Plus there is no way Kennedy's MITB cash-in won't have some stipulation of some sort, whether it's a run in after a different title match or something original.

I caught a stream and watched the X division championship match as it was supposed to be rated quite well. I came off pretty disappointed. There was only one interesting spot which was the reversal run through to a DDT by Dutt early in the match. The fact that was no cage jumps, no real long complex spots apart from the one I mentioned, and no big crowd-pleasing aerial moves like 450's and SSP's meant it was pretty mediocre. Plus the Shelly/Sabin double team stuff was pretty poorly timed and looked too choreographed, especially compared to the Eliminators stuff I've seen over the past few weeks due to the ECW's dvd's I've been buying. I don't ever watch TNA to begin with, and from reading the reports of shows on the internet the only feud that interested me was Joe/Angle, and I caught the 1st and 3rd match and was fairly impressed. Now that's over, there's nothing for me to watch for. Plus the commentators are worse than Michael Cole.

Seriously, it would look so lame. Especially with Bison, there would be some much homoerotic shitness that it would bring shame to anyone associated with you. Plus the Jason one you have now could look good, but only if it was done increidbly detailed and realistically by an increidbly skilled artist. Right now it's looks amateurish and bad.

Now i know ive not had them, but HOT chicks do dig on tattoo's, take Kat Von D of Miami Ink fame for example: That chick is not that hot, there's a hell of a lot of airbrush there to make her look half-good. And girls may like tattoos, but I reckon they'd prefer something a bit more heterosexual than a comic character in a gimpish red suit.

Nagata vs. Benoit in New Japan?; Angle vs. Lesnar in Inoki's IGF?
mysterious_w replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in General Wrestling
How would Benoit/Danielson happen apart from Danielson signing with WWE? The only way I could see it happening is at some big memorial show which WWE gives clearance for. -
I'm not really sure what I think of New Jack. I mean, from that interview and the footage of him going mental at that Gypsy Joe wrestler and others he seems like one huge dick, but for some reason I seem to like the guy.

That's because apart from the Cena matches he's only had squashes and the mangled Lashley WM match. It's hard to work good matches when you aren't booked into any straight competitive ones.
-
Fixed. Hearing that at ONS made me rue the fact I was watching WWF Shotgun as a 10 year old and not ECW in it's heyday.

I really want to know what criteria you judge that on where John Cena beats Benoit, Finlay, RVD, Hardy(s) and everyone else. Selling? Bumping? Offense? Structuring a match? Because in my opinion he's best in none of those, or even top 5 in any category.

It's all eats shoots and leaves.

Umaga is a terrible wrestler? I thought so too until seeing the first couple non-squash matches of his, now I think he's solid enough. Thinking about it, I wish he was still in the WWE title picture rather than getting dragged into the crappy Lashley/McMahon angle.

I sang along to Sexy Boy on Monday night.

1. Edge - Best on the mic, very solid worker, and willing to take big bumps and bladejobs when necessary. He better not turn for a long time, as I thought he was crap as a face when he was on Smackdown a few years back. 2. HBK is the total package for me, and I always look forward to his matches, although the born-again stuff has taken his edge off a little for me. Good to see the Sexy Boy theme back though. 3. Cena is good on the mic, very good in fact, but his matches are boring as hell. If his current reign lasts much father past Backlash and he doesn't turn the boo's could get even louder than this time last year. 4. Orton is meh.

Ah cool, this is the first forum I've signed up on where someone thinks I'm another memeber.

Maybe Taker doesn't "deserve" a long title reign, but I sure hope (and suspect that) he gets one. Why? Because I will enjoy his run with the gold and the main-event matches it will bring, so will the majority of fans from the very casual up to the hardcore, and that'll bring in the ratings and PPV buys that, you know, earns WWE money.

You are a legend, many thanks.

Naomichi Marufuji vs. KENTA First KENTA match I've seen. Absolutely awesome. Super stiff kciks and Tiger Superplexes for the win. Takeshi Morishima vs. KENTA Second KENTA match. KENTA is still awesome. I may have not seen a lot of ROH, but how is this flabby pasty guy with the worst haircut ever champ? Clothesline, side-on suplex, clothline, side-on suplex over and over and over. This guy was approaching Khali-like move repetition. Plus a weak finish, KENTA stands straight up from one suplex, so obviously the exact same move again will logically keep him down for the pin.

I have a repost request for the Great Muta vs Hiroshi Hase match where Muta took a massive bladejob. According to wikipedia it's regarded as the nastiest of all time and I want to see if it's BS. It was posted here but yousendit link is dead.

Personally I reckon THPS2 is the best in the series. Reverts cheapened the combo system too much, and THPS1 was a bit too basic. The second game got in just right, and just last night on got 2.3million on the Hanger. (Yes I am bragging, Tony Hawk's is the ONLY game I am good at).

Excellent season, 11 seasons with no shark-jumping is pretty good. Last ep was good, but I preferred the 24 parody.

From the big panning crowd shots at the opening it seemed there were a fair few thousand sitting diagonally behind the entrance ramp, meaning they'd miss the titantron and the ring would appear tiny. Wonder how much those seats sold for.

I never liked Tomb Raider, really wasn't my type of thing. Plus I thought the whole Lara Croft obsession was a bit pathetic.

A Wii to see how much the motion-controlled WWE game will fail.

Talking about size and pushes, is Benoit really 5' 11"? Because I'm that height, and from a mixture of footage in and out the ring he looks a couple of inches smaller.
