I tried it out The Bigs for the Wii too and it's pretty good for an arcade game. Hitting is cool but fielding is a headache. I don't even bother with the motion control stuff since the layout is stupid. I would have preferred if you just held the base you want to throw to on the d-pad and threw with the Wiimote. This way you can lob it over if it's an easy out or throw a bullet if the guy's hustling down the line. The pitching is done well, but the sinker and two seam motions are tough to do consistently. It just isn't very natural twisting your wrist outward like that. It's a shame it isn't very deep but it gives me hope for future Wii baseball games. Although I really really wish EA still had the MLB license. They show the motion on screen for the Wii version. I haven't played the others so maybe you're not talking about that one.

No... he was in the second run and took out some of the planes that where going to attack Megatron. There's a rumor on some boards that Starscream, after taking out some of the jets, blended in with them and shot at Megatron at the end. It would be cool, but you figure they make it more obvious unless they're going to expose it in the sequel.

All in all, not a bad movie, but if you think it's gonna stay #1 after this weekend... you're crazy. Who thinks this? Excluding deluded TF fanboys, everyone's under the assumption that Harry Potter's taking the top spot this week. And they're right.

I guess. Sony "won" E3 (so fucking stupid) by showing games when the other two really didn't. The conferences were terrible this year. All of them. The PSP Lite looks the same and seems altogether pointless. There were some nice looking trailers, but they don't tell me shit about a game. Killzone looked great, but having played the previous, I don't hold out much hope that the sequel will be anything more than a pretty-looking mediocre shooter. Infamous did look legitimately intriguing and I'd love to see gameplay. So no "self-congratulatory bullshit" but it's cool that they stressed GT being the best selling racing game ever?

Is that good? I saw it yesterday and it was packed. The action was great and I was surprised at just how much dialogue was given to the Autobots. I didn't expect them to be given full blown personalities either. Thumbs up. I liked Die Hard a bit better, but it was more fun Spider-Man 3, personally speaking.

Live Free Or Die Hard (Die Hard 4) trailer

Really fun movie and a nice compliment to the series. It didn't feel too much like other modern action flicks, which is a good thing. No wire-fu, slow motion karate fights or excessive amount of CGI. Just good old action. Smith's cameo wasn't very funny. -
I plan on getting it. I never bought it for the GC or PS2 because I never got into the previous RE games. The controls of previous games turned me off from the series. But I played a bit of it on the PS2 and was totally blown away. This was right up my alley and was going to buy it until I found out a Wii was coming out. I'm psyched to hear the controls are intuitive. At $30 it might be the bargain of the year. I'll definitely try out the Godfather and Scarface games. Sounds like tons of fun.

I got the Ring of Death in March. I bought the system in October of last year. Got it repaired through Microsoft which was pretty quick and painless. It hasn't stopped me from using the 360 altogether, but I am a bit tentative about it now.

Regarding double plays: I don't think you can break them up. You just have to hope the back runner beats out the throw to first.

Not a blow away type finale, but it closed the bomb storyline nicely. I prefer full season awesomeness instead of mediocrity for 20 episodes and a guns blazing end. This ain't Smallville. I was really hoping Nathan would stay heel, and I really wanted them to tease the guy Molly was talking about. I thought for sure we'd see Candice's true form when Nikki knocked her out. The big dissapointment was no real confrontation between Sylar and Peter. I would've been pissed had they killed off Sylar. There's hope for the real fight they teased in "Five Years Gone".

So am I, and I can't really explain why. I'm looking forward to this movie more than any other this year. And I don't have any high hopes for it, I just really want to see Transformers on the big screen.

5 Worst Intercontinental Champions

The Rock had a nice run after winning the belt at King of the Ring 2000. It was overshadowed by the HHH/Steph/Angle love triangle but was good nonetheless. If nothing else, he did have a kick ass match with Benoit at Fully Loaded a month later. -

Crimson Tide. I'll watch this anytime it's on TV. Killer score and Hackman punches Denzel in the face. Twice. Good stuff all around.

Venom was way underutilized. Truth be told, he didn't come off as a very big threat. He alone should've too much for Parker to handle. Brock should've terrorized Peter throughout the film, playing mind games and such. I will say that he looked fantastic. The action was great, but I couldn't have cared less about the story. Oh and Gwen Stacey was smoking hot in this movie.

Me and my friends do that all the time. We've gotten into some pretty heated Mario Kart sessions just before the trailers start. I see a lot of other people do it too. There's a Bomberman for the DS? I need that game. -

My favorite line of his from the Roger Rabbit review: "Bottom line is the game sucks, and I wanna nail Roger Rabbit to the fucking cross." I agree with Venk. I like The Nerd. -
Clean Slate is what it's called if I remember correctly.

I thought Die Hard was moved up to avoid competing with Transformers. I can't remember where I read it, but it seems like a good idea nonetheless. I agree with the overall sentiment that Transformers is going to bomb. I want it to be good and all, but it just reeks of Godzilla '98 to me.

You're really outraged/upset by this Watchmen thing aren't you?

I shift my hand because my fingers aren't very long. Usually on the hard-expert difficulties I keep my fingers over the RYBO buttons instead of the first four. It's easier to reach for the green fret than for the orange. Just play the songs and learn their tendencies. You play them enough, you'll know when exactly to shift your hand.

People forget The Rock. It's got Sean Connery kicking ass, people. How can you not love that?

Exactly. Also, nothing was blown off. All the fueds were furthered along, and Hogan's program was dropped when he won the title. It felt so meh. It might hold up "well" after all these years, but the card just doesn't scream WrestleMania at all. A Savage/Hart match would've helped or any match that had the slightest epic feeling to it. The card reads like an In Your House event, not the biggest show of the year.

Greatest Interview in Sports Entertainment History

Hogan at WrestleMania 6 is one of my faves. I haven't seen it in ages but him asking Warrior "Do you wanna live forever?" is a line I'll never forget.
