Well, think about all the times you've stopped flicking channels because there's an infomercial on. Even if just to make fun of it, you're still getting sucked in. QVC and HSN are basically that, a 24 hour infomercial. Now, personally I can't see why people would watch 18 minutes of people hawking a soap bar, but selling food and seeing how an item works - I've got no problem watching that.

I said that earlier...not the seperation, but I wouldn't be surprised if he turns out tob e a terrorist. He's too good to be true. I don't doubt that Sayid is/was a terrorist. However he's a smart guy and, like Jack, realizes that there is no point in dwelling on the past - you're stuck on the island and if you want to survive you NEED to work together. Getting worried about Hurley. If something fatal is going to happen to this group, I think that it'd be most devastating if it happened to him (since it ain't happening to Doc Salinger). Just a thought.

I think that Jay Mohr pointing out that "hey, you guys are fucking BRILLIANT" helped them realize that maybe, just maybe, pulling the show one from the end wasn't the smartest thing ever - especially since it did well as a summer show. That or Rich had his girlfriend (Bonnie) blow some execs.

Got a few more comments... - Raj is the fucking MAN. Sure, he lost the bet, but I didn't see any of the other guys stepping up and trying to win a date with Kournikova. - I also think his pricing point was valid. Sell that thing at $69.99 instead of $72 and your margin of victory is probably larger. - Totally hate Maria. Not sure who she was trying to kid - Apex NEEDED the verbal smackdown because the visual one of them losing wasn't working. - Stacie is the new "Please, shut the fuck up" person on Apex. I'm liking the not-fired-Jenn the best on that team now, because she barely gets any screen time. - Pamela lost this in the boardroom. I don't think that the women could have sold more than they did, but Pamela took charge, got the women ORGANIZED (Jenn C: "Or - gan - ize?") and managed them into a better oiled machine than they had been before. But in the boardroom, she didn't mention that at all, and didn't do a very good job making her case against either Maria or Stacy - just like what happened with her case against Andy. So in the end, Trump could only blame the PM, and thus, she's gone. - Still, Trump isn't seeing things the way Burnett wants us to see things. We can see that Pamela organized her troops as best she could, and at HIS behest. Like Bradford, she showed some of the best leadership abilities on APEX, and for that, she got fired. - OK, so next week, it's designing women's clothes. Seems tailor-made for the women to win, yet with their collective abilities, I can see them pulling defeat from the fires of victory...

Aaaaargh!! You know, at this point I'm thinking that Trump doesn't actually want the women to win...

If Mark Millar wasn't writing the book, it've been pulled from him and given to someone else by now...

Another light week... DISTRICT X #6 $2.99

Ah, broadcast television management at their finest. Couldn't they just move the finale to Bravo? Or would that interfere with repeat airings of Queer Eye?

Actually there will probably be a discussion about killing the dog because he IS food...

That was a One Hour Photo-creepy kind of look...

The warning is hilarious (emphasis mine) - "Graphic, Crude and Sexual Humor, Violent Images & Strong Language; All Involving Puppets"

I'd go with David Boston over Rogers. But if you're putting Rogers in there on potential, Winslow or Ben Watson should be in as well for a 2-TE set.

Probably. So what does it mean if it's 3 hours in a 25-hour span?

I think it was new material for all the guys, but Alonzo is the only one whose act delves into "In The News"-type stuff: John - relationships, stuff you did when you were a kid Rich - relationships Dave - muses on just about anything Alonzo - stereotypes, topical stuff Anyways, I voted in a 2:1 ratio for Dave and Alonzo. I actually thought Alonzo was a touch better, but I think that Dave "needs" this a bit more. But to be honest, any one of these guys winning would be OK with me...

This isn't exactly a bad thing. The football game should be a good lead-in, plus hopefully we'll get a lot of the plot buildup out of the way in the first week. BTW, word is that Tony Almeda will be back for at least a few eps

I think it's right around Roger Clemens-length...

Oh, he's got passion all right. Passion for the weed...

Christian b. TAKA for the LH title in his wrestling debut...

The spoilers on Inside Pulse said that Ruffy Silverstein (another D'Amore protege) was in as a fourth for Team Canada. He's decent enough, from what I remember of BCW...

Strong sets from Mordal and Alonzo. And note to Ralphie May - THAT'S how you talk about cultures without sounding racist...

RIP to a very funny guy...

Vos was surprisingly subdued...

Overdone, but funny when it's true. And it's still better than Ralphie and Dat's stuff...

Rich, Dave, John and Alonzo. Killer Final 4...

Well, you'd still miss out on stuff. The way I see it, you're gonna have to either invest in a Tivo or VCR, or get BitTorrent. Otherwise, you're stuck with the More Cowbell version...
