    12 rounds trailer

The guy who directed 12 Rounds, Renny Harlin, directed Die Hard 2. Didn't he also direct Cutthroat Island as well? I think that won a couple of Rasberry awards.

    NHL - January 2009

Mike Francessa was talking about Wang threatening to sell the Islanders to a Kansas City group. What are the odds of that happening? What is the whole story? Does it come down to Long Island not willing to build a new stadium?

    Left4Dead

What does everybody want to see for DLC? I personally want at least 2 new levels, a couple more of the super invested, some new weapons and intros and endings for each campaign.

I liked Bioshock but I wasn't all that impressed by it. I loved the atmosphere of the game and the controls. You could either treat the game as a FPS or just do magic the whole time while playing the game. I liked the story but I just didn't see the replay value with the game to play it over again. L4Dead is a great online multiplayer. The main problem of the game is that it doesn't have a story, it's just 4 people shooting zombies. The weapons in the game are rather limited. I do not think L4D is worth the 40/50 that it is going for now. I do think that your sister would probably play it longer than she would play Bioshock. Bioshock is a 15-20 hour game. L4D is a 2 hour game or so for each of the 4 missions depending on the difficulty. Thats 8 hours right there and times that by the amount of times she would play it online with friends and getting achievement points. It's a very fun game.

Hahaha. I applied to the location that Jerichoholic worked at several years ago. With all due respect to Jericho, the location I applied at wasn't looking for people who were in College but people who were going for their GED's and straight out of the Bronx.

Yeah because I am sure that a guy who won 5 World Series cries about the one that got away. Give me a break. The only other player in the last 30 years to win as many is David Cone.

Yeah it's hilarious to hear people wanting to see their hometown team win a World Series in the city of 9/11. You forgot that alot of the people who went to the games and were being interviewed lost a relative, friend, coworker, neighbor etc on 9/11. You forgot that millions of people were able to get their minds off of real life during the Yankees run in 2001. That was a healing/coping treat for a majority of NYC. Yeah it's real hilarious for tens of thousands of people who had someone close to them be murdered to find a little solitude in baseball. I had almost 15 people from my hometown including a girl I went to high school with and a Police Officer die on 9/11. I am going to go watch my 96 and 99 World Series highlight videos and laugh at the Braves. I am going to laugh at the hillbilly redneck retard who says before game five that Smoltz is gonna win. I am going to laugh at Ken Merker giving up the game winning homerun to Chad Curtis in game 3 of 99. Also, feel free to watch Mercker give up the home run, since it wasn't him on the mound. I think you would know that. Mike Remlinger, my apologies. I am going to watch game 4 of the 96 Series afterwards. I don't know what I find more hilarious, the fact that the braves blew a 6 run lead at home or the fact that Klesko lost the ball in the lights to allow the Yankees to score the 8th run.

What about game 6 of the 2002 World Series? The Angels were down 5 runs in the 7th inning down 3 games to 2.

    Cuts are a comin!

I know it's bad to rejoice in someone elses misfortune.. but good fucking riddance!! How long had he been on the roster for? Since 93, 94? It's funny to think that Sparky Plugg lasted a decade and a half plus with the WWE. I'll never forget him going for the IC Championship at Rumble 2000 and the WWE championship at the Rumble 2004. Good fucking riddance.

US Airways plane crashes into the Hudson River

US Airways Plane has crashed into the Hudson River. They are showing the plane on the news right now. The plane seems to be intact in the river but the current temperature in NYC is 20 degrees. They are speculating that the plane hit a flock of geese. Injuries and fatalities are unknown.

    Let's Talk About: Hair Metal

Is Sebastian Bach still smoking crack? I am watching the #100 top rock songs on VH1. He stated of how Nirvana and NIN killed off all of these bands in the early 90's but it's 2008 now and Rock is back on top. Seriously, WHAT THE FUCK?

US Airways plane crashes into the Hudson River

Someone on sternfannetwork.com claimed that they called US Airways to ask if they could book a plane to the Hudson River. I felt like an asshole for laughing. The pilot did a great job of landing the plane into the river and keeping it entact.

I remember the AJC had an article on Jones back in the summer of 2007. The main part of the article was his home run pace. I believe he became the youngest player to hit 350 homeruns. He was also on a better pace than Hank Aaron and Jones was on pace to hit his 756 homerun at the age of 40. So it's not hard to say that he was on a Hall of Fame pace. If he can get his act together, he still is. He is 32 years old with 370 career homeruns.

    The current economy

Why is the subway 5 dollar foot long so great? I dont really view it as someone saving money in the long run. You can get a pound of turkey, cheese, bread, mayo, mustard, bag of chips for $15 dollars and get about 8 meals out of it. With subway you are spending 15 dollars on 3 meals. Wendys has really been promoting their 3 sandwiches on the dollar menu. Applebees, Chilis and Outback have all been promoting their $10 dollar dinners and their new lunch menu.
