This was not Foley's best match, heh. The spot there where Foley was trying to get the chair ready as Booker just stood there screaming and watching him was great.
-
What exactly is Cornette right now anyway? Just some dude running around thinking he has power when he really doesn't? They could easily ease that into a heel turn for the guy, and I'd love it. Let him manage Beer Money and some main eventer.
-
Is Al Snow even in Charlotte? It was an unplanned occurrence, so they are working with what they have. But still... ugh... I highly doubt it, I was just sayin'. At least Kip hasn't looked that bad so far I guess. Still bullshit though.
-
At least Foley and Kip have a little history with one another. Did they bother to mention any of that? But still, ugh. I'd much rather it had been Al Snow.

I'd be pretty pissed if I went to a show expecting Kevin Nash and got Billy Gunn instead. There's absolutely no question now that Angle/JJ should have been the main event. The only excuse for this is if they have something special planned for the finish, and I don't see that happening.
-
Cute Kip? They need to beat the fuck out of him right now like the nWo did to the Nasty Boys.
-
Wow, that Sting/Rhino match sure was pointless. The Angle/JJ match should have been the main event.
-
The time after the Angle Slam through the table, with both of them slowly making their way back to the ring, making it to their feet to fight it out back and forth, was one of my favorite moments in a match in a good long while.
-
That was a fucking good match if you ask me.
-
32, but he looks 10 years older. Holy shit. Yeah, I was thinking he was at least 42 or so.
-
I'm giving Nash the benefit of the doubt on this one. He's been working pretty hard since this entire MEM deal has started, and a job by him tonight wouldn't have hurt him or anyone else. I sure hope the guy pulls through.

http://www.justin.tv/kgswrestling It's not loading for me. The little blue thing just goes around and around over and over again. These always work for me, no clue what's wrong tonight. Damn. I was having similar trouble until I was referred to that link. What browser are you using? Weird. I kept it up for about five minutes and out of nowhere it started and freaked me out since I forgot I even had it open and still loading. Thanks for the link, it looks good to go now.

What the hell, none of the live videos at Justin.tv are working for me. What could I install or do to fix this?
-
Yeah, the above is from PWI.
-
The main event is Miz &Morrison & Jack Swagger vs. Kofi Kingston & CM Punk & Ricky Ortiz. How can you not want to watch that match?
-
Who has been booking ECW over the past few months? It's just such a great show now. They almost never have a wasted segment, at least one solid match on the show, fun characters, great work by Striker, and the entire show just flys by.
-
The two dancers, Tony Atlas dressed like Rudolph, Mark Henry as Santa Claus reciting a Christmas poem. That entire thing was great.
-
Just a mention of Vickie's name is greeted with a roar of boos.
-
Hell, even Striker's commentary is great on this show.
-
He's got a great look, gimmick, is a very good worker, he seems to learn and improve each time out so far and he's different. He's going to be a major star in a very short period of time, that's my prediction.

Bobby Lashley makes MMA debut on December 13th...
Downhome replied to Lt. Al Giardello's topic in Mixed Martial Arts
If Lashley progresses to the point where he enters UFC, and wins a few big fights, would a Lesnar/Lashley fight draw the hardcore MMA fans? Or would they be totally turned off by not one former WWE champion fighting on a show, but two against one another in a major fight? -
I'm gonna go out and say that this show could be one of the biggest surprises of the year, in terms of in ring quality work. Five of the announced matches could be pretty good, and four of the five could be great. When it's all said and done, this show likely wont change much of anything, but I think we could be in store for some solid work.
