  1. The most shocked I have been is when I saw "Snake" Roberts vs. Randy Savage at "Tuesday in Texas." The whole thing that transpired between Roberts and Elizabeth was very weird. It was like watching Jake rape Elizabeth. The interview after the match was quite disturbing. I've never felt so violated after watching a wrestling match. As hot as this feud was after this event, I don't understand why it didn't go further.

Watched "Tuesday Night in Texas" last night.

    WWE announces 2007 DVDs

Wasn't the world class DVD supposed to come out this past summer?? Why did they push it back? Anybody seen the non-wwe version of "Heroes of World Class" Documentary?

    ECW 11/27/07

Why are Kane and Big Daddy V on ECW and Smackdown? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having 3 different brands? It's a decent feud for both of them, don't get me wrong. New competition for Kane and the first nice push for V since Mabel. But, isn't seeing "the Miz" once a week enough? Now I have to see him on Smackdown, too? You're telling me that with the monopoly that WWE has on wrestling they can't find enough talent to fill 5 hours a week? Probably 1.5 of those 5 hours are devoted to blabbering on the microphone anyway. If they're not going to keep the wrestlers on their assigned show, I don't see the point in continuing the brand extension. When will WWE put an AWA promotion on tv? They could start putting "AWA All-American Wrestling" on Sunday afternoons. Maybe restart WCCW, too. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills

    Best member of the nWo

For me, it was the man who started the whole tsunami, the lone wolf, Scott Hall.

    ECW 11.20.07

Yea, that segment was SO bad that I'm even wondering if they can produce even worse match next week. I mean, the whole thing was so forced because of their reactions (not moving, not fighting, just closing their eyes so the pie(?) won't get in their eyes, etc) that even I was turned off. And I'm not easily turned off by segments with divas. I changed the channel. By the way, what's the deal with Kane v. Big Daddy V on ECW and Smackdown? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having 3 different brands? It's a decent feud for both of them, don't get me wrong. New competition for Kane and the first nice push for V since Mabel. Raw 11.26.07

Yes, and he lost to Shawn Staziak who also stole his gimmick and music if I recall.

Flair will probably end up losing to McMahon. I liked that Jericho was the one that cost Orton the match. I really hope Jericho gets a chance to be World Champion. It seems that he has picked up right where he left off, though. Like he's going through the motions. The hiatus has done little to rejuvenate his career. I'd like to see him in TNA.

    Best Submission Hold

My favorite submission hold would be the Indian Death Lock made famous by "Chief" Jay Strongbow. It's not like the Figure Four, where the wrestlers can lay there for 5 minutes and have it still be capable of being a devasting hold. It has to be done right to be effective. It's nice to see Triple H do it, but I'm sure there are smaller names who do it better.

    The What If Topic...

What if Elvis Presley didn't die in 1977 but took some time off to get healthy and clean? What if Vince McMahon and Tom Parker had arranged for Elvis to sing the national anthem at WrestleMania I? What if Hulk Hogan did win at WrestleMania 9 and accepted the challenge from "The Hitman" for, say, King of the Ring? Would Yokozuna win the tournament? What if Hogan, Hart, and Yokozuna had a triangle match at KOTR? Who would have won the tournament then? What if Sting went to the WWF in the early '90's? Would he have become the star he is? Or, would he have faded into obscurity?

    Hulk and Linda split up

Doesn't his daughter have any friends? I'm not sure because I've only seen a handful of episodes, but has Beefcake ever been on the show? That would be great to see, though. Hogan, Beefcake, and Knobbs with his cane. Maybe the "Macho Man" will set him up with someone.

    WWE 24/7 Discussion Thread - November 2007

Tony Schiavonne would always say something gay like, "We're having a good time tonight, aren't we Brain?!" *gufaw*

Hitman: My Real Life in the Cartoon World of Wrestling

There was a time when wrestlers weren't playing "characters", they were portraying twisted or rose colored versions of their true selves. It must be hard to break away from that mentality when you've been living it for so long. In Bret's case, the only life he has ever known. That's what made wrestling great. When you met Ric Fair, you were meeting Ric Flair, not some guy who played him on TV.

    What are you watching?

Art Donovan. Gorilla Monsoon and Macho Man were good sports about it, although it seemed that Gorilla was losing his patience about halfway through the event.

I watched the original Survivor Series yesterday. It is, afterall, the Thanksgiving night tradition.

What the fuck are they!?! One of the most amazing moves in wrestling that only someone like Scott Steiner could do. In fact I don't think anyone else has ever done it (be pretty impressive if they did) and if they did I doubt it was with an opponent the size Steiner was throwing around. Pick up your opponent with two hands like you were going to do a backbreaker (Not Benoit/Dynamite style but the Great Muta style) and hold him there. Than "throw" your opponent backwards without releasing him. At the same time rotate your body backwards and land on your stomach/chest while still holding your opponent. That is the finish position which would be the same as a normal pinning predicament. Yes, I know that sounds impossable but Scott Steiner actually did it!!!! He did a lot of "impossable" stuff back in the day. In the Wrestlewar match he actually screws up the first time and lands around his head area but manages to full rotate the second time. There is a match from Clash of Champions "Coastal Clash" where the Steiners Brothers wrestled Doom for the World titles. Scott Steiner executed the move on both members of Doom. Amazing.
