You know what's funny? This season's Power Rangers (S.P.D.) has actually deviated a bit, by having the Megazord fight act almost as bookends to the show. Then again, the exec producer is a guy that does seem to take the online fanbase to heart when trying to put together a season, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Yeah, dolphin trainer, so if they do a lot of swimming challenges, he'll be a huge asset. Anyways, it's a good start, and hopefully they introduce some new aspects to the game that keep it interesting.
-
Well, it's just a seed. It only means that he's Top 20 overall. Actually, I figured it out - The Scott Tournament of Hearts is on. And Ames isn't spelled W-E-I-R.
-
For some reason I'm amused that Shad Meier counts for $2 against the cap now...
-
I think we all know and understand about May Sweeps and the need for new eps then. But 6 straight weeks of repeats suck, and you'd think that ABC would spread out the new eps better to avoid that, y'know?
-
Wow, how did Ames get ranked that high without Canadian papers going apeshit over it?
-
I think I'd just rather take neither and be done with it.
-
Hard to fathom, but that's the way I perceived it. Either way, Leben's still out, Koschek's still in, and Diego would likely kick both their asses unless he stuck his chin out.
-
It's mostly the "oh shit" factor, as seen in Sanchez-Karalexis. Basically, there was no fear in Leben being in the guard against Josh, hence the inaction in hopes of getting stood back up. However, you know that wouldn't be the case with Diego (since he can actually finish an opponent on the ground), so you're gonna need to do something to get out when he takes you down.
-
OK, there seems to be some method to ABC's madness to the 6 week layoff. Because of March Madness, Survivor moves to a Wed 8pm slot for 2 weeks, so that accounts for some of the layoff. The other 4 weeks, I got nothing.
-
Actually, considering the opponents, not much at all. Against Diego, Chris would probably have tried harder. He'd be as SOL as Karalexis, but he would've tried harder, because Sanchez is much more dangerous on the ground than Josh was, and Leben's ground game, well, sucks.

I tend to look at in that Leben was easier to hate. The guy was a tool, an immature bad loser who was trash talking Koschek and the other middleweights [plus a few light-heavys] from the minute they entered the house. His actions 90% of the time were talking shit and annoying other people. You may find that entertaining and thats what you want from reality shows but its the thing I hate most about them. Whilst Southworth and Koschek are no Saints they look so compered to Leben. I dunno, Southworth is looking like he'll make us wish Leben was still around. Koscheck will hopefully be more humble once the adrenaline wears off next ep. The good thing though, is that the likeable guys - Forrest, Mike Swick and Nate Quarry - are still around. We can stop talking about Fratboy now and try and figure out which LHWs are gonna throw down. I figured that if Team Liddell won it'd be Griffin vs Swick, but Team Couture's due for a win so I'll guess it's Alex vs the LHW Guy We Never Hear From And Barely See (I think it's Kenny?). BTW, did anyone miss Willa Ford? Yes, she's hot, but I completely forgot she's on this show, and I guess to me it shows that it's completely unneccessary to have a Hot Chick Host for the challenges...

The thing with these two is that they knew there was a KO/Tapout bonus, but with Josh taking it to the ground and doing a Severn impression there wasn't much chance of that. Looking back at this match I still think they should have gone to the sudden death period, because neither guy really did anything to merit a win. There's a reason I called him Fratboy, and it's because I hated the persona. Still, the storyline progressed such that it was easier to like Leben over Southworth and Koschek, who would probably trash talk after winning paper-rock-scissors.
-
And sometimes (like, say, Omarosa) they just don't go away. Seriously, why can't we see more of Chip and Kim?
-
Been like that from early on. See Severn, Dan.
-
probably because Koschek's takedown is good enough that he'd get a full mount if Leben missed, and then... well, I assume that Josh can at least do a decent GnP. OK, Team Couture HAS to mount some sort of comeback, right?
-
Well, it IS a reality show. Why the fuck not? Kos got lucky. And Southworth is still a major asshole.
-
Fuck. Still, this is a money rematch. It's money, and Dana White knows it.
-
Overall, a decent fight from Leben, and one from the Dan Severn school of UFC from Koschek. Given that these guys are supposed to be "not ready for PPV" fighters, it was better than the last two fights. Although Diego did look good in the squash.
-
UFC need Bas in general. He RULES on colour commentary...
-
Josh shows exactly why he's a good wrestler with the takedowns, but fuck, Leben almost had him a couple of times with the keylock and the front choke...
-
GREAT round, where everything they talked about shows up in the subtleties of the fight. Leben representing the left, Josh looking for the shoot. Leben keeping the guard in tight, Josh showing all the usual traits of a wrestler-turned-MMA fighter. Holy shit that was pretty good.
-
Ah, Josh is from Buffalo. No wonder I don't like him...
-
Shit, I forgot about doctor's stoppage. Too much blood from the fingers would get fratboy essentially dq'ed.
-
Well, duh. Diego is the best MW on Liddell's team. Don't think that's even a question, especially since they had him do the squash against Alex K.
