This is true, but you gotta FIND those motivated people. You can always find people who are all gung ho at the beginning but then disappear to Parts Unknown. Dead Money is Dead Money, but it's not as fun when you can't do trades because a FF Owner went AWOL...

I feel sorry for Big Blue... -
The mag I use is Fantasy League Football (with Peyton Manning on the cover), and it's got info for various types of scoring leagues, plus schedules and such. If you're into the "do it yourself" thing, take a look there. You'll need a couple of ff mags anyways. BTW, I'm just curious, but how many people have already started researching for this coming FF season?

Well, it was definitely free of any taste resembling Pepsi... -
Glass is obviously in there for his "off the stage" persona. Jay London, I can see though. One liner guys are always kinda fun. The other three were deserving enough. What's Norton involved in though that would bump him from the competition? I gotta say though, that perhaps Carey and Butler were a bit too full of themselves in thinking that they and they alone were responsible for moving the comedians on. Note that Anthony Clark and Tess were not featured in complaining about things.

Check out Comic Book: The Movie for a look at some of your favourite voice actors (like the voices of the Joker, Pinky, The Brain, Stimpy and Spongebob Squarepants) in a parody of sorts of the comic book industry. It's not the greatest movie ever, but it will satisfy your inner geek.

because thats where most Canadians winding up after retirement. Hence why LA has one too, It is considered to be Canada's fifth largest city (800,000 Canadians live there) ...and to noone's surprise, almost all of them are actors/models/waiters.

Joe Schmoe 2 Premiers Tuesday June 15th on Spike!

Well, the comparison was Cammy to Molly. Ashleigh is not exactly "big" in the boobage department. However, you do bring up a good point. Blonde with a rockin' body, or brunette who can put her entire fist in her mouth. I'm partial to brunettes myself, but it's a tough call... -
...except for Die Another Day.

Well, as long as Heatley's not driving, they'll be OK. The Braves have been damn consistent in getting to the playoffs, but aside from that, inconsistency rules. Ripper can tell us about the fan support for all teams, I'm sure. My hometown of Toronto is NOT a good sports city. It is a great pro hockey city, but the support for teams like the Blue Jays and Raptors will rise and fall with the success of the team. The Argos have been near death so many times it's shocking to see them still around. But the Leafs... well, the fans still sold out the Gardens when guys like Mike Nykoluk and John Brophy were coaching, Todd Gill was fucking up on the blueline, and Ian Turnbull was one of the "name" players.

"In The Air Tonight" is a sweet song. And yes, the drums coming in is a kick-ass moment in rock music. Gotta agree. It was from before that point where Phil Collins started sucking. For some reason I found this funny. Song parts I like (which oddly enough you may hear at a sports venue near you): - The guitar hook in "The Distance" by Cake. - "Rock and Roll, part 2" by Gary Glitter. Na na naaah nah - HEY! - na na nah - "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye". Was most recently sung yesterday by the crowd in Auburn Hills, MI to the Los Angeles Lakers. - The opening guitar in "The Hockey Song" by Stompin' Tom Connors. What can I say, I'm a hoser at heart. - Something that grew on me was "American Badass" from Kid Rock. The drum solo that leads into "I... AM... American Badass" is just fun.

Which one was that? I think that the 5 that went on probably deserved it. Not sure what Carey and Butler were bitching about. Dan had a chance, but I think that his "I've done this joke before" line killed him. The funny thing is that this is almost Joe Schmo-ish (or Peter Engel-ish) in the casting. You've got the comedian who's paid their dues, the bitch, the black guy, the gay guy and the pretty boy. So I suppose Jim Norton will make it as "the bitter guy"...

Cammy does the Bimbo to a "T". Gotta agree with the majority here though - Molly was better. Ingrid is cute, more girl-next-door than reality dating contestant. Tall chick, I kinda like. Piper makes for a good Bachelorette, I think. -

...wait, when did Shane get brain damage? And why couldn't they get the original actor to play him? They found pretty much all the other PWT actors... The guy is Jonothan Torrens, former host of Jonovision and also one of the original hosts of Street Cents. (edit) Oh, and one more thing... After seeing the ending to Superstar USA I'm thinking that these "fake" reality shows can't possibly do anything but a "feel good" ending, which isn't particularly good television, but is probably the "right" thing to do. So I'm not expecting much for the "reveal", but I'll enjoy the ride there... -
The Unprotected List for the NBA Expansion Draft
starvenger replied to Kurt Angle Mark's topic in Sports
There's a reason why Glen Grunwald is unemployed. Yogi Stewart's contract was one, and at least three other unprotected players (Jerome Williams, Alvin Williams and Antonio Davis) have contracts from his tenure in Toronto. Alvin Williams needs a change of scenery. He also needs new knees, so I don't expect him to be drafted... -
Oak's always available for a quote, isn't he? And when HASN'T the guy been bitter?

One wacky thought is that they brought back a character associated with Deathstroke. Yes, that's right - DC *IS* Jericho!!! Feel free to groan now. In all seriousness, that could be a reason (although probably not Jericho, since he's still quite dead. A new Vigilante, maybe?). The other is simply that he's "employed" to off some metas...

wrt to the "I'M SPICY" one it's kinda funny because he's trying to get a catchphrase over (and failing) and in the longer version the chick does a sexy "Ahm Spicy" which... well it's a chick talking sexy. Do the math. And the first time I heard "There's still a couple of buns left. Wanna kiss 'em?" I nearly choked on my food... You know I haven't. Or maybe it gets blurred in with the Carpet Giant, Glass With Class and Gallery Furniture ads... Also, has Ray Childress always sported that mullet?
