I was playing Fatal Labyrinth the other day. A lot better than I expected it to be. I said it in 2006 for the PS2 version, but it bares repeating with the new additions: The Museum write-ups are excellent. "A Pinball Defense System. That was your big plan, Dr. Robotnik? Really?" Lol. This got a 9.0 at IGN - seems like it's worth the pickup. I had dl'd Sonic the Hedgehog for XBLA - best part of that was you could save whenever you wanted. (cheap I know...)

I think Michael Cole's commentary on this 12/8 RAW was the pinnacle of his effectiveness. I actually didn't mind him at all - compared to today with this high pitched over emotional commentary makes me want to put the thing on mute. Btw, great pan to the crowd and you've got some 14 year old kid wearing a Chyna Syndrome t-shirt and acting like it was the best thing in the world. Cracked me up (plant or not).

Not a big reaction from the crowd, although who knows how many were really listening. Hunter looked like he was trying to take a fierce dump as he admitted she was his wife.

Have to think Steamboat is one of those as well, although Snuka is on the Roster page at the official LOW website. Nice to see a Macho Man CAW will be easily put together.

TNA sets record with 1.9 million viewers

First time I have tuned in to them on Spike - so the word about the empty arena match got me interested enough to set the DVR. Sting was pretty f'n good. Angle's "I hate you! I hate you! I hate you!!!" was , well I dont know how to describe it. Lame? His no sell of a "15 foot drop" made no sense either. They were both pretty fired up though at the end. -
Christian's Re-debut in WWE has occurred!

Speaking of...Christian also has added the Flying Headbutt to his aresenal. I don't recall him using that in WWE before. Did he do so in TNA? -
From what I can recall: First IC win vs. HHH. I thought this was interesting as HHH was poised to defend it against someone else at the PPV that was just days away. I don't really know the backstory but interesting none the less. Nation of Domination stuff with Owen Hart and DX. HHH vs. the Rock from the qualifying King of the Ring match of all things in 98. They did not show Fully Loaded or the Summerslam ladder match on this cut. I *think* the actual DVD had the 2 out of 3 falls match that went to a countout? Maybe in the extras so it could still be coming. Survivor Series Deadly Game recap and then the final match vs. Foley. Out of that feud they passed over Breakdown and 99 Royal Rumble (overplayed) and instead showed the St. Valentine's Day Massacre Last Man Standing match. This features a drawn out double stretcher job after both take chair shots. I never got that after all the violence between the two - THAT would be a plausible ending. Hadn't seen it since 99 though. Then they showed the ladder match from the next night's RAW where Rock got the title back. WM XV vs. Austin

Ususally FIOS leaves the Big Ones up the entire month but in this case, I'm glad I revisited No Mercy last night as it is long gone. I did not get to finish my 12/1 RAW though! Neidhart/HHH - that had to have been huge -

Boy that is pretty whiny and funny. While it common knowledge now that they never were going to use christian there - I thought at the time the writer's didn't use Christian because he would have gotten an enormous pop for his return and having him cost the big fan favorite Jeffy Hardy a match would have made Jeff looked pretty bad. And we know how concerned the writers are about face/heel reactions. -
No kidding - you would hope he had something better prepared. He just slowly put his head to the mat - really weird.
-
I wouldn't sweat it. You're proper use of italices with WWE 24/7 On Demand makes up for it imo.
-
Lol - no kidding, right?
-
So according to King - Non sanctioned match - NO REF - and Legacy is banned from ringside. How exactly is that enforced with no ref?
