charges? No, Domino's didn't sponsor the event- Domino's delivered SummerSlam live on pay-per-view! Yeah, Stridex sponsored at least two SummerSlam events.

Tcyo as well, maybe? Milton Bradley Karate Fighters?

Ha, I remember when WWE started having that company as a sponsor in 1997 for Summerslam I think. I remember an ad from 95 with King Kong Bundy, so it may have started around that time.

John Cena having major neck problems
PILLS! PILLS! PILLS! replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in The WWE Folder
Bitch, please.... Was that really necessary? He's entitled to his opinion, like everyone else. Yes. Everything he said was bullshit. Everything. You're right. Cena, Kane, JBL and anybody else who has main evented this year will probably be working the indies by the time WrestleMania rolls around. Hey, they might even get to sleep on your couch! -
No Stridex sponsors? Oh well, there's always next year.

Paid in the "offseason" has nothing to do with it. A star of Morishima's calibur earns more and pays little when on the road. And WWE would never be able to afford him the kind of money and perks that NOAH does right now. They would never be able to justify it.

I like this. I say that if anybody is interested trading that they can whomever they want via PM. Once you have worked something out, I need a PM from both parties. Once the transactions are completed, I will make the announcement. Also, there will be no restrictions placed upon on these transactions. You can trade as many people as you want, and it doesn't have to be an even number of talent. Any additional questions or comments are welcome. The window for trading will be opened once the "scavenger round" is completed. -
I'm sure that it pains Morishima that he won't be taking a pay cut to work for WWE any time soon.

Depends how many people really want to trade. -
I just remember watching the vignettes and wondering if Dustin Rhodes was actually going to wrestle with a wig on. The question was answered at this show.

I know exactly what you are talking about. Literally, from personal experience. But the reality is that movie theater companies make dick off of ticket sales and depend, very heavily, on concession sales to stay in business. -

Sorry for destroying your dreams, but, for what it's worth, Regal and Benoit together is still the kind of thing that I would kill to have on my roster. Moving on... On behalf of OOG: "The British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith! Comment: What with Bret Hart on his roster this can only mean good things. -
Where is Perry nowadays ? I think that he is working at a car dealership, but don't quote me on that one.

I always like to refer to cancer as "the" cancer. With a Yonkers accent.

That reminds me of a RAW taping I was at where I coaxed a bunch of pre-teens into screaming how much Todd Grisham needed to die. Actually that doesn't remind of that in the least, but I just wanted to mention it. Maybe there's hope for the WWE fanbase. -

For my "scavenger round" selection, I am proud to select one of the pics that I wanted very much in the early rounds. He will be one of the top stars of my Junior Division, revisiting his old rivalry with the original Tiger Mask and having top notch encounters with Ultimo Dragon, etc. Ladies and gentlemen... The Dynamite Kid! Would have loved the Bulldogs, but I didn't want to be greedy. Plus, both are better as singles guys any way. -

On behalf of Crandamaniac: "The World's Most Dangerous Man" Ken Shamrock! Note: I would have loved to hosted a feud with Shamrock and Takada, but I will certainly be happy with my next selection... -

If done right, Batista will look like the "unstoppable" animal, which is perfect marketing for the WWE. Punk is definitely not as over as Batista, and the WWE needs a champion that is over while Cena is gone. Orton did just fine while Cena was out and he didn't get nearly the same reaction that Punk does nowadays.
