The movie had a great musical score too. And I thought some of the fighting was kind of crazy and out there But isn't that what a swashbuckling pic is all about? Crazy fights. That's why it's swashbuckling.

My girlfriend was pissed at the "premature" stoppage. Not because she wanted Shamrock to win but because she wanted to see him get pounded and beaten a little more.

Why would Chuck look past Babalu? Chuck's a professional fighter and a champion. He's not some amateur that's going to look past someone. And he's one of the best in the world. He'll be focused and should dispatch Babalu.

Meltzer put it best saying that they couldn't make the heavyweight title look important enough to fight over. I mean they were both afraid of getting knocked out by the other so they were very conservative but shit! This is a title match! Go all out!

This board sure is negative about movies. About the ticket prices. The matinee where I live is like 6.50 or 7 bucks. I thought everything in Oklahoma was supposed to be cheap.

Wow.....I don't know if I can EVER watch another heavyweight match in the UFC unless Vera is involved. That was just painful. I don't even care who the fucking champion is, they all fucking suck and are boring as hell. I honestly don't think I've been entertained by any UFC heavyweight bouts unless it's Silva or Arlvoski killing Cabbage. And what was with Frank Mir? Is he pregnant? Jesus christ. Someone said it best before. In Herb we trust. Yeah Tito probably would've finished it but that ref stoppage was waaaaaaaaaay premature. I guess Tito's shot at Chuck is delayed now that Silva is in the equation. Chuck would kill Tito again anyway so it doesn't matter when it happens, Tito is dead either way. It was loud where I was at so I couldn't hear Silva too well. What all did he say?

Did anyone else have the Johnny Depp/Orlando Bloom teeny bopper girls at their theater? I had a ton with shirts they made themselves that said things like "I *heart* Pirates/Orlando/Johnny" and shit like that. And there were some people dressed up like pirates.

Would it have been better if it was someone in a full white body suit beating on someone in a full black bodysuit? It has nothing to do with race. It's trying to show that the white PSP's dominance over the black one so they can sell more copies. They had a white person holding a black person because they wanted something all white beating something all black. It has nothing to do with race. If you're offended you're being oversensitive. Now it'd be a different story if the white woman was hanging the black one from a tree or something.

The Entire Story of The Atteempted Making of Superman V in The 90's I saw the movie at the Ultrascreen which is about as close at the IMAX without paying for the insane fee's that my offer for the film. I thought that the film was great, with a lot of great performances overall. I really like Spacey, Routh, kid who played Olsen, and Perry White. Spacey and Routh both did the characters well, and Spacey was over the top, but not as bad as Hackman and Nicholson. Routh did good being the bumbling Kent, and played the role very well. The supporting cast did fairly good, and I even liked that guy who played Cyclops whom I hated. The kid really wasn't that damn annoying (see Superman III) and I liked the whole feel. I really didn't like Bosworth though, she wasn't that good as Lane. It wasn't worst peice of casting for a comic book film (honor goes to Alba in FF) but they could've casted somebody who at-least had a backbone. Overall, the second best comic book film I ever saw, next to Batman Begins. 9/10. Damn after reading that it makes me wonder how they were able to return to regular Superman and make everything normal again(well more normal than that)? And was that idiot Peters still attached?

Oh ok. If I remember right the movie just ends with the blind dude and the snake cobra wandering around the artic or something. I do remember Cobra becoming full sized later in the series but he's still half-snake/half-man.

Things are shaping up nicely for OKC now. I think I'll definitely go to some games next season. Especially when the Celtics come to town. And that starting lineup may.......MAY get OKC an 8th seed in the playoffs.

Damn that would suck if he ended up on my team. I don't know what I'd do. I mean I'd still love the team but be pissed that he's playing on the team. It'd be quite a pickle.
