Your definition of "good" is baffling. Because I saw: - Your IC champ getting used to put Austin over - Austin beating on women and coming off looking really bad - An unescessarily long and confusing 8 man tag - More retarded shit involving Kane and Shane - Not delivering on Maven vs Flair - The usual womens match shitfest Good stuff all around. There were things about the show I didn't like (Austin's involvement in the the RVD/Steiner/Stacy thing at all--they could've used Booker T or someone else to make the save, but I can see where they're headed with the Austin thing, so I won't complain--the Kane made no sense to me whatsoever...maybe because I slept through half of it, I dunno...the 8 man wasn't THAT bad IMO, although it was obviously just thrown in there to kill time, there was no need for the table stip, and Booker SHOULD'VE beaten Christian, not Conway to win the match...and the Rosie segments were stupid, but harmless), but they didn't take away from the show for me, and overall, I came away with a good feel from it. -I liked the stuff with HBK, Goldberg and Evolution. I could've done without the recycled material (the attempted hit and run and the falling boxes), but I have a soft spot for Face Vs Face feuds, especially those "Can Face A really trust Face B" type angles, and Flair constantly egging Shawn on was great. -Austin beating a woman...the announcer's made it come off worse than it really was by downplaying that Austin was wrong in attacking Stacy (somewhat understandable, because they didn't wanna turn him heel), but I can see that they did it in order to build up Jericho's case against him, so I didn't really mind it, and I'm actually interested to see how it plays out. -As for Maven and Flair...I had actually forgotten that the match was made until Flair came out before Maven's match, so it didn't matter to me. Flair's post match attack made me laugh too, because I was expecting him to do the whole "I'll kick your ass when I'm healthy" thing when Maven was headed backstage, then hit him with the crutch as soon as his back was turned. Just the fact that Ric was all "I can't believe you'd question my injury" then suddenly dropped the crutch and SPRINTED down the aisle had me dying. I wish they wouldn't have telegraphed the post-match attack though, because when I saw Flair in crutches, I thought he was injured legit. And the hot crowd really helped the show out a lot. Nothing horrendously bad (IMO), and I was actually entertained for a change. That's all I ask for.

Hot crowd and some fairly interesting (though somewhat confusing) storylines. I'd say it was a good Raw overall.

All this recycled material is making my head hurt.

I swore that was Big Bubba Rogers at first.

Was that even necessary?

I voted quit, but have you ever tried going to a writing tutor or something? Or maybe working with your professors to see what you can improve on. I can't see you taking the course 5 times with no improvement at all. Did you even try?

I just took that damn test Friday. I got 126, and apparently I'm a word warrior...if that means I get to run around here with face paint and arm tassles, it's all good.

I tried to bribe Stacy into giving you a lapdance, but apparently, she doesn't like pennies...eh, her loss. Anyway, Happy B-Day.

Yeah, he has gotten fat. I had to look twice to make sure that was him when he was coming out for his match with Test.

*Ahem* Is there a PROBLEM with that? Hey...y'all can HHHate all want. I'd rather Reggie hate. As for Drake...you know, now that I really think about it, he reminds me a lot of Johnson.

I've had a few great matches over the last few days in SYM. I had another great match between Angle and Benoit...this time it was in a 10 minute Iron man rather than Ultimate Submission. Back and forth...a lot of reversals, counters, finisher stealing and all of that...lots of lead changes. With about 2 minutes left, I hit Kurt with the swandive headbutt to tie the score at 4 falls a piece, then made him tap in the sharpshooter to put me up 5 to 4. Then, with about a minute left, Kurt tries to make that Superman comeback again...similar to the one he made in the last match, and then makes me tap with an armbreaker to tie the match at 5. So then he starts locking me in all these holds, and I'm thinking he's either gonna pull it out at the last minute, when with about 25 or 20 seconds left, I counter an Irish whip with the dragon screw, catch him in the sharpshooter and he taps! So at this point, I'm all happy, and I wanted to try and go up one more fall on him just to put him away for good. I hit with Rolling Germans and was setting up for the Crossface, when he counters my grapple and knocks me down with a shoulderblock...and it looked like he was going for another submission or something, but I countered it, and with about 2 seconds left, I managed to get him with the Crossface, but time expired before I got him to tap. Good match. Also, I started a season with Bret Hart, and created Owen and Bulldog hoping I'd get a Hart Foundation started up...and of course, as soon as I start the game, they have me curtain jerking back to back Heats against both of them. I won both with the Sharpshooter (and got jumped by them afterwards), but both matches were great. I forget exactly who I was fighting (may have been Christian)...another match that went back and forth...and it seemed like no matter what I did, I couldn't put him away. I put him in the Sharpshooter twice, and when that didn't get him, he turned it around on me and hit me with that Inverted DDT/Neckbreaker type thing he does. He then pulls off the turnbuckle pad and tries to whip me in, but I reversed it and he hit backfirst off the buckle. I then hit him with the top rope superplex...covered him, but he kicked out after two. Then I sent him into the buckle again and Superplexed him again...and repeated that sequence 8 more times just to be vicious. Finally, I just stood over him taunting him for a while, stomped him in the chest, then finally finished him off with the Sharpshooter.

I think that was You Da Foo or whatever the hell his name was. I don't think they were the same person. Or maybe they were...you never know with some of these people.

I remember Jerry. The Pacers fan. A lot of people didn't like him, but I really didn't mind him. He seemed alright.

Eh, for what it's worth, I think that outside of a couple of songs, the album (Grand Champ) is alright. I don't mind the lyrics, and the beats are hot for the most part and even the tracks I don't really care for ("Bring the Noise", "Untouchable"...and maybe "The Dog is Out") aren't even that bad. Only thing that really bugs me about X (nothing new though) is his mixed messages...he spends most of the album talking about killing people then drops like a couple of tracks praising Jesus. Seems hypocritical as hell to me, but oh well. I like his one line on "Where the Hood at?" where he's like "I'll shove your head up your ass and have you seeing shit clearly".

I haven't been to a house show since late 2001, so I dunno whether or not this has changed, but we've been getting pyro and what not at our house shows in Philly since sometime in 1999. I always found that weird, because before then, we'd always see clips from house shows on TV that got pyro and wondered why they never did it here. Why not do the same thing at all house shows across the board?

I'm with you there. There was nothing remotely funny about the segment (just like, IMO, there was nothing entertaining about the beer truck or the milk truck incidents...well, other than Angle throwing WHOLE milk cartons at the Alliance. That had me dying), but I did get a sort of Austin-like vibe from the whole thing, which kinda gives me the impression that they're beginning to see Eddie as a major player.

Damn...he really wants to get on that WMXX card, doesn't he?
