I thought the Surfer looked fine. I really hope Galactus is in it. If it's just a set-up for a third film where he actually does appear, I'll be disappointed. I didn't hate the first film like everyone else did, and the trailer looks good so I'll be there. That goes for Spider-Man 3 as well. I'm gonna be pissed if they end it with Brock turning into Venom to set up Spidey 4 in 2009.

Got my Wii Component cables from Nintendo. I'll be renting Call of Duty 3 again to see if the cables can improve upon the horrible visuals. And I really dig the gameplay. I'm switching the Wii and Xbox cables back and forth because my tv's only got two component inputs (my Xbox 360 is permanently occupying the other) because I can't enjoy MVP Baseball on the Xbox in standard definition. It's hideous and unplayable. Nintendo actually sent me 2 of them. I was thinking of selling one on Ebay, but there's a huge abundance of them on there as it is.

I agree, it doesn't look too bad. Looks more like a generic action movie with the Die Hard name slapped on it, but so did With a Vengeance, and I liked that one. And there's only so many times I can believe John McClane is "going to be in the wrong place, at the right time" or is right place/wrong time, I forget. I can forgive that. I'll be there, but yes, Transformers takes priority.

I liked Dwight explaining the process of killing a goose at Benihana. The Toby/Kevin robe thing was great as well. "Why?"

Yeah, I'm digging Red Steel as well. The turning is really slow, and losing your targeting reticle off screen is a pain in the ass when you're in a gun fight, but it isn't too terrible as a whole. The hype is killing it. I prefer the Call of Duty controls with the smaller bounding box and quicker turning. Baseball is kicking my ass in Wii Sports. I've reached the pro level and it's nearly impossible to beat. It's absolutely ridiculous that the CPU gets to throw 90 MPH curves and screwballs, but I can't. And their lineup is composed entirely of the most patient hitters ever assembled as well. They never swing at balls. I love it and hate it at the same time.

Great ep. Pretty sure Eden killed herself. Her power of persuasion and Claire's healing factor would make Sylar the most powerful being on the planet. Only the Hatian and Peter Petrelli (and Hiro, maybe) would stand a chance. She knew that. I was blown away with Peter being the bomb. And Hiro fighting a fucking T-Rex. And what was with Nathan's look in that dream? He was looking downright evil. The Nikki/DL thing still has me wondering how they fit into the grand scheme of things. Their story is like another show altogether.

If you can, get both. I prefer the songlist in GH1 to this year's. But the co-op play in GH2 is outstanding and the new pro-face off mode is better than last years. I agree about the quality of the covers. They were either going for a cover band sound or went half deaf during production.

I don't understand why she didn't just say it. Jack was holding all the chips. The Others couldn't do anything. It's fun watching the Others squirm. Ben and Juliette's robot-like demeanor is annoying. They don't sweat anything. I'm kind of tired of that.

I also like it. And I definitely agree about the difficulty. It can be a total bastard at times. I just wish there were more powers available for Batman and Green Lantern. Their selection seems a bit lackluster.

Same here. I'll worry about what draws ratings when I'm the head of Fox. As it is, I'll enjoy what little baseball is left.

I read that, too. He didn't exhibit any powers in last nights ep. He was testing his ability to fly, but failed after a couple of attepmts. He was only in proximity of his brother, but he wasn't testing his powers then. And after being around the psychic last week, he drew the scene of him levitating on that napkin while he was in the hospital.
