From the Winston-Salem Journal Bad enough they was doing that rate of speed on a busy highway, but to do it with what little grip those spacesaver spares offer is just ridiculous.

Most of the time I just brake check them, but if that doesn't work, I drive really slow, or drive close to the center line so they can't see around me.

This story is all over the news down here (I live about 45 mins away from this town). They interviewed the dad of the 13 yr old on the news down here. They made it out like it was a big tragedy, and that they hold the cops responsible for this. What I don't get is that they all got in a car with a 15 yr old unlicensed driver in the first place. And the bit about them letting them borrow the car, it's kinda funny cuz the news reported that the car was reported stolen several hours after the accident
