I think the first logical feud for Angle is Christian, which is probably why they had Christian talking shit. Next would probably be Jarrett, but Sting might be next because of Sting's contract expiring. Matches like Angle vs. Styles and Joe will be looong down the road. I can see someone like Monty Brown coming out and talking shit for 5 minutes and Angle kicks his ass in 2 seconds at the next PPV.

I'm guessing it's either a better time slot, Kurt Angle, or Goldberg. If it's Angle, as much as I'd hate to see him go to TNA and get even more fucked up but apparently he is going to MMA, I'd fucking shit my pants.

Hogan keeps coming back because it's easy money, not necessarily because he needs it. I think it's pretty obvious who the rich ones are (the ones that are all leaving wrestling to pursue other avenues) and who the ones that throw all their money away.

This is a pretty random post, but I really miss him. I haven't been following Smackdown for quite some time (even with Chris on the show) and I know that they've done nothing with him for a while....but the fact he's been gone for this long without hearing anything about him sucks. I hope when he returns they give him a rightful push up to main event status on a show that needs it, and hopefully another title run before it's all over and done with. So here's a thread until he comes back.

That's because Foley called an audible on the fly. The pedigree was the original finish but Foley wanted something totally brutal. I remember reading about how Foley got a lot of heat from Vince because of the fact he did that, especially because of Mick's safety. Realizing this came after Foley got a ton of heat from Vince because of KOTR 98.

A lot of the old WWF tapes like Supertape or Wrestlefest or whatever...they'd have all these matches between two lower card guys that would go on for like 10 minutes and then just randomly end.

I think those who think Angle is leaving to go somewhere else don't quite understand the situation. it's not like they disagreed over booking which lead to the release. Angle's got serious health and personal problems that have gone on for years and quite frankly he's on the verge of having a quick death....he will either come back to WWE or he'll never wrestle again. That's really how you have to look at this.

I bet Angle was told by Vince to go to rehab and Angle said no.
