He took Penn down for a split second while trying for 15 minutes, and most of the other guys he's taken down were outsized rather heavily. His shot has always been of the bumrush variety. Also, while he has some pop standing, as you mentioned, it's pretty unrefined, which when combined with his short stature and reach, makes stand-up exchanges a dangerous proposition for the guy.

Because his takedowns are kind of teh suck, his stand-up is unrefined and he's a midget.

I'm still pissed I didn't add Serra/Gomi clips to my ADCC HL.

15 lbs. at HW is hardly a huge weight advantage. Should Noguiera & Fedor not have been able to fucking school Heath because they both gave up about 20lbs? I love Tito, but he's had 4 uneven performances since the Couture fight. He could do nothing to Chuck, The Cote match was a complete dissapointment, Vitor gave him a number of scares, and injuries made the Forrest more competitive than it probably should have been. I doubt it. 5'11/6'0 WW's are kind of rare, and it's not as though Sak has a slender frame. Plus, would he even want to or be able to handle the cut? -

- At least half of the guys I've shown Sak's fights to find many of his antics endearing (in other words, as annoying as Sudo doing the robot or Yano mule kicking across the ring), and few of his fights are entertaining enough to be considered all time classics. - At his physical peak, I'd say Sak had a decent chance against anyone in the PRIDE WW GP. Why? Because a majority of the fighters are mediocre as shit. Though, I think I'd actually favor Ninja, Filho & Misaki over a prime Sak. - You'd be hard pressed to find impressive Couture wins against guys who didn't slide into mediocrity immediately after losing to him (Rizzo, Randleman, Belfort, Ortiz), losses to Enson & Overeem are still losses to Enson & Overeem, and people will finally get it through their thick skulls that Barnett & Ricco didn't outweigh him by 50+lbs, but beat him because they were better fighters. - Wanderlei's record is highly inflated, with his biggest wins being over Quinton & splitting a pair of bouts with Arona. Aside from them, he's made most of his career beating oversized and/or mediocre competition, when (as mentioned) there was plenty of other top guys for himto face. He still has time in his career to prove me wrong, but I'm not holding my breath. -
Don't worry, RRR went about .500 on his recommendations.[/snob] I'll up some of my favorites later tonight.

Well, people still don't realize that his resume largely sucks, and that some pure luck kept 3 losses off his record early (vs. Belfort, Goes & Mezger). 4 Gracies beaten? Too bad only one was worth a damn (Renzo). He beat Newton & White? So did nearly half of their opponents. I'll say Sak has 3 good wins (Renzo, Braga & Jackson) and a whole lot of nothing else. -

Future MMA generations will shit on Couture, Wanderlei, Sak & Henderson. -

Actually, at least one of the things I and several other people have mentioned is a spoiler ( ), so don't refer to it without tags.

Ah, fuck it. I'll keep it to myself.

Frankly, considering Noah's chances in the semis, all they really need is a live body in there to get squashed by someone else.

Trust me. It's Ross.

Noah's Thoughts on leaving the show ! By: Noah Inhofer (27) - Ignore user On: May 11, 2006 | 8:16 PM First, thanks to all the people who believe in me, and thanks again for sticking by me. The show was a great experience!! You are asked to hand over your life to perfect strangers. It is important to keep in mind that these strangers are producers, and it is their job to make the most exciting and entertaining TV show possible. UFC or no UFC, they have to make the most out of “Reality” even if that means pushing the word “Reality” to new depths. Their job is to create conflict within the house; It’s not their fault no one wants to see everyone happy and getting along, that’s just the way it is. I got along with everyone, so they used an outside source to get a reaction out of me. They got, perhaps, a little more than they bargained for. I would never choose anything above the people in my life that make me happy. And there is one in particular that I happen to be madly in love with. There are a lot of people who use the word love and don’t know what it meant. They say they would give up anything for that for that person. But how many would??? Well we know what decision I made. It was humbling to know that you love someone so much that anything else seems dull if you can’t share it with them. The show made it seem like my girl wrote me a letter saying she wanted me to come home???? That is not what happened. She wrote me a letter telling me how much she was hurting because of what she had heard, how much she loved me, and that she was so proud of me. Being the person I am, I could not sit and let her go through hard times without me by her side. Watching the episode was tough, but I asked myself, would I do it again??? Yes, I would, but the only thing I would change, is I would have punched Jesse in the face a lot more, and that is THE ONLY thing I would change. I am a fighter, and I will keep fighting, and it is because of your support I will keep going. Things are fine with me and the girl. Every time I look at her I feel blessed. Sorry if I let you down. Keep your eyes open, because this won’t be the last you here of Noah “The Professor” Inhofer Thanks and post …. I will read them all.

Also, Lombard is an Olympic Judo medalist with a style suited for MMA competition, yet will also get him pwned by someone like Gono (who he wants) until he gains some more experience.

Takimoto was gifted a win over Sik, who though exponentially improving, is still a novice, one-dimensional judoka like Takimoto himself. Mousasi has already beat guys at that level. Also, I don't think Sik would be favored to beat Kang, but Kang is so middle-of-the-road that I think Sik would be a live dog in that fight.

- Jesse seemed to have his arm messed up a bit by Noah's armbar. - Kristian still has a vagina on his head. - Solomon was arguably concussed. - Stine sucked shit.
-
Villasenor is a MW. Also, Mousasi is an average, lanky Euro strker with some ground skill. Nothing special.
-
Aurelio/Kotani is rumoured. ZST-style ownage.
-
Ross Pointon is coming back.
-
Noah's drama has nothing on Gonzaga's.

Ken & Tait being reasonable? Dana's absence has caused utter chaos. Cats and dogs, living together.
