It was pretty hysterical. They're talking about Ben being injured right now, but what happened was that Hartings snapped the ball on one, HARD, and slammed the ball into Ben's left hand. He sort of looked around as the rest of both teams sat there, then fell down on his face. It had to be the most hysterical play I've ever seen.
-
Mike, if you're watching the game, did you see the early snap play?

Willie Parker is a very good running back. He lit up Buffalo last year in the last game of the season, when Buffalo was fighting for their playoff lives as the "hottest team in the NFL~"
-
Speaking of which...
-
Willie Parker = fantasy start of my life if he starts scoring TDs.
-
I've been on the Carolina bandwagon since last year. I thought they were a sleeper team to come out of the NFC had they won their last game.
-
STEVE SMITH~ NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CALLED BACK you'remurderingmyfantasygameyoudamnrefs.

Steelers up on the Tits, 20-7 at the half. McNair has been ripping the Steeler D apart, though, despite the score and stats. The defense has got to step it up in the second half, because they're two turnovers and a missed FG away from being down at the half.
-
Ehh... he'd get enough points in my leagues to make it so that I don't have negative points. Haha.
-
Man, oh man. Slayer, get your boy on track for me, will you? Nate Burleson's value is plummeting as we speak!
-
UGH. I start Culpepper and sit BenRo. Obvious choice, right? BenRo: 6/7, 151 yards, 2 TDs thus far.
-
Ben with a HUGE TD throw to Randle El, and the Steeler offense looks DAMNED good.
-
Man, if anyone's watching the Steelers-Titans game, you just saw the most pathetic, pansy-assed display of arm tackling in the history of the Steeler defense on a 35 yard run by Chris Brown. I felt nauseous watching that.
-
Travis Henry got STUCK by James Farrior and fumbled. If that's not on Sportscenter tonight, I don't know what is.
-
Man, I've got Priest and Larry on one of my fantasy teams... I should just start them both from now on.
-
Steve Smith was my sleeper pick in all my Fantasy Leagues. That man can play, and somehow, everyone forgot.
-
Steelers score on a trick play: a pass to the TE! Defense looks pathetic, Ben looks excellent.

No audio for WMP and Real player, missing codec?
Dr. Tyler; Captain America replied to Mik's topic in Technology
Yeah, see, that's the thing. Computers often don't make a lick of sense. MPlayer is a pretty solid program and often includes all of the codecs you'll ever need (other than eh, one or two), but I sense that the actual ROOT of the problem isn't fixed. I'm betting the WMP and Quicktime installs somehow got corrupted, but hell, MPlayer tends to be a lighter program than WMP and Quicktime anyways. So, what I'm saying is that I should shut up and let you watch your mlb.tv -
No audio for WMP and Real player, missing codec?
Dr. Tyler; Captain America replied to Mik's topic in Technology
Hrm. Provided you're downloading files from different places and all, it could be a problem stemming from a software/registry change. One option, therefore, is to use System Restore (if you're using WinXP, that is; I'm not familiar with Mac troubleshooting) and put it back at yesterday or, to be safe, a few days ago. If that's too drastic of a step for you, try uninstalling/reinstalling WMP before the Restore. To help diagnose, though, have you installed any new software in the last few days? -

Try other files. Do they all do this? -
DVD Read/Write Speed Problems.
Dr. Tyler; Captain America replied to Dr. Tyler; Captain America's topic in Technology
Fixed it. The secondary IDE channel was stuck in DIO mode, for whatever reason. -
I'm still actively troubleshooting this problem, so hopefully someone will reply before I can fix it myself. I don't know what prompted it, but all of a sudden, the max speed my DVD burner can read/write is 2x. It isn't a software problem (i.e. I didn't change any settings within the burning/reading programs). It is SLIGHTLY possible that the IDE cable isn't plugged well into the motherboard, although I'd think that would disable the drive instead of simply making it operate slower. I am going to probably try to test that next. Are there any other ideas for how this problem could be fixed? Any specific causes for this issue? Thanks.
