I joined this forum a few years ago when I still held a modicum of interest in wrestling. I still like this forum, mostly because of -relative- absence of retardation (if you've ever been to the IMDB boards you know what I mean.) are there other pop-culture boards where there is spirited conversation without the sheer deadness that this board has become?

Besides plain, unadorned fruit, I'm not big on sweet stuff at all. I like two flavors of Ice cream (mint and pistachio), and I don't like baked sweets like cakes and cookies, though they don't disgust me or anything. Not to say that I eat healthily. I love me some fried food, burgers, etc. I don't really like french fries. They're ok, but why eat something so bad for you when it tastes like nothing? I love almost all raw vegetables, and have a number of cooked vegetables I hate (cooked carrots? barf.) This goes even as far as sweet potatoes, which I can't stand cooked, but will eat raw. The exception is bell pepper, which is much better cooked. Raw onions have to be used in moderation as well. I like my food as hot as possible. When I get pho, I put enough sriracha in it that it turns deep red and completely opaque and cloudy, and stains my lips. I get 6 star on a scale of 5 at thai and Indian food restaurants. Any Mexican place, I ask for habanero sauce to apply liberally. I can chug salsa. The downside is, while my mouth is pretty fireproof at this point, my ass is not.

I imagine FFVIII would be ridiculously difficult if you missed a couple GF's too. FFII will always have the worst system, though. Almost impossible if you play it as it was meant to be played, a breeze (though a time-consuming bore) if you know how to exploit it.

IX was just fine. I wouldn't say FFT is FF in name only, the same jobs as FFV, the same ol' FF spells and summons, Chocobos, bombs, oscars, Aeris and Clous (who suXors). True it's essentially the Ogre engine, but it was tailored to be familiar to FF fans, unlike SD I and the SaGas which were called FF just to boost sales. EDIT: ^ Naw, man FFVII and X had good endings, FFVII had a good boss (though easy) And I don't think I've seen a Japanese game with frank depictions of sex besides Xenogears. And Duke Togo was getting some.

Ooh, FFT is very, very good (NOT FFT Advance. That sucked) It's the opposite of Tactics Ogre (very similar game, same development team) which I hated on PS and loved on GBA.
