I'll just post exactly what I posted at the DVDVR message board: "64 PERCENT??????, what kind of a lazy hippie ignorant fuckin province am I living in goddammit?, most of these kids haven never even been to the States for christ's sakes! Personally my trips to Boston and Miami were more "cool" than "filled with evil", I must be the one who's crazy. "

5'7 and about 130, not bad considering I've maintained the very same weight for 5 straight years but was 5'2 5 years ago, what a fat little pig I was...

AGAIN?, man are they ever going to make up their fucking minds? people here have been talking about the Expos going away since the fire sale NINE YEARS AGO.

I remember being pretty good at kickball, for a short time in 6th grade I was king of home runs~! ,and most of the players were also soccer players so needless to say the ball would go pretty damn far. Good times...

I never talked about Dream Theater (I don't really like their music, it's all flippy floppy shit over good melodic music), just Petrucci's status as a guitar god, which he is.

And then you'd get to see KITT at normal speed, but on fast forward~!, which made for quite funny results when in was windy (trees swinging from left to right super-fast in the background) -
They're all shitty faux-70's rock bands polluting the air waves (even if most radio stations are already shitty themselves) with overly simplistic music while people think they're rock gods or something. There's your similarity. If I may add: If I want a good australian rock 'N roll band I'll listen to Ac/Dc, not Jet, if I want a guitar god I'll listen to John Petrucci, not FREAKIN' JACK WHITE.

YEEEEEEEHAW~!, 1 down, 3 to go The White Stripes, Jet, and The Strokes will all be gone in no time hopefully

Yeah I've realized that school seems to end a lot earlier in the U.S, or everywhere outside of Quebec for that matter. When do you guys start?, I start somewhere around September 1st, I'm guessing it's earlier for you guys since I highly doubt your school year is shorter than ours.

Yesterday I bought: Iron Maiden - The Number of the Beast Black Sabbath - Master of Reality

Seafood and lots of it, my mommy's rice, whiskey to wash it all down, hey, if I'm going to die, might as well die drunk.

On June 23rd I'll officially be done with high school (math exam, what a great way to end the year...), now if only I could get my hands on the genius who decided to put prom on the 19th.

My favorite is their first album, Phantom of the Opera is such a fucking masterpiece.

Yeah I'm going on a school trip to Boston/Salem from Friday the 30th to sunday, and our weekend is pretty much booked with museums and stuff but friday and saturday night they'll drop us off af quincy market and we'll be free to go wherever we want for 3 hours each night or so, are there any cool places I should visit/shop at?
-
Well try harder, 'cause in terms of rudeness Boston is Quebec's bitch

It was AWESOME, the school had selected like the 4 coolest teachers to come with us, and pretty much all we did was quite fun, Science museum, Harvard, Cambridge, Duck tour (which was surprisingly fun), Omnimax and a bunch of other stuff. The view from the top of Prudential tower is breathtaking especially for Fenway Park and the airport. Plus the food was really amazing (look at the food thread for more details). Salem was really fun too, lots of cool little shops there and a GREAT seafood reataurant (Finz). Also, Bostonians are the most polite, courteous people I've ever had to deal with, everywhere we went we were treated very well. One thing that surprised me is that on a friday night, during rush hour in the very center of the city, drivers stop to let one person cross the street, I was truly surprised 'cause never in a LIFETIME would you see this in Quebec. Really I was impressed, and I'm likely going back this summer with my friends because there's tons of interesting stuff we've had to skip due to a lack of time. The Boston/Cambridge/Salem trip gets ****¾ from me.

All the good stuff I had in Boston this weekend: -Cheesesteak at the cheesesteak stand in quincy market -Sirloin & grilled shrimp at Uno in Cambridge -a 93¢ taco at taco bell (believe it or not I had never been there before, and I probably won't go again because the people there were rude as hell but the taco itself was pretty good) -Lobster roll at Fitz in Salem

I've never really cared for either team but I must admit that right now I'm LOVIN' IT!

My thoughts exactly, plus I didn't even want to hear what he had to say back when he was on the board, and I sure as hell don't want to hear him now.

I've always thought that "Bronx Bombers" sounded pretty cool.

They killed Livewire like 5 years ago because it sucked, why bring the exact same concept back?

Ahmed has a match on the World Tour 1996 tape against Owen (semi-final I think) that isn't complete shit.... I think, I'd need to rewatch but I traded it.
