But the guy has graduated and doesn't play against OUanymore. So I guess I'll just get the Tony Allen jersey b/c aside from Paul Pierce he's my favorite player on the Celtics. And if anyone at OU has a problem with it then they can bite me. Though I do love OU But I love the Celtics too. But I'll always be an OUfan.

I'd love to see the NBA ditch the first round altogether and switch to an eight team format, but that is not financially feasible. 16 teams is a bit much. I just think the 2-3 months for the playoffs is absurd. It's like a new season.

Me and a buddy are heading out to play basketball and lift weights. That should help me lose some weight hardcore.

*wrong thread* I had KFC last night. I put 2 pieces of chicken on my plate. I had maybe one piece of actual chicken and ate all the skin.

I'm thinking that I should focus strictly on cardio and aerobics and forget the weights until the gut is gone. I don't want to put any muscle under the fat.

Ok so here's the deal. I've just started actually working out and going to the gym. I usually do a ton of cardio and then play basketball for a while. Well I've realized I want to lift weights but I don't really want to add that much mass. I kind of want to tone up and define my entire body. But I don't know the first fucking thing about what weights to lift, or how much, or what. So I was wondering if anyone here had a good weight lifting plan that they use or know of?

I think I have the weirdest eating habits here.......I'm a very picky eater though. Oh KFC. I usually take the skin off and eat it seperately from the chicken.

Well the discussion is a moot point now b/c I just heard on the radio that White signed a free agent contract with the Chiefs. If he makes it yay. If he doesn't then he can move on with his life. All I wanted was for him to have the chance.
