Ultimate Power Rangers Batman: The Movie Tank Girl Jesus Christ: Vampire Hunter But they all pale in comparison to my VHS copies of Fantastic Four and JLA.

The Flash was John Wesley Shipp. Love interest btw was Amanda Pays of Max Headroom infamy. -
He has potential. Too bad he got Riotbombed back to Indyville...

New FLASH Series in the Works at WB

As long as they don't call the guy Allen, Garrick, West, Quick, Mercury or even Ognats I'll be somewhat happy... -
I'm guessing a grand total of 0 unless they're playing in the CFL or OUA (Ontario University Athletics) football... Oh, and that afro is insane...

From that Nike commercial (I think) to the Raptors to the And 1 tour to the Heat. Quite the whirlwind tour for Mr. Alston... He played for the Bucks 3 years before that Nike commercial. Played, or dressed?

That's pretty much the Leafs. I mean, Wade Belak is probably their number 4 D-man. Number 3, if McCabe is out for any significant length of time. Then again, if Belak is the number 3 defenceman, are the Leafs even PLAYOFF contenders? Man, it'd be like the Ian Turnbull era all over again, but with better forwards...

Is that relative to Domino's Pizza or cheesesteaks? Not that it's hard to make something better than the standard Domino's pizza, but still. ... I can't believe that McDonald's would actually let their staff make cheesesteaks, so I'm just gonna assume that their "steak" will be the Subway style "open and heat 'em" steak. Which means that it'll be mediocre at best. ... Texadelphia makes a decent cheesesteak, but I still need to go to Philly and try an "authentic" to see how it compares...

Let's not even get into the "who can beat who" stuff. Jim Trabold at 411Mania sorted out the Marvel items. They are: - The Infinity Gems - Ultimate Nullifier - (Earth's) Cosmic Cube - Wand of Watoomb - Evil Eye of Avalon - The Casket of Ancient Winters Busiek seemed to have channeled Mark Waid to get those last three items. Best line was Hawkeye's comment about the JLA being Squadron Supreme ripoffs... btw did the issue remind anyone of Contest of Champions? Minus the token new international characters, of course.

As long as Berard gets an offer that's equal to, or less than, 80% of his arbitration figure, the Bruins have the right to match. His arbitration figure was about $2.5 million, so as long as he's offered a deal that's either about $2 million or less, the team can match it. I'm guessing that he signs with the Bruins in the $1.75 - $2 million range. From what I read, the 80% figure is $2.08 million, and I'm convinced that the Bruins will only sign him if he's offered less than $2 million.

Hey, since when did Nidia lose her ass? She got grouped in with her new crowd. Sure, she HERSELF has a sweet ass but is it enough bring up the median range? U TELL ME! DEAN. Hmm. Baby got back, but you're right, it's not enough...

Hey, since when did Nidia lose her ass?

Well, I can't find an actual press release, but here's a copy of the press release, courtesy of Newsarama.com

While AICN is good for scoops and such, I'm taking this with a couple of grains of salt until we've got official confirmation. With that being said... If it IS Ra's Al Ghul as the baddie then I guess his daughter (Talia? I can't remember... must be a Thursday) would be the token Love Interest here. And hopefully they won't kill him off... I haven't seen enough of Bale's work to know if he'll be a good Batman, but if the rumours are true then I applaud Nolan for avoiding the flavours-of-the-month for casting.

While Jeff Blake looked amazing against the Detroit D last week, I really don't see it happening again against Seattle. So expect Boldin to return to the more pedestrian lifestyle that we've come to expect from Arizona recievers. Also, Joey Harrington threw for 4 TDs (albeit all for 20 yds or less) against the Cards, which bodes well for the Seattle WRs. In short, pick Jackson. I'd also go with Hasselback since he's up against the Arizona D.

Satan prepared to play in Slovakia Let's hope that President Bush doesn't read this article. He might get confused and bomb Slovakia...

I haven't really downloaded much as of late, but that's more a result of music not having been great rather than the threat of getting sued by the RIAA.

I was actually on a European bus tour that day heading into Paris when we heard the news. I think being on another continent actually padded the blow somewhat, because we were so far away from it all. Radio stations here in Houston had a minute of silence followed (generally) by "The Star Spangled Banner" plus a bit of reminiscing, and that was it. Very tasteful, I thought.

Hey, cool. If they sign him and send him to the minors I can heckle him down here in Houston...

I've got a GBA and a NES emulator, so I'm set... And I think my cousin still has a Famicom (w/ disk drive attachment) somewhere...

I'm not. My parents were married when they had me... First issue was pretty good, and I'll probably pick up the second issue, but due to budget constraints I probably won't pick up more than that.

FYI, that's the same show that's been running on NBC...

I threw Fiedler in there only because he's my third QB, but thanks for confirming that I'm making the correct choice...

I've got my own question: Do I start Bledsoe (vs Jax), Brad Johnson (vs Car) or Jay Fiedler (vs NYJ)? Based on last week's Jacksonville collapse, I'm leaning towards Bledsoe and the pass happy Bills. Advice?

Well, even if he doesn't, he's still got the drunken Canadian to bail his ass out...
