I remember something about ICP refusing to work one of ECWs PPVs or big shows because they wanted to win the match so they went to WCW instead weeks later. Any reason why Johnny Smith did not work the PPV he was advertised for? I think it was supposed to be RVD vs Smith at Anachary Rulz but what happened instead was RVD vs Balls Mahoney.
