With David Stern's constant image watching I doubt he'd allow a team to be called Outlaws. There's talk about the new team having red, white, and blue as colors no matter what the name is. I personally hate those color choices.

Whatever, Forrest is the champ and it's not going to change. Provided Rampage isn't injured they should fight again in a few months before either fights anyone else. I think that would be the best thing at this point, it was a hot fight and deserves an immediate rematch. Hell if Arlvoski and Sylvia can go 4 months later after their second fight why not these two? Also, do you think Forrest's life flashed before his eyes when Rampage picked him up? And how fucking strong do you have to be to do that? I mean, I've heard Rampage say he doesn't do weight training. So whatever he does I need to do dammit because it's working.

I just want them to do a rematch before Forrest has a chance to lose the title or Rampage loses to someone else (i don't know who, maybe machida in a No. 1 contender fight, but machida shouldn't be dicked anymore).

I often want to follow those people and ask them if they think they're better than me and everyone else on the road. Ask them if what they're doing is so much more important than what the rest of us are doing.

I just hope in the next fight Rampage gets more aggressive and just knocks Forrest's ass out. He can do it if he just stays on him. I think the hurt leg kept him from chasing a lot of the time though.

Well poor Forrest. He's the champion now, he has to fight who they put in front of him. If he wants to duck Machida then I'm sure Rampage and Machida will gladly fight for the vacated or interim belt. And anything is possible with Chuck. I can see Dana putting Forrest aside or feeding him a can to fight to keep him busy, so that Chuck can go get his belt back. I really don't think the conspiracy theories can be too far fetched when we're talking about Dana's boy toy Chuck.

Yeah I guess you're right. That failingenterprise website still makes me laugh. It goes on and on about how you don't make any money at all and work long hours. I really don't see the problem with working over 40 hours. 50 hours really doesn't bug me that much at all. And I'm being compensated nicely for it so I don't care. Also people on that website complain that they work for peanuts. Well 30,000 is the starting pay and IMO that's pretty good in Oklahoma. My last job was only 22,000. On top of that your pay goes up as you advance in the company. If they have a problem with the pay maybe they never advanced and are just disgruntled? The thing I'm liking about Enterprise is that you don't have to stay in one position. Move up to assistant manager or branch manager. Don't like that? Become an area manager. Don't want to rent cars? You can sell cars. Don't want to work around cars at all? Work in the office doing human resources, accounting, etc. Like meeting new people? Become a recruiter. I really don't see how this place is just so horrible to work. Plus you get experience doing sales, customer service and working in a business office environment. I'm sure I can parlay this into a much better job down the road with the experience I have from this on my resume. I know a few guys that took their experience at Enterprise and used it to get a high level jobs at Chase Bank and Bank of America.

Yeah, this is just another long list of problems that make me kind of jaded with this country. Problem is, where else would I live? I'm sure every country has their own list of problems. Is there any real utopia?

Does Forrest ever gas hard? Dude has monster conditioning. Then again, this was really his first 5 round fight. Maybe I'm too high on Anderson Silva but I really feel he'd easily win the LHW title even if it's held by Rampage, Forrest or Chuck. He's looked so unbeatable in the UFC so far.

It's not like I'm against Forrest winning. I like Forrest and it's cool he's champ. (even though I like Rampage more) I just think the judging was screwy. I think in a rematch Rampage definitely wins too. Especially because I doubt he'll let his leg get fucked up like that. Maybe he'll actually check a leg kick or avoid them early on instead of waiting till later when the damage is done. I hope hope hope Rampage gets the rematch immediately and we don't have to sit through Dana's golden boy Liddell possibly winning it back. Then again seeing Rampage smash Chuck again would be entertaining.

He won the second round 10-8? He didn't do anything on the ground! He didn't do any damage on the ground. It was a huge tie-up.

Me. I think Rampage won Rd 1, 3, and 4. Round 5 was a toss-up for me. Forrest definitely won Round 2. I don't see how Rampage didn't at least win 3 rounds. I heard Big John was unhappy with the judging in the UFC and I can see why. I almost never agree with a decision. I love both of these guys. I like Forrest a lot and I like Rampage a lot. So I'm not biased towards Rampage. I'd like to see Anderson Silva wreck Forrest for that title though.

Wow, that was not a good decision. Forrest won the second round, but he really didn't do any damage on the ground. On the feet it was mostly Rampage and he did more damage and landed more shots. I hate UFC judging. I also got sick listening to Rogan root for Forrest. They need a rematch ASAP.

Do the ESPY's actually mean anything? A lot of the nominations appear to be based on being ESPN's athlete of the moment.

What exactly do you do at Enterprise? My buddy works for them and I've considered applying for a job with them myself. But I'm not a salesman and I don't like performance based work. I've read through their website, but I'd love hear from someone who actually works there. Thanks. Mainly I rent people cars. I make sure the car is ready to go. It's kind of routine. They come in, if they have a reservation you pull it up and see what rate was quoted and then get their form of ID and form of payment and then you print out the contract. You take them to the car and go over the policy with them and send them on their way. The salesmanship comes in trying to sell them the extra insurance (destroy the car and bring us the mirror back! we'll take it!) and trying to get them to get an upgrade if they come in complaining about the car size. Most of the upgrade stuff comes from dealerships. The dealership will pay for a certain size car, and they don't want that car. So you just say "Hey for only 10 extra dollars a day I can get you in something bigger." Usually you say it in a better way than that though. The only moral problem I have is that I'm basically ripping people off all day. If you come in without a reservation and we don't have many cars on the lot then you're about to get raped out the ass for that car. We went as high as 69.99 a day for a small car the other day. It was because we were sitting thin and had some reservations that needed to be taken care of. Also, if you book the reservation online the day before you'll get a much cheaper price than if you tried to reserve it that day. A dirty trick they do is that the internet usually shows we're sold out that day if you try to reserve and pick up the same day. So basically if you don't reserve a day in advance you have to become a walk in customer that's going to get taken. I felt kind of bad for this guy the other day that had seen a rate online, but he didn't print it out. So he came in and we didn't have any proof he had been quoted a cheaper price. So we had to charge him like 180 bucks for his 4 day rental as opposed to the 87 he'd read about. If he'd yelled and screamed then that would've made me feel better. Instead the dude just took it. He looked so forlorn about it too, because he needed the car. But I helped him out. I was able to extend the weekend special so he only had to spend like 140 for the car. Then we have a policy where you bring the car back with the same amount of gas it has when you took it. Well, the car was on full but I wrote on the contract it only had a 1/2 tank. So I gave the dude a free half tank of gas. He was really appreciative of that. Then I sold him the extra insurance and I have a feeling he's going to fuck the car up. He was like "So, I can do anything and I'm covered?" and I was like "As long as you aren't drunk or racing you're covered." Yeah he's probably going to fuck the car up, but oh well. He bought the insurance! Rental cars are a huge rip-off and you spend all day ripping people off. You're like a lesser used car salesman. But, it pays well and is pretty easy so I'll do it.

Unfortnately this has been turned into a city vs. city thing. Especially by ESPN. They have continually bashed on OKC and done nothing but hold up Seattle as a martyr. All the wishing that Clay Bennett fails may be all well and good. You could say "Well I don't have any ill will towards OKC, just Bennett. I want Bennett to fail!" Well if Bennett fails then the city fails and we're looked at as bush league again. Fuck that. Yes, OKC is not as big as Seattle. But you know what? We're not too small for this. The only reason we're looked at as so small is because we don't have any pro sports teams. Well, that's going to change now. Plus, NBA teams in one horse towns usually have pretty good fan support. OKC will be no different.

I think he's more referring to the fact that he's refilling it with fresh corn and people are asking if they have fresh corn.

It's so sad the headlines running down the side of ESPN's college football page usually looks like a police report. Then again, I guess if you have that many stupid kids in the spotlight it's bound to happen.

Yes, because I'm the only person in the city that likes basketball. Me not becoming a fan of the team means nobody will become a fan of the team and nobody will actually support them.

And why is that? Because I'm happy the Sonics are coming? Does that mean I have to become a Sonics fan? I don't think so. I can just go to enjoy basketball. NBA games are fun to watch, and I'll be going to enjoy a basketball game. I'll also definitely go when the Celtics come to town and be front and center in my Celtics gear. That's what I've got a problem with, personally. You're getting a team..time to support the team and go because you're supporting that team, not because "Oh hey.. there's basketball in town tonight! Let's go down and watch us some roundball.." seriously. I don't want you to get to Marvin levels..but fuck Boston.. fuck whomever else and just root for the OKC Sonics or whatever they're going to be called. Ummmm yeah........being a fan of a team doesn't exactly work like that big guy. I love the Celtics, it's not a switch I can just turn on or off.

Oh and Howard Schultz's lawsuit is the biggest crock I've ever seen. He's just trying to save face in the city of Seattle. Bennett's lawyers whipped Seattle's lawyers asses and I hope they do the same to Schultz. ESPN's Lester Munson thinks Schultz can win, but ESPN has been pretty anti-OKC in this whole deal.

This Favre story is getting way too much play. He said it was all a rumor, but you know we have to dissect what he meant by that too!
