I dunno. Those two he just gave Jericho looked pretty nasty.

Is it just me, or is Lita moving a little more smoothly in those jeans?
-
Queen of Extreme? Where is Francine anyway?
-
He lost me halfway with the AOL reference.

Not with that hair. So when did this thread become "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy"? Oh yeah. That hair has just *got* to go.
-
That beard just ain't working for Hunter.
-
He got caught with drugs at the border and was in TNA for the last couple of years.

I'd like to see them book a handicap match for next week. Snow, Shinobi and Avatar vs Tajiri.

They were my guilty pleasure until they teamed with Rikasshi. Their Lenny/Lodi ambiguous duo was funny, and I thought they were a pretty good comedy team when they went white boy hip-hop. At least it was short. Suddenly I'm getting visions of Too Cool, sans Rikishi, teaming with Cena ala Team Angle. Maybe it's a good thing he's on Raw. Nah. Thing is, both rosters are short on tag teams. Too Cool was a popular tag team when WWE was at its height in popularity. Wouldn't the most obvious thing to do be to take the belts off Scotty and Rikishi and bring in Grandmaster to re-form the original team? Or at least bring Scotty to Raw. It's not like there's anything for Brian to do on Raw anyway. He's worthless as a singles competitor. Rant over... Is that Shinobi???
-
Now why not send him to Smackdown to team with Scotty?!

Sid/HBK from SS96 Austin/Hart from SS96 Rock/Jericho from No Mercy 01 Both the Triple Threat matches from Vengeance 02 and 03. Also, Benoit/Eddie from Vengeance 03.

I'd buy it for a Klondike bar. Really, it all depends on whatever matches they offer. I'll wait to see a full lineup before I make a judgment.

I'm pretty sure that RVD and Booker fought for the Hardcore belt sometime between No Mercy and Survivor Series 01. I know they ran a little angle where Booker was jealous of Rob's popularity or something along those lines. I don't think they've had another televised singles match.

If you intend on keeping Eddie as Champion until October, he'll have to work a program with Book at some point. Next to Show and Angle, he's the most established heel (in terms of name value) on the Smackdown roster and is really the only other guy who's over enough with the crowd to credibly work a ME program. With Angle out, Show leaving and with Bradshaw's character still in the building stages, Booker would be the most logical choice right now for a long standing ME program.

Yeah, it was pretty good. Also, while I don't necessarily consider Chyna a bad worker, Jericho carried her to some great matches in 99.

I disagree with that. Billy's always sucked on the mic. I didn't mind Billy as KOTR, but for whatever reason, I could never get behind his singles push. I'm not sure if you can attribute this more to bad writing (WWF really seemed to fall off around the time of Owen's death), but it seemed like the upper midcard died the moment they threw him into the Rock program. It was boring as hell and Billy seemed completely out of place against the Rock, no matter how strong he was made to look on shows. I can see why they gave up on his push, because once Jericho came onto the scene, they really didn't have too much of a need for Billy as a top heel.

I've been floating between 110 and 120 since sophmore year of high school. Though I could probably put on a lot of muscle if I started working out seriously. Everyone says that with my build, I should be a lot bigger than I am now.
-
Thanks again, Deon. I'd never seen this match before.

If you notice, the Blue Blazer character was basically mocking the Hogan of the 80s in his promos. If the WWF sent the Blazer in that direction, why not take a shot at Sting while at it? Just because they had a similar catchphrase doesn't mean that they were mocking Hogan. Really, the whole thing just added to the "wholesome" superhero persona they were trying to pull off for him. And even if they wanted to mock WCW, I'm sure they'd have went after someone other than Sting, who wasn't even a real figurehead in the company following his stint in the Wolfpac.

The folder hasn't really been that bad over the last couple of months. Aside from a few dumb posts/topics here or there, I don't see too much worth complaining about.
-
No, but I'm not sure if that's good or bad. I'm the only person in the world who could lie around and eat fatty foods for a whole week and actually LOSE weight.
-
I don't think so. They were just playing up the superhero aspect of the character by having him fly in. Plus, WCW was really just starting to lag behind WWF in ratings and popularity, so what would've been the point of taking a shot at Sting?
