OAO Monday Night Raw Thread- June 11, 2007
humongous2002 replied to RonL21's topic in The WWE Folder
Nope, you got to pay for the Summerslam ppv to see that. -
If RVD's career is going to be mishandled then let it be with WWE than a bush league company like TNA.
-
Wow, I remember the days when the RAW thread used to be 20+ pages long, it shows that people are getting tired of WWE shoving their unwatchable product down our throats. How many times are they going to push the same useless guys over wrestlers that people are willing to pay to watch their matches. Orton has been a disappointment as a main eventer and a human being but there he is getting wins over guys more superior than he is. Lashley is just a joke on the mic, my 5 year old niece has more intensity than he does, and Cena is a good main eventer since there's nobody else there with charisma being pushed as hard as he is but his babyface persona turns off male viewers 18-35, which by the way were the ones purchasing merchandise back in the Attitude era (WWE's most successful era).

Elijah Burke disagrees with you but hey... You are kidding right? RVD has been the only worth watching thing on that show since day one, the only thing memorable about Burke is that Elijah express he did to Sabu onto a table.
-
If this is true then I don'thave any reason to watch ECW anymore since he was the only entertaining thing on that show.
-
I think that it was made clear that it was for the tiitle but I might be wrong, we'll find out tomorrow on Ecw when RVD stiffs the crap out of Vince's ass as a going away gift.
-
I imagine Vince doesn't want us to watch ECW tomorrow since he pretty much gave us the outcome of the match or he feels that in kayfabe terms RVD is not much of a threat for him to worry about. All I got to say is that Benoit cuts better promos than Bobby "I'm a mute" Lashley.
-
Well I'm glad that RVD might stay in WWE instead of going to TNA, management and the majority of the fans know that the guy is a draw and a leave of absence will be a good opportunity for him to rest and for CM Punk to get over as the #1 ECW top guy (everybody knows that Lashley is #3 next to RVD and Punk).

OAO WrestleMania 23 Thread-April 1st, 2007
humongous2002 replied to RonL21's topic in The WWE Folder
It sounds like a Wrestlemania with very predictable outcomes, is it good enough for me to order the playback or should I just wait for netflix? -
Well they did it with Lashley, Cena, Lesnar, Batista, and every other WWE management favorite in the past few years, shit, HHH made a career out of it.
-
I guess this is the jerk-off portion of the show.
-
What the hell are they bleepin'?
-
Now that's what you call being over with the fans. Is RVD doing a "Superman punch"? And that's how you kill a hot crowd by having a jobber like Mordercai win.
-
Am I the only one wishing for Holly to win so he could face RVD at Mania?
-
The first half hour was good, the second half was as good as Lashley's mic skills.
-
Shit, Lashley is hispanic?
-
2 good matches, 2 deserving wrestlers winning, if Kennedy wins the title tonight then this will be one of the best WWECW shows in 2007.
-
Did RVD just won a match?! Vince and the McMahon clan probably took the night off.
-
The fans are going crazy for Rob, meanwhile Vince is in the back still thinking that RVD is not over at all.
-
That was just an hour? It felt like a lifetime to me.
-
And that ladies and gents is how to kill a hot crowd.
-
I guess Holly will win this match.
-
Lashley is not even the #3 babyface on ECW since Sandman or even Dreamer are more over than he is but he gets pushed like he was selling out arenas.
-
ECW is extremely unwatchable, time to switch the channel.
-
Well it's not the WWE writers fault, it's not Vince;'s fault, it's not Lashley or Test's fault, it's all the fans fault for cheering those untalented ECW "originals" over their homegrown WWE pet projects. Shame on all of us for having a mind of our own.
