I wish you'd posted this in NHB. On the comic book guy scale of 1 to 10 that reply scored an 8 -
Not just Mysterio... most champions in the company have done non-title jobs recently, Maryse, MVP, Carlito/Primo even Triple H. What is being champion supposed to even mean anymore? I don't know the answer. Being a champion is not as special as it once used to be, that much I can confidently say.

I am in two minds yes I like the way Show is being used as of late. That is the first mind. The second is that I hated seeing Rey jobbed out. Now I am not his biggest fan, or really a fan at all, but he is over as a face so jobbing him is not really the best use of his character.

My dear, don't be prejudiced. We're not all this guy: Yes my apologies, I tend to judge Americans on that guy as he was in charge for so long. Not any more thankfully. So sorry for any offence my overall judging of a people might have caused. I still wouldn't Fuck anybody from Wisconsin though.

Michael cole should be beaten with a sack of rocks
zhangmeijie replied to a topic in No Holds Barred
So has cole gotton better or worse since his 2000 "Heydays". Wait what am I thinking there is no better with Cole. -
Oh, I would, honey, I would. The obstacles to that would be twofold: 1.getting either me to Ireland or you to Texas, and 2.getting you to want to fuck me. Shamefully, I predict that #2 would probably be more difficult than #1. No offence but I don't fuck Americans. I would but they are usually too busy trying to fuck the rest of the world.

Sorry but I call bullshit there. Bruno Sammartino was booked as a minority champion (Italian) followed by Ivan Koloff (Canadian but booked as a russian). They were followed by Puerto Rican Pedro Morales and Japanese Antonio Inoki. Than Iranian Iron Sheik came a little bit later. To say Yokozuna was the first minority champion is just plain misguided. I agree with you about how they booked him though, and how they booked Hakushi.

I really like my team. They are doing quite well for me.

I tried that and it's not working

With the right build up and a series of encounter or tag matches the last match can be (cliche time) a pressure cooker. Both guys or teams one upping each other for weeks, or with a proper build months. In a way the first meet is really just the warm up act. Or is it, the first match could make or break the series if fans are not gripped from the outset will the fued even pick up? So which is more important to you the first match, something in the middle or the blow off match? The final match, as far as i'm concerned it is the blowoff to the fued and it's what people will remember you could have 5* matches all the way through a feud and have a crappy last match and people will remember that feud for the last match which was crappy, the same goes for if there is a feud with average matches the whole way thourgh untill the final match which turns out to be excellent, people will remember that

The show has sucked since 1995 frankly.

Hogan, Rock and Austin all made huge amounts no doubt. Now some would (probably) argue that Hogan made the most and there is no doubt He probably did. However I'm not so sure Austin didn't make WWE more money and while Rock wouldn't have made them as much as either I am sure He made them a shed load. There are others of course who made a lot of money but the likes of HHH, Cena, Savage Hart, Andre and others wouldn't have made WWE as much money as the big 3 of Hogan, Austin and Rock. Or could one say that Vince McMahon Himself made WWE the most money? What are your thoughts?

Which is the most important match in a feud
zhangmeijie replied to zhangmeijie's topic in General Wrestling
In an unusual move I am going to use an exact movie to back up your statement. The movie knowing. The story was built up well, and so it looked like the blowoff / ending was going to be good. As you said that is important. Then there was the last 12-15 minutes, it sucked beyond belief. So now all I remember is the bad ending. -
Well he was a pretty big star in his native Japan. In WWE he never stood a chance.

Right now Hacksaw Jim Duggan is a JTTS.

Guess I must have seen it online or somewhere a few years ago then.

I wouldn't hug that man, never mind let a child.

That reminds me of the fucking WI thread, man I love that thread.

I remember this, if you were watcing before this and after you would recall the context of this video. It was one big joke for the two of them really. Still I don't think it worked for their characters. They got away with it though.

Who has made WWE more money over the years

To be blunt I have never fully trusted Meltzer as much as some. He has being known to spout some crap in his time.
