I'd ask a few questions first: - OK, so he voted for the Bloc. Is it because he's a separatist or because he truly believes that they will do what's right for Quebec? - And if he is a separatist, then what are his reasons for being on the Canadian Olympic Team, which represents a country that he wants to be free from? Personally, I think that he does think that the Bloc would represent Quebec the best. If he really was a separatist, there's no way he'd have accepted carrying the Canadian flag in a very public display as the opening ceremonies. He'd probably have separatists pissed off at him. Anyways, when all is said and done, I agree with treble - Igali should be the one carrying the flag, not Gill.

Let's see, 12 teams, 15 RBs projected to be protected. That leaves 15 RBs available, and at most 9 QBs protected (although I'd guess that only 6-7 will be). Hasselback or McNabb would be considered an upgrade for most QBs, so I could see Gert's dropped QB getting picked up before #8. If everyone ahead of you picks up RBs, then you go with "best player available regardless of position", which is likely a QB or the WR ranked #4 on everyone's depth chart (I'm thinking that Moss, Harrison and Owens may be protected). If you manage to pick up a top-notch QB, you'd probably be able to flip him for a RB later.

Actually MLB doesn't let the catchers airbrush their masks - they're only allowed to have the team logos painted on, because... I dunno, it distracts the pitchers or something. Which is a shame, because back when they first were made for catchers the Blue Jays catcher at the time had a sweet one with airbrushed Blue Jays on either side.

And the Tomatometer update reads: 9 Fresh, 61 Rotten with an average rating of 3.4/10 Not that critics' ratings are the be all and end all of everything. But when one of the positive reviews says "Wildly entertaining -- but for all the wrong reasons." and another "They had me at the random basketball scene." I think that there may be a problem...

Or it means that defenses will key on Tiki first, knowing full well that they've got a rookie quarterback. Given his propensity for fumbles and the fact that he's not a bigger, stronger back (and, thus, able to take more abuse), I'd let somebody else take Tiki and sneak away with somebody like Domanick Davis, who's got the same "two-way threat" capabilities as Barber. Personally I think that you try and pressure the QB more, but that's a good point. Not that Tiki needed extra defensive pressure to help him fumble last year or anything. Maybe you could play some mind games with your fellow draftees. Manning's a rookie, so he'll be tested - that means that Shockey and Toomer won't see the ball much, but Barber will. He and Ronde actually swtiched places last year. etc. Meanwhile, I'll be trying to use Barber to help me move up in the draft...

The only thing I can say about Tiki is that he's likely to get the ball more with a rookie QB as the potential starter. And while that's a good thing, it also gives him more of an opportunity to fumble the ball as well. He'll likely still be around when it comes to you to draft. Looking through my 2 FF books, they've got McNabb ranked #4 and 8, and Hasselback at #6 and 3. Which tells me that you should flip a coin and trade one of them for some draft picks. As I said before, I'd still keep McNabb, but looking over stats and such again I don't think you lose either way.

So I gather that they've seen Swordfish several times then?

Well, as of right now the Tomatometeris running at 2 fresh, 16 rotten. But for fun, check out this review of the movie, which gave it a negative review, but had this great quote: Can anyone else see the ad people chopping that to "I actually recommend you see it"?

Ah, of course. He overslept. By 3 hours. For the first day of shooting. Pardon me if I sound a bit skeptical about that...

From Reality News Online. Minor spoilers ahead, to the point where I don't think I need to red it out, but I will anyways...

I agree. I'd say that as long as it interests you, put it on your list. Or if "you've heard it's good", put it down. But as long as you're taking suggestions... Sliders (out in August, I think) Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Robotech Power Rangers: The Ultimate Ranger Collection (...what?) Dark Angel Batman: The Animated Series Playmakers The Joe Schmoe Show

I would say to keep McNabb. He always seems to start slow (fantasy-wise), but generally gets better as the year goes on. Not that Hasselbeck would be a bad keeper, but Koren Robinson hasn't impressed yet. We're still waiting to see him break out...

I hate the cousin more than Charla. Basically, you do whatever you need to do to win the Race (even if it means, say dragging your partner kicking and screaming for the whole Race) so if Charla shuts up about the whole "independence" thing and whining about not getting help, then she's ok by me. Her cousin is dead weight. Apparently she can't start a car or use a gear shifter, never shuts up and whines a lot.

The Jury's already dead - Fox decided not to renew it or The Casino...

News on LCS3 from Reality News Online This should be interesting. Any of the other "top ten" comics could wipe the floor with Dat Phan, I think.

How about Mike Vernon?

Budweiser. They've been using the "True" slogan since "Whassup?" and probably before that as well. Terry Tate needs to tackle a player every time they utter a cliche.

Replaying it in my head. I think that Heffron was going to the showdown no matter what. Only 1 vote from the Outcast tribe, so there was obviously a strategy to get a strong comic on there in case he/she happened to bomb. That would also explain why Kathleen got votes from Heffron and Gulman. Heffron's choosing Corey was a no brainer. And voting Alonzo to the three-way dance was also a no-brainer in terms of "strategy". But given the "wild card" round for the Outcasts, it's probably fortunate for Bonnie, Todd, Jay and Ant that it wasn't a 3-way dance between Kathleen, Heffron and Alonzo, as the loser of the 3 would've owned the wild card.

Well, they didn't hug, but at least they were wet...

The cousin is a neurotic. The midget is less annoying...

Doesn't matter, Tammy'll be gone first of the Final 6 anyways... And if I've got a say then I'm voting for Jay London.
-
I'm shocked that Corey even got 7% of the vote...

If Paige, Amy Wynn and Genevieve aren't involved then I don't care... (edit) plus, poker and Last Comic Standing is on...
