  1. I love the plot for Santa's Slay. I'm going to love it, it just sounds so crappy that it might be entertaining. That's great.
  2. Then they never would have even showed up at the end, and they certainly wouldn't confront Austin in pairs until he gave them the "Get out of my way" stares. If they didn't show up at the end to make Brock think that they were actually all for him, it wouldn't have had the same effect as it did by them stepping aside one by one, all the way down to TBS. It was the buildup of the whole thing, as Brock just stood there realizing that it was all falling apart on him. It was a visual thing. What they did was a much better way to get it across instead of just having them come out and SAY "screw you Lesnar". It's all about show, not tell. Just like in them thar movie pictures.
  3. He's filming for the film that will finally win the guy his Oscar.
  4. Then that explains it perfectly. They perfectly set up for Lesnar not coming back, the entire SD roster wants him gone, so they allowed Austin to get in there to kick his ass. Sounds good to me, and pretty cool seeing how they didn't have an advance warning on his bitching out and deciding to just leave.
  5. Everyone wasn't afriad of him. They WANTED him to kick Heyman/Brock's ass, which was obvious by what TBS did at the very end. How do you know this was before Brock said he wanted to quit? From what I heard all we know is that he did so at the SD tapings, so it very well could have happened before that part took place.
  6. yet the roster has mainly done nothing but BITCH about Austin being back, and going over everyone else for no reason, and have supported Brock for standing up to management and Vince, as well as being a leader in the lockerroom... I'm speaking in terms of what we see on TV, not what we hear about what goes on for real backstage.
  7. What makes you think such a stupid thing? I could have sworn that's the match they booked... Nah, you must be thinking of something else.
  8. What makes you think such a stupid thing?
  9. I look at this like the entire roster WANTS Austin to beat the hell out of Lesnar, not that they were afraid of him. That's why I like this so much. KICK HIS ASS STEVE!!!
  10. WTF? Was this booked AFTER Brock said he was going to quit?
  11. This is so cool, especially with Brock quiting. It's like all of SD just wants Austin to kick Brock's ass to get rid of him.
  12. This is awesome.
  13. Brock Lesnar has respect for wrestling!!!
  14. Hey look, the LEADER of SD, the main guy here, the VISION of Smackdown!!!!!!!! This is all just too funny and ironic.
  15. We sure are rocking in here this very last major show before WrestleMania f'n XX. I'd like to see what a live SD thread would be like.
  16. You know, I've never even thought of that point before. I wouldn't be surprised at all if that's exactly what they are doing. I was just going to chalk it up to them "fucking up".
  17. By "tank" do you mean sell out MSG and do a better buyrate than most other PPVs in this day and age?
  18. Their best match: No Worm OR Stinkface! Well, you have a point.
  19. In all seriousness, why in the world wasn't the Eddie match last instead of that very crappy tag match!? Even I (for real) have a problem with that.
  20. I'm talking about a webcast.
  21. Well that came out of nowhere.
  22. Is there a match after this one?
  23. Then I must have missed the part where Eddie is the WWE World Heavyweight Champion who is on the way to main even the biggest PPV in the history of WWE to take on Kurt Angle. Shelton, here lately, has been less focused on than someone like Billy Gunn anyway. Hell, he just started getting back on TV in the past two weeks or so. Like I said, I love that they faced off and it was a good match, but it's pretty much the exact same thing. Eddie also basicly no-sold Shelton at the end of the match and "hulked up" after a punch, OMG!!! Not to mention that his match wasn't even the last match on the card. They are just screwing up this Eddie push, wow.
  24. I loved the match also. To say what is said about Brock/Gunn and not say it when Eddie has trouble of someone on the same, or even less, level of Gunn is just retarded. Eddie is the champ, he should have squashed Shelton. I don't believe like that, I'm just saying. I like when the champ has trouble against those lower on the card, only to come back to pop the crowd with a big win.
  25. Well, that was the cobra clutch of hell. Wow.
