No sympathy from me. If the roles between Arrington and Sapp are reversed, Sapp would be telling Arrington to "take it like a man" or something like that.

merci beaucoup...

Don't condemn the show just yet. Do that when Breckin Meyer gets signed up for it...

Help me out here... how many of these are 60 minute matches?

The old Styx or the new one, with Gowan as the lead singer? Or does it really make a difference?

Jon seems to aspire to being this year's Rob C. Not a bad thing, because you need a "villain" to make a compelling story. Speaking of which, having Rob C and the Robfather on the same tribe in the "All-Star" edition would rule. I agree with you about throwing challenges. They did it in Thailand and noone from that tribe made it to the final five. But it was great to see Burton come up with this scheme to get someone he simply dislikes off of the tribe and see it blow up in his face. -
That's pretty much it. Blame Michael Eisner. And Joshua Jackson and Emilo Estevez as well, I suppose...

They're gonna need a helluva push to make Romo a sympathetic character. But then again, Allen Iverson is no longer a street thug, so what do I know?

It probably didn't help that Ultra Magnus was a wuss as well...

The season sets have been remastered, so the colour is MUCH better, however any production errors (and there are a shitload of them) have been left in. Not too many extras, either.

Definitely start Lelie. As for the other two, I'd go with Bennett since he's got McNair and with the Saints slumping. RBs... tough call, as both players are in a RB by committee system. By the power of the coin flip I say Westbrook..

Couple of thoughts on this: - It's a game, and Rupert realizes it. In a "real-life situation" the pirates would have either killed Rupert or made him a slave. And just as a pirate might steal, a slave would be forced to help out. - Rupert is over at the camp for a couple of days, so it's in his best interest to stay strong by catching fish etc. If that means helping Morgan out (actually it'd definitely mean helping them out), then so be it. - Help out, be friendly, get the tribe to relax, and then learn their secrets and alliances etc. There will be a minimum 3 Morgans at the merge (which would tie the record set by Maaramu in Survivor Marquesas) so you might as well get in good now and backstab them later. -

I hate that term. Stupid critics call it that, when it's a game show. A game show that's been taken to an extreme, but a game show nonetheless. Thoughts on some of the players: - Rupert fucking rules it. He looks like Ogre but is a nice guy and is the true heart of the Drake Tribe - Jon is still a jerk but that's his personality so I can't fault him for it. Still, he should turn into a Rob C so we'll see if he grows on me more. - Can you tell that Christa is a computer programmer? - Morgan is a collective bunch of idiots The Game - Now that Drake knows about the POW twist, Morgan is screwed in terms of winning challenges - I love the pirate theme, and the "stealing an item" part of the reward challenge - Tribal Council would've been much cooler if the person voted off had to walk a plank Final tally was 5-2 to vote off Burton. I dunno what the story with Shawn turning on him was, though. -
Season 3 either leads up to or wraps around the movie, I can't remember exactly. Anyways, it comes out next week, and since I was doing some research on it earlier today, here are some prices I found online (all with free shipping): Best Buy: $39.99+tax Circuit Shitty: $39.99+tax Amazon.com: $34.96 DeepDiscountDVD.com: $29.90 (note, this may be a typo on my part) (edit) Nope, that wasn't a typo. Check it out here

I can't speak for Wizard but off the top of my head: Jim Lee: - Punisher vs Wolverine - Uncanny X-Men 268-280. There may be a Kubert fill-in somewhere in there, but this introduces Gambit, "Asianizes" Psylocke, and leads up to... - (New) X-Men v2 #1-5 and the return of Magneto, as well as the gimmick of 5 covers for 1 book. - Batman: Hush ...Lee really doesn't have a huge body of work. After this you start diving into FF v2 and Wildcats... George Perez: - New Teen Titans: The Judas Contract - Crisis on Infinite Earths - JLA/Avengers ...can't think of the others. Probably some Avengers thrown in there as well, and no Sachs & Violens...

I am SHOCKED AND HORRIFIED that there is no eXiles this week... Transformers Generation One Vol 2 #6 (Of 6), $2.95 Transformers War Within Vol 2 #1, $2.95 Marvel 1602 #3 (Of 8), $3.50 Weapon X #13, $2.99

I thought that was Hebner, seeing as he gets a lot of the main events...

Is there only one Speedy Gonzales short on there? Still, I'd get the set, but between Transformers S3 part 1, Deep Space Nine S5&6, Friends S5, WWE Cage matches AND the Indiana Jones Trilogy out or coming out within the next 28 days I don't have the money. And I still haven't bought the Beast Wars or SBtB sets yet!!

OK, someone needs to tell me why Molly voted for Kip...

That's true. However, in light of the minimum 3-year sentence, I'd say that Heatley's playing career is effectively over.

Baseball is still on??

What a fucked up ending to a bizarre game...

I didn't. Makes up for the roughing the kicker call, I guess...

It's the drunken Canadian kicker on for the win...
