Because during Dickinson's first stint with Maiden they failed to make any kind of attempt at truly evolving and changing their sound. And GreatOne, don't all these song have a guitar intro of relatively similar length, a solo that doesn't change all that much form song to song, and Bruce screaming at the end? As for the difference between Piece of Mind and FOTD, yes they sound different because Janick's guitar playing and Bruce's voice changing a bit but the song formula is still pretty much the same.

You may have some kind of a point here but all you mentionned is just one album repeated over and over again really.

Well there are only 4 other Maiden albums and Killers IS the better one, or at least it's heavier. 1-S/t 2-Dickinson Formula inc. 3-X-Factor 4-Virtual XI I really don't see how any of these can top Killers.

I have a hard time believing they're going away since everyone's been saying that for 9+ years. But I can't really say I'm dissapointed, they can only get better once they're out of here, plus the Quebec City Northern League (The Capitales) team has been more entertaining than the Expos in the past few years anyway (AND they've been drawing more).

Motorhead by far, Slayer and In Flames were rather loud too.

During school I saw emo kids wearing t-shirts with shit like "I'm a freak" written on it and a bunch of stupid "no one loves me" slogans, pretty much every metalhead wanted to punch them and that more or less started the MAE movement at my school (Metalheads Against Emo). On a side note, there was a guy who wore a "pornstar" t-shirt eho bears a striking ressemblance to Ron Jeremy, quite funny.
