I agree with Shadow. This means that I don't know when those assholes that keep things way to long will be bringing them back. I can probably assume a 2 week rental on anything that's new or hot.

*DISCLAIMER* This is not an OU post. This is a post about the NCAA that involves and OU player. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=1946318 Check this out. I personally think he should be banned. I mean he didn't not compete b/c of his supposed "illness" he didn't compete because his ass was tossed off of the team. He's fucking gotten drunk and beat someone up 3 times. Including sending his High School friend to the hospital at the beginning of this season! So basically the NCAA is now deciding that alcoholism and anger issues are grounds for medical redshirt. I think this is a dangerous precedent b/c now people can get angry or drunk and kick someone's ass get kicked off the team say that they made a mistake and apply for medical redshirt. And what's with giving players who've been kicked off the team another chance? I suppose he's been granted the extra year but I guess it's Stoops' decision to allow him back on the team? I just don't like this precedent.

I don't watch Hockey but I was wondering if it's possible that we could lose professional hockey in America all together? I mean like I said I'm no real fan but I know people that are and I think it'd suck if it was pretty much gone forever.

Holy crap are those first two pics of the Joker beating Jason from the actual comics? Man those are too cartoony.

Whereas Peyton seems to go with the "Aww shucks" down home country boy look Eli appears to be going for the young "cool" guy with his wild hair and 5 O'Clock shadow. We all know Eli's a bigger dork....*looks at Peyton* ok maybe not. But something does run in that family.

Well I agree with you. I like Cowboy hats though but I hate tight jeans, whatever the hell those shirts they wear are, and cowboy boots. So I never wear a cowboy hat....I don't even own one. As a matter of fact I only own 3 hats. 2 OU ones and a Batman hat. *ponders trying out the cowboy hat* Nah...

So they know that it's injured. Everyone and their dog knows it. But they aren't going to do the MRI so he can go ahead and pass the physical and they can have him anyways even though that thing could go at anytime? That's screwed up.....
-
You know there's one thing that the modern cowboys just can't pull of and that's how to be cool. I mean these guys slap their "Cowboy Up" sticker on the back of their truck and do a little dip and think that they're the baddest motherfucker to every put on a cowboy hat.

I thought a hillbilly was something that you found in the Ozark mountains or something. I was under the impression most midwesterners or southwesterners were rednecks.

Ok they did this list this morning on my local sports radio station about the Top 10 dorkiest sports personalities. Of course it was more localized since it's in Oklahoma talking about how Jason White just looks like a dork(which i agree) and stuff like that but they brought some National Guys into it to. So I was wondering who everyone thinks are some dorky sports personalities? Who do you see on TV and say "if I went to High school with that guy I'd kick his ass" or you're just thinking "Jesus shut up you're embarassing yourself" b/c he just keeps doing or saying something dorky? I've got a couple. Like Peyton Manning. Why do I have the feeling that when everyone on Tennessee's team was out partying in college he was at home doing something nerdy? Plus the hair......I mean come on. I'd also after Saturday's Heisman proceedings like to throw Billy Simms on that list as a huge dork. I mean as soon as they announce the canidates he starts throwing out "Boomer!" only with him it's not Boomer it's "Boomah!" and then as soon as they announce Leinart he says "I guess I can't say Boomah no more!" And then of course I had him and White yelling it back and forth at one another last year at the trophy presentation and I just had to look away. Now that's dorky. So who do you think is a huge dork and tell us why. This should be a funny topic.

One of my local sports radio guys sounds like he is going to cry over the loss of Pedro. I'm still positive this won't really affect Boston at all. Unless the universe pulls a screwjob and he wins a Cy Young.

I know you have a 10-gallon hat in your closet AoO.

Damn the SoCal guys are immune to the curse! It must be all the LA smog blocking out the football gods.

*thinks of professional sports teams in the midwest* I don't think I like any of those teams.....

EA signs a 5 year exclusive deal with NFL

Man.....I've only played Madden so I don't know exactly how to react. I like the NCAA game more than the Madden anyways but still...that's crazy. -
See and I'm afraid of the universe pulling another screw job on Boston in that we win yay....we trade one of our great pitchers who's not so hot anymore and what's that? He's suddenly the hottest thing around and winning anothe Cy Young? I can just feel it getting ready to happen.

I really do like the Sox though. I have no idea how it is so hard for you all to understand. If you're all braindead then maybe....but otherwise I have no clue. Did I root for the Pistons? Yes I did. Am I a diehard fan of the Pistons? No. That's another thing I don't understand. Why is it not ok to root for teams you aren't a fan of. I mean if you're watching a game without one of your favorite teams you're going to have to cheer for somebody! And that's what I did in the NBA finals. But I am a fan of the Sox. And if you don't believe me then frankly you can go to hell b/c it doesn't stop me from being a fan. Everyone accuses me of being childish but I've never seen more childish bullshit in my life.

So does he get to set all of his own rules with the Mets as well?
-
You're right his season. I have a friend that's a Twins fan and he's always saying to me "Pedro will probably be gone next year. Whatcha gonna do?" And I just have to point out that he's steadily declining and I think next season will be a worse season for him than this season. Course if he were to end up on the Yankees he'd somehow have a better season than he's ever had b/c that's how the universe works.

Yawn....OU by a TD. I'll still be posting here on January 5th.
-
I'm a Red Sox fan(real one) so I'm talking about him staying in Boston. Although it would be funny to hear a story break about how Nelson De La Rosa ends up fucking Anna Benson. I as well am a Red Sox fan(real one) so I hope he does stay in Boston. All I'm saying is that it won't be this huge loss to lose Pedro. But the midget....the midget might be important.
-
How come you get the midget? Why can't we have the midget? Can the midget cook?
-
But they aren't. It's that simple. USC had trouble with Cal who isn't as good as OU and they had this trouble at home. They had trouble with f'n UCLA. They had trouble with Stanford. The two teams OU had trouble with are better than UCLA and Stanford, though not better than Cal. USC has basically seen a lesser version of OU in Cal and they had trouble against that. Jason White is a better QB than Aaron Rodgers and has more weapons at his disposal than Rodgers on top of that. And Rodgers went nuts against USC.
-
And what do you base that off Kotz? Is your reasoning "Dama likes OU a lot so they must suck b/c I'm tired of hearing about them!" Seriously Igg's reasoning for USC's victory was weak and pretty much ignored the facts. Everyone is just basically saying "I don't like OU so they must suck. USC will handle them!" And to show you how confident I am of this fact if USC wins by more than 17 points I want to be banned from the forum.

No like I said. Even before I watched fucking baseball I knew how the Red Sox were and liked them. When I didn't even know what the hell ERA meant I was still checking the scores in the paper to see how Boston was doing. It's just recenlty that I actually got into baseball and b/c I already have the attachment to the Boston Red Sox I started rooting for them. Why is this so hard to understand? I've always been a fan of Boston teams. I've watched NBA since I was a little kid and always liked the Celtics. As a matter of a fact the only team I don't like from Boston is the Patriots. And root for the Cubs? Ah hell no. I boss was a Cubs fan and he drove me nuts.
