It happens when you've got events all the time at the arena. Hopefully, with the Raps done for the year (again), the ice will get better. Niewendyk's goal makes me feel better about Domi scoring...

And this game has had almost nothing being called. It's absolutely insane. No calls, in the playoffs? Colour me shocked... Not a pretty goal, but I'll take it. Oh, and is the crowd chanting "Alfie?"

Hey, Leafs/Sens is on ESPN2!! I actually get to watch my team play!!
-
Yep, that was it. $250K in a Haliburton. Gotta love the crazy bastard...

One more thing - how about that mohawk?

Yeah - home is where the heart is. Kwame was really screwed over by Omarosa. It's pretty obvious that Omarosa wasn't out to make Kwame shine, and I think that he did a pretty good job in spite of her. Still, Bill's intensity showed that he wanted it more, and in the end I think that's what won it for him.

I found it rather ironic that Kathy was in the Rob role from Marquesas - she knew that she was going, and she's trying her hardest to make sure that everyone else will see what's going on with Rob and all his suballiances. The thing here is that you KNOW who Rob will take to the final 2 if it gets that far, so wouldn't it make sense to break up that alliance? And the guy is proving to be a challenge machine, so it behooves you to give him the boot at the first opportunity. Oh, and it may not have been about strategy, but really from a jury standpoint it definitely makes you look good.

Same reason as JPL, he had a fanbase but it can only take him so far. However, John was better than JPL last night, so he deserved another week. Here's betting he does Mandy for Manillow week on Tuesday. It's Manilow week next week? Excuse me one second... ...I don't think I'll make it through that...

Correction: A boob with a weird metallic pastie. Actually it was a piercing. Duly noted. It was still some weird shit.

Dude, it's LaToya LONDON. LaToya JACKSON is is the Jackson sister we've seen way too much of in Playboys past. Well, my past anyways I surprises me not one bit that Diana chose a Diane Warren song. I was surprised that that was the ONLY Warren or Adams song last night. Seriously, Elvis? Casablanca? West Side Story? LOVE the variety. Only heard a bit of George's performance, but I think Kimberley Locke did Against All Odds last year, and did a better performance. Does that make her a chickenhead? Anyways, great performance, but I'm actually liking her less and less as time goes on. Sure, she's getting the Ruben/Clay push, but I think that George and LaToya are getting better, faster, as time goes on. I'm glad John Stevens was having FUN again. The last few weeks he's been kinda miserable, and if he goes now, it'll be on a high note. One final thought - this show was on FOX, right? There was so much love for Disney movies that I thought it had moved to ABC...

Sometimes I wonder exactly what kind of incriminating pix of Quesada Liefeld has...

I admit it - I've read the articles in Playboy. I swear though, I buy it for the pictures...

Correction: A boob with a weird metallic pastie. Kinda makes you wonder how Baywatch ever made it to air, doesn't it?

Careful. You may have to pay a yooge royalty to The Donald for that...

- As long as WSOP stays on ESPN or ESPN2, I'll be happy. - I also loved Beg, Borrow and Deal. Hate on reality shows if you want, but this one was pretty sweet. Dream Job, not so much. - The problem with hockey on ESPN was illustrated last night. The first period of Detroit/Nashville had the TSN feed, and the rest of the game was ESPN's guys. Well, I could notice the difference in quality. Seriously, you OWN part of TSN, make some use of it for a product you don't care too much for. - Sports commentary shows. I miss watching Off The Record. PTI, Around The Horn et al all exist so that the sports journalists can get themselves over as part of the "I'm smarter than you" crowd. OTR has celebs (and pseudo-celebs) who may or may not have clue one about what's going on (see Walker, Jimmie) but are still entertaining to have on. - TSN shows MMA. ESPN doesn't. 'Nuff said. - Not enough Thea Andrews. Someone tell ABC to make her the new MNF sideline reporter.

Well, I have lots of porn burned on to CDs, so I think I'll manage to get by. And on a positive note, my fiancee can't bug me about watching the show now...

First time I've ever seen a line change where a goalie gets ON to the ice. Down 3-0, you gotta try whatever you can. Well, without having Bertuzzi seriously injure a guy, anyways.

Dan got billed in the movie, so you can't call it a cameo. I think that Bob Barker got billed in Happy Gilmore as well. Still, Bob and Chris Macdonald made that movie enjoyable. I loved The Muppet Movie for the sheer volume of cameos. E.T. in The Phantom Menace. Nice of Lucas to tip his hat to Spielberg. Dwight Schultz as Barclay in Star Trek: First Contact (the only good TNG movie) Stan Lee in Marvel movies.

Buh? I'm pretty sure the reasons are twofold: 1) He was in the audience last year, so I guess he's a fan. 2) He's got a movie of some sort coming out that he just might be trying to promote.

The One And Only 24 Season 3 Thread

The answer is simple - hope the Leafs win the next 2 games... -
Geez, if you were going purely by look, then it'd be tennis player Todd Martin, hands down.

Saved By The Bell Questions That You Asked

One of my favourite Hang Time moments: the season 2 premiere where they try to explain away the cast turnover - basically saying "half the cast graduated (even though one of them was a freshman)". Speaking of transitions, I've thought of a reason not to bother explaining them: Power Rangers season 2. This was when the actors who played Zach, Jason and Trini were fired but they still acted like they were there until they "transitioned" the powers to Adam, Rocky and Aisha. I still don't know what Haim Saban was smoking when he approved this storyline... -
I'm actually partial to Steve "Psycho" Lyons. My favourite one is actually a Bermanized one: Chuck "New Kids On The" Knoblauch...

I guess Milian just became a hot property because she's in Be Cool? To be honest, I always thought of Reed being a good 7-10 years older than Sue. Whoever does The Thing is gonna be CGI'd for the most part, so you'd need the actor to be a solid voiceover guy as well, I think. One guy that I think would work would be Neal McDonough. He's got that jock look, plus he's done animation (Bruce Banner in The Hulk) so I think he could convey the proper anguish that Ben Grimm has. And I agree with Razateca. Oldman would be a great Doom.

btw folks, if you haven't heard, there's a guest judge this week, and his name is Quentin Tarantino...
