I've been watching a few Superstars episodes and I've noticed how detailed the editing is. If you didn't know, they would tape 4-5 shows and then take them back to the studios and edit them, show them off over the next month or so, etc. Now, my question is. Did Ross & Cornette commentate live in the studio while the broadcast was going or did they do it the night or so before? One thing you notice is Ross mentions reading the paper in the morning (A quote about Ted Turner, etc.), you can tell the differences in the voices from when they have a guest at the commentator booth and when they don't, talking about what happened on Shotgun Saturday Night the night before, etc. I'm guessing they did it live in the studio, but it's weird how they can be so preciese and knowing the cues. Because what if Ross was in the studio live talking too long to the point where it cuts off to the already recorded commentary in the arena? Who knows, it probably did happen. I think they did this was Raw around this time as well. Thanks if you know.

Yeah, but that was 2000...so no one gives a shit because we are talking about 1997 and that match didn't even happen yet. Just because there was a better match 3 years later still shouldn't take the fact the 10 Man Canadian Stampede match was pretty damn good for 1997 standards.

Let me describe this situation a little bit more: I have this on tape. It's actually Superstars, and it's Jason Arndt or whatever his name was & Eddie Jackie vs. Steve Austin. Basically, Austin squashed Jason the week before and was so disgusted by him, that he told him to go get a tag partner and he'd beat them both. This was around the time of the buildup to Rumble 1997. Austin had them both down, and Bulldog came out and clotheslined Austin behind the ref's back and Jason got the pin. Later in the broadcast, Austin Pillmanized both Jackie & Arndt...and that was the end of that. So there ya go.

Alright, I like the match so far...but I think it's just making Cena look even worse. Taker makes a mistake and Spoiler (Highlight to Read): Cena wins by a long shot that it does nothing for Cena. Meh.

I like how they edit the crowd when they yell "DICK" and they edit in with the crowd going insane. Please.

I forgot all about Smackdown, but I remembered like 15 minutes before it started. This whole week and everything...sigh. I need a good night of wrestling. Brock's got the bad ass beard going.
