TNA's doing a great job of showcasing Killings in the six-man matches... well, they would be if he actually wrestled a sequence instead of just the pier-six portions. Again, I'd love to be as high on Killings as some of you guys are, but TNA isn't exactly giving me the opportunity to do that. I have to say, I love Jarrett's entrance music. It's a perfect cue to hit that FF button. Monty needs to stop walking like he's got a pickle up his ass. Other than that, they've really built him well. The X-Division tag was good stuff. Easily the best thing on the show.

That's pretty funny. All that's missing is Liam saying "KNEEL BEFORE ZOD!!" before doing it faster and more intensely...

He's also apparently played piano as a kid, which probably helped a lot. Jamie always comes across great in interviews, and I'm pulling for him in Ray (where apparently his performance is just awesome)

Overdubs happen on just about every show or movie. Just not as blatant as Trump's. Trump just doesn't sound natural doing it, and Burnett (or the show director) probably just said "fuck it" and ran it in as is, knowing that it would either be regarded as annoying or more unintentional comedy from The Donald.

Sad is Jessica Simpson's latest cover - Robbie Williams' "Angels". Once again she's managed to suck the soul out of a song by making it all about her (see: "Take My Breath Away"). I heard this in an H&M last weekend, and both me and my fiancee were screaming "Turn it off!! Turn it off!!" Not the same type of "sad" as the rest of the songs here, but I needed to vent.

To me, Cuban has always seemed to be a guy who doesn't give a shit unless you try and tick him off (or you're playing the Mavs). All I can say is that both guys make for good television, and that Trump is the master of self-promotion and exaggeration.

He's like the coach who calls in all the plays and doesn't let the QB freelance. And if he's directing theater-style, it's still not all that good. Macgregor and Portman have alluded, but don't admit to, sleepwalking through their roles when interviewed for other movies, so I think the directing style isn't as good as it could be. Plus I'd think that all bluescreen, all the time could be distracting for the actors (although it didn't seem to affect the ones in Sky Captain). But by this point I've accepted that the acting in Star Wars has never been - nor will it ever be - stellar, so from here on out I will try and shut up about the acting, unless we're talking about Lloyd or Jar Jar.

More thoughts: - Lil Stacy has a website. If you hire her to talk, you'll probably get your money's worth. - "I hate people who exaggerate". I think this is about a 6 on the unintentional comedy scale - The Trump/Cuban "rivalry". Trump: "When I initially called you to congratulate you on 'The Benefactor' - little did you or I realize how disastrous and embarrassing it would turn out to be for you." Cuban: "I wish Donald nothing but the best on 'Apprentice 2' and I hope it does just as well as his casino does."

More like "Either way, Burnett will do what Burnett will want to do." I don't know if you notice the small print alongside the credits, but Trump is "consulted" by the production team. Well, he's also consults Carolyn and George (or the not-George of the week) so I'm not all that surprised about that. Still, couldn't you see Burnett smacking his head on a wall when Trump fired Bradford? Random observations - Sandy, Maria and Lil Stacy seemed ticked off that they were told to go to the other team. Raj, Kevin and Chris - not so much. Did it contribute to Mosaic losing? Maybe. - Wes all but said that Maria would be back in the boardroom if she wasn't exempt. Will she take the hint? Hell no. - Andy leads next week, and teasers seem to imply that he may fuck something up. But Burnett teasers tend to do that. Like how Raj "annoyed George" with his hedging but then backed up his reasoning. - Who do you want kicked off first - Maria or Ivana? - Six of Nine is exempt next week, and good for her. She seems to be the only woman worth a damn this time around.
