I'm looking forward to Season 3, but I hope they don't make the same mistake they did about Season 2 and focus a little bit too much on the characters rather than the actual story of the island, The Others, etc. The whole thing about focusing on the realtionships just sounds like filler for another season. It will be interesting to see where the story goes from here after that ridlicious finale.

I haven't followed Smackdown much but I know they "broke up and got fired" at Judgment Day and I heard that Joey Mercury's got drug problems, but what exactly is the reason for their de-push and now taking them off TV?

Some stuff was a lot of fun, some of it sucked. Better than normal.

I thought Angle's mouthpiece of "VIOLENCE" was cool as hell.

I just picked it up for 20 bucks at Wal-Mart and it came with the Rey Mysterio 619 DVD with it, so a pretty damn good deal. They did a pretty good job editing out the Mickie James/Trish Stratus finish but the best part of the match with Mickie licking her hand isn't in it. WATCH THE BATTLE ROYAL. It's so funny. The match is fucking horrible and the crowd is totally dead. Michael Cole and Tazz just sarcastically go through the whole thing with just hilarious commentary about how bad the match is. "This is the greatest Battle Royal I've ever seen." The part when Michael Cole says "What a great way to kick off Smackdown" is hilarious. Such a waste of time but worth watching once. The quality is a lot better on the discs than it was last year with Mania 21. The extras are really good on the DVD too, with SNME and stuff. The edited out POD - Boom, but Seether - Remedy is still in there. I'm looking forward to watching the Hall of Fame stuff in it's enterity. They edit out the Fuck You Cena chants in the main event.

Why didn't they pull the plug on him a year ago?

Desmond is my new favorite character on the show after this episode. God that was so good. If he survives, I hope he's added to the cast as a regular. I think what really took me away with the ending was that was the first scene ever on this show in present time off the island. Totally mindblowing.
