The Zinger's pretty good, but the other two use soybean oil instead of sauce and the pizza becomes waaaay too oily as a result. I worked at Donatos when these were in market testing and hated making 'em.

They don't, no. But on every occasion since the postman Toad showed up, he's had five 1-Up Mushrooms waiting for me whenever I returned to the game.

http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2007/11/mets...d.html#comments Good news: The Mets apparently want to try a tandem of Ramon Castro and Yorvit Torrealba behind the plate. Bad news: They want to give Torrealba three years at fifteen million. That's ridiculous, especially considering that the only other team apparently interested in him is the Rockies.

"Boy meets girl, boy gets stupid, boy and girl live stupidly ever after." Wilson's getting all the good lines recently.

Super Mario Galaxy is like distilled happiness. The controls are spot on, the music (a combination of original orchestral pieces and updated Mario classics) is breathtaking, the visuals are arguably the best to be seen on the Wii, and the whole title just radiates this infectious, irresistible sense of joy.

The Yankees have apparently offered Mariano Rivera a deal at three years, forty-five million. http://www.nytimes.com/2007/11/13/sports/b...amp;oref=slogin Hot damn. Guess they have the money, but I'd be hesitant to give Rivera such a generous offer after his declined performance last year. Edit: Also, the Twins get Craig Monroe from the Cubs for a player to be named later. http://mlb.mlb.com/news/press_releases/pre...sp&c_id=min

http://www.bravotv.com/Project_Runway/seas.../bios/index.php It's been over a year since the finale of the last season, during which time there were all sorts of rumors about how the show was finished and would not be coming back for a fourth year. Thankfully, none of that proved to be true, as the fourth season of Project Runway will start tomorrow night at 10 PM. It looks as though they've collected the most volatile bunch of designers yet - I'm already a fan of Jack, who took a couple of not-so-subtle digs at last season's winner, Jeffrey, in the commercials for the premiere. Here's how I think it'll pan out... Scrubs Christian Jack Jillian Ricky Steven Middlers Victorya Chris Elisa Marion Simone Contenders Kevin Kit Rami Sweet P Carmen

It appears that Posada and the Yankees agreed on a contract. Four years, fifty-two million. http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/baseball...n_contract.html

That makes six. What a complete fucking meltdown that was.

That's just an embarrassing miss. My God.

I hope it's Ronald and Christina that get eliminated tonight. I'm really getting sick of Ronald's constant passive-aggressive psycho-babble. Edit: Hahaha, next week looks great. "Maybe there's no more MIIIIIIIILK!!"

Still one TD short of the record, Colt Brennan gets hammered by a Bulldog linebacker and appears to be hurt. He's been on the ground for a couple minutes now and has barely moved at all.

Hot damn, way to go Illinois! It'd be fantastic to see the Buckeyes fail in the Big House as well, but the fact that they're now almost certainly out of the National Title picture is more than enough. Great game.

Hahahahahahahaha.

Snagged a 9.5, actually. That's a really good sign. http://www.gamespot.com/wii/action/superma...;om_clk=topslot

My goodness. What a poorly-executed, crudely-edited, overlong piece of junk this was. Outside of Crowe's admirable performance and some decent cinematography, there wasn't a single thing to like about American Gangster. Richie was the only likeable character in the entire film, and it was maddening to see the movie try and portray Lucas as sympathetic one second and showing graphic shots of injections and overdoses that he caused the next. It became downright insulting when they showed Lucas and Richie It doesn't help that Washington has almost reached Morgan Freeman's level in terms of repeating performances. His entire act was nothing more than a bunch of vaguely menacing monotone small talk with a "My Man!" or "Huh?" thrown in whenever he found an empty spot in the dialogue. I'm pretty sure "My Man!" was uttered a dozen times before the end of the film, well beyond the point of self-parody. I'm normally not one to bitch about long running times, but this film needed to have thirty to forty-five minutes hacked off in the worst way. The movie just meandered along from plot point to plot point with no sense of urgency or even a clear destination in mind, seemingly relying on the mere presence of Crowe and Washington to carry the entire film. The shot with Richie and Lucas Speaking of which, none of the supporting cast made an impact on me in the slightest. Every character besides Richie and Lucas was either a cliche, a ridiculous caricature, or some goofy cameo that distracted from the film (see: Cuba Gooding Jr. trying to act hard or Joe Morton galavanting around in a bizarre fake mustache). Just...ugh. Complete waste of time. Haven't been this disappointed in a film in a good long while.

Here's hoping he's not just a clone this time. I'll take 'im anyway I can get 'im, though.

Brad Smith should never ever start as a receiver again. Ever.

So, Kellen Clemens is starting for the Jets this week, meaning that the trip to the bar isn't a complete loss regardless of the result. Judging by the response he got from throwing the interception at the end of last week's game, it might only be two quarters before the crowd is clamoring for Marques Tuiasosopo.

Yep. Enjoyed it very much, though I agree that the film would have been more effective if ten minutes had been snipped off the end. Shots kept coming up where I was saying to myself "okay, that'd be a good image to end the film with" (particularly, "to be continued") only to see the movie roll on.

Ho-lee crap. If you thought the hype was bad before...

The purple guys didn't really seem interested in stopping the play at all. Anybody that wasn't in the vicinity of the ball was just standing around waiting for Trinity to tire itself out.
