The Human Torch "Tsunami" title...
-
I think they pushed it back to October...

I liked the NJO, but really it ran much too long. Star By Star was probably the best of the bunch - it kinda played out like an Alien Resurrection/Pitch Black type thriller (you know the kind), but they really could've done better by cutting down a bit. Totally forgot about Crispin. She did a great job with the Han Solo trilogy, even tying in the earlier novels into her "origin" story. Allston and Stackpole were pretty lucky in that their novels have generally allowed them to kill whoever if they needed to (although you'll notice that Janson, Hobbie and Tycho all make it through), but all the same, it would've meant buptkis if the stories sucked. Which they most definitely different. And I'd like to see Terry Brooks try his hand at something more than a paycheck book in the EU. I've no idea what he'd do, I'd just like to see it.

Probably. These are guys who are good actors, and are semi-known in the non-fanboy community, which are perfect for a movie like this. Of course, if the script sucks, then no amount of perfect casting can help you...

I'm glad it's on at 8pm. That should give it more than a fighting chance to stay on. Then again, this is ABC we're talking about...

It'll be one intense wedding... "Do you promise to love, honour, cherish, and argue with Christie for as long as you both shall live?" Colin and Christie showed that they were the team most CAPABLE of winning, to be sure. But towards the end of the race they kept making little mistake after little mistake, and it finally caught up with them in Denver. Chip and Kim were definitely the most deserving. Throughout the Race they were respectful of the countries and cultures that they encountered, and they weren't bad racers to boot. I think this was the second time for me (Dorothy won The Mole 2). Third if you count The Hutch.

No, this one was better, because a strong, likeable team won. I give Zach all the credit in the world for pulling off the win where one didn't seem likely, but his partner wasn't so much deserving of the win.

And he hugs both Twins at once. Smooth...
-
OH HELL YEAH!!!!
-
Damn, Colin's good. And they eonder why they were Yielded?
-
Isn't there a drop point for bags anyway in the final city?
-
OK, Brandon gets full marks for saying "Calgary <pause> Alberta, Canada"... (edit)Hmm... I don't think that there are any direct flights to Calgary from Manila...

Man, this Roadblack is brutal...

OK, first I gotta say that Louie looks like he lost some weight. Louie 4/10. Some decent material, entirely wrong audience for him, and that may have been one of the longer 2.5 minutes ever... Carrot Top 5/10. Still don't like the prop stuff, but I admit it, I laughed at a couple of them... Only one from each season goes on...
-
His shameful secret - he's actually Laotian, but noone knows where that is... (j/k)

You know what would've made Ralphie's set work? If he was black. Jay 5/10. Just wasn't feeling it. Ralphie 0/10. Well, if he can insult everyone else, I can call him a fat, unfunny, possibly racist piece of shit.

First four: Kathleen 7.5/10. Solid as usual Dave 8.5/10. John 8.5/10. Some old stuff, but it was still funny Dat 3/10. Some old stuff, and it's still not funny.
-
Crowd wasn't into it. I guess they were raped twice at work or something. I thought he was great though.
-
Quick prediction: Dave Mordal and John Heffron move on.
-
Actually, the final destination is either Denver or goes through Denver (United or Air Canada). The penultimate destination is indeed in Canada, and the location sounds like *BAMF*

Wow, S1 gets Louis Anderson, S2 gets Carrot Top. Who won that one?
-
Insert "maybe shrinkage isn't bad" joke here...

The thing is that personality-wise, they're not very likeable, but they've got great racing skills. I won't be pissed off if they win, but I think that the meltdown they had is just the tip of the iceberg, allowing another team to win. The moms are enjoyable to watch, but I don't think they deserve to win. They've been more lucky than good during the Race.

Should win: Chip and Kim Will win: Brandon and Nicole Has head explode: Colin

It's probably around 5-10 years. Sue was probably around 20 when FF debuted, and Johnny is roughly the same age as Peter Parker.
