With this pick in the draft, I'm going to take somebody that I never really heard of before this draft, but in the past few rounds have been scouting him, watching whatever video and reading various articles about him. It means a change in strategy for me, in that when I originally drafted Morishima, I was going to pit him up against Umaga, but now I think I'm going to move Umaga to somebody else and let this man take on Morishima. New Dream I'm in a class room. The teacher comes to the front and starts speaking about boats, in how they're made, how they float, everything like that. I'm reading a book in the class, but then I look up and realize that the teacher is actually Gorilla Monsoon. I freak out. He then splits us up into groups, gives us a chunk of wood, and tells us to make a boat. I look at my partners and they're King Kong Bundy and Rip Taylor.

Had a dream last night. It started with a recap of Past events in the WWE. Apparently Vince McMahon and Undertaker were feuding, tho all they really showed was UT scaring Vince by turning out the lights and playing his music. Anyways Raw starts off with a shot of the arena, all the wrestlers are in the ring and JR says that we're going to a press conference that Vince is having about some new venture. He walks up to the podium with Steve Austin, who was wearing the Austin 3:16 shirt with the orange and black lettering, those jean shorts, boots and the Shockmasters helmet. And Triple H, who was wearing that weird jean jacket over the leather jacket that he wore and a Indian Headdress. Then the lights go out at the press conference and the arena, Vince Freaks out, all the wrestlers clear out of the ring and go stand on the aisles of the seats (including Ultimo Dragon, who had tons of belts). Everybody is looking around and then they spot this big TV screen in the corner of the arena, with Taker's titantron playing. There's a figure in a black hat and trench coat. He walks behind the screen, takes off his hat, and starts making his way to the ring. But it's not Taker, it's Hulk Hogan!

LLGC missed his pick, so I'm going now. My pick will be the Busiek/Perez era Avengers. They hit the ground running with a story arc that had almost every Avenger, and built up to the ultimate Ultron story. Great all around

Yeah, this new rule about taking announcers really throws a wrench in my plans, but there's really only one person that I want to take. Since our draft seems to be restructuring the old territories of wrestling history, my territory is angling to be a resurrection of the NWA or Jim Crockett Promotion. With that said, there's only one person that I would even consider for my announcing duties, and that man is the Dean of Wrestling Gordon Solie

Ok, for my next pick, I'm going with a heel tag team that could be a good starter feud for the Young Pistols, as they're the anti-thesis of them. I'm going to take the Mean Street Posse And for my final venue that I'm going to take, when I chose my first 2 venues, I was thinking of a good pay-per view location, but now that I think about it, those 2 venues would make good tv tapings, and this place would make a truly great super card location. My retroactive pick will be 100 Bullets, I feel that the twist and turns in that series were grand, and one of the finer works out there. My actual pick for this round is going to be Preacher. The series as a whole was like one big road action movie with religion and western thrown in for a good mix.

Somebody is going to kill me for this selection, but I don't care. She is probably one of the hottest women to ever come into the WWF. Without her, we wouldn't have any of the numerous divas we have now. I think she'd fit in pretty good with Midnight Express, seeing how I couldn't get Jim Cornette. Well obviously, series that have ran for 400+ issues are out, but what I mean is that if say you wanted the Avengers, then you'd be limited to picking something along the line of Busiek/Perez run, the Bendis/Finch Run, or maybe taking the Bob Harras run (although who'd really want that) versus the whole series. So it's more for a particular creative team run on a comic. And for the retroactive picks, I'm thinking of allowing you to exchange one and only one pick. This can be made any time, though preferably within your next round of picks
