Gray Davis slams Arnold
Dr. Tyler; Captain America replied to Rob E Dangerously's topic in Current Events
With the lack of a truly good candidate, I'm still betting he'll (barely) survive the recall. -
Ad Aware sucks. Get Spyboy Search and Destroy.

New Zogby Poll For All Of You To Disregard

Eh, if you read his speech, it's more anti-recall than pro-Davis. -
New Zogby Poll For All Of You To Disregard
Dr. Tyler; Captain America replied to Dr. Tyler; Captain America's topic in Current Events
News that the debt is going to exceed $500 billion, casualty count in post-war Iraq exceeding the count during the war, "roadmap to peace" falling apart (although we can't really blame Bush for that), unemployment refusing to drop further, etc. -
New Zogby Poll For All Of You To Disregard

Gallup's covers the week of August 25th, Zogby's is for the past week. In fact, all numbers =>55% are two weeks old. -

Also, something I just noticed... Gallup's poll is older than the others. -

Well, golly gee, you're an economics PhD candidate, so I should hold your words as bible, eh? Three polls are between 46%-52%. One is at 59%. BUT HEY, ONE ISN'T INFLATED, IS IT? -

http://www.pollingreport.com/BushJob.htm Gallup's numbers seem inflated, considering the other pollsters' results. -
New Zogby Poll For All Of You To Disregard

The MOE for both polls are around 3.0%. I'm not sure what to make of the Gallup results, but it's not fair to say Zogby is biased towards either side since he has had Bush's approval ratings roughly the same as Gallup's (and, for that matter, I.R. Cook's) for a very long time now. However, I do know that many people live and die by Zogby's numbers, since he does his polls differently than any of the other ones. So, again, it's another poll for you guys to disregard, but it's interesting. -
I handle 6 figure accounts(some less, some more) for Fujitsu. I manage them, get them, and if there is a problem, I try to keep them. I am basically the head of customer relations and sales. You are still a fucking lumberjack man, no matter how you sugar coat it.

I think I've just become dumber by reading this thread. Regardless, I'd like to correct a possible mistake... France's revolution was a long time coming, and they'd probably have done the same thing even if we didn't revolt. It was more due to King Louis XVI's stupidity than our revolution, even though ours gave them the initial idea.

If they're probable, they're going to play. Don't sit them because of that.

I doubt it, but I'm sure he deftly knifed through the crowds to get to Tom.

No, he's a former pro-bowl DT.

The Rams were bad last year before they got injured. Teams simply figured them out, and Mike Martz is too stupid to compensate. They will do better then last year, but once they get to play the likes of Philly or Tampa (and others) in the playoffs, they will really struggle. In the AFC, I don't think they would stand a chance, but the NFC has a few great teams and a bunch of lousy teams. The Rams will have trouble beating any of the NFC playoff-calibre teams with the exception of Green Bay, and that's only when the Rams are at home. The Steelers have the opposite problem. They can't stop the pass and if they run into a team like Oakland or Buffalo, they will get crushed. They have a chance if they have luck on their side (they match up much better against teams like Miami or KC), so I wouldn't count them out yet. I was actually thinking about picking Baltimore to win the North, but Boller scared me away. Baltimore also has big-time pass defense problems. The difference is that Pittsburgh can actually out-score people with their high-ocatane offense. Dare I say... they're approaching the level of the '99 Rams with Plax, Hines, and ARE. There are quite a few similarities there, and Amoz resembles Faulk in many ways as well (not quite as fast, but he has breakaway speed and can catch the ball out of the backfield). People are counting them out early, and they'll likely start out 1-3 (until Porter comes back, although I believe they'll beat Baltimore this week based on the emotion of having Porter on the sidelines), but I think they'll crawl back into it and surprise quite a few teams in the playoffs.

*shrug* That's cool, man. I don't know if I can give you any advice, especially since I blow hardcore at thinking up names, etc. But, then again, good luck

FEAR CHRIS WILSON~! Uh, I honestly think they rank things at random. There's nothing on there to suggest that XWF really deserved to be ranked above us. If someone puts up a column once a week, we'll destroy everyone thoroughly. Although, I'm going to coast to their world championship, so maybe you could just recruit me or something... *whistle* -

This is a guy that was, once upon a time, considered a better prospect than Vick. He'll go somewhere, and he'll be successful down the road.
