Wow, that's easily the most frustrating game I've ever watched. Early on, the Seabirds were doing everything right. The Steelers running game was fucked. The defense was playing more physically than I've ever seen. Hasselbeck was moving the ball like crazy. They just COULDN'T SEAL THE DEAL. The offensive PI was questionable, but I don't think it was an atrocious call. That took the wind out of their sails. You just HAVE to get up early on Cowher's team. Once they get a lead they chug away. Roethlisberger's TD was questionable. If it had been called no good, the challenge would have been overruled too. Hines Ward never should have caught that long pass. Whoever was covering him (I forget) looked skittish, afraid of a PI. (that's something I'd like to see change. The refs are way to liberal with those long PI calls. Nevertheless, those are the rules, and that guy was RIGHT THERE.) Hasselbeck was really fucking good this game. So was D-Jax. Seahawks' O -line was bar-none amazing. Against one of themost brutal D's in the league, they gave up, what, one sack? Hasselbeck's wheels are underrated. I don't think this game was stolen by the refs, but they certainly made some questionable calls. Anyway: - I have high hopes for next season. Mr. TD will probably be gone, and maybe Mack Strong, but as long as the O-Line stays strong, I think we should be looking at another SB. NFC West sure doesn't hurt! -That thunderous Seahawks chant on the Steelers' second drive, man the cockles of my heart, they were warm. -No one can ever ever accuse the Hawks of being a soft team. Pretty much all the nasty hits came from the Hawks. -If there was any team I'm glad we lost to the Steelers. They're a great fucking team, and Cowher out-coached us. Well, that's I lie. I wish it was the Bengals. Either way, it was a great game. Go Seahawks.

The whole 'no one cares about the Seahawks' thing is such a self-fulfilling prephecy. No one cares becayse they haven't had to. If you look at the team, it's a great, exciting team.

The first Tomb Raider was fantastic. The others were just terrible. ICO took everything good about the series (exploration, huge environments) and made it better, though.

I should mention Vic shooting Terry as well, I never expected it, and when it happened, we all knew the show was going to be crazy. Also Vic having the one hooker felate his gun. Not disturbing, but inappropriate: all the incest jokes in AD.

The FX shows will probably have a lock on this thread. On Nip/Tuck, Matt gets beaten down by a mob of trannies, they all proceed to piss on him. Mark out because Matt is such a little shit. Dutch strangles a cat. Not a mark-out moment because I like seeing animals killed, but because it was such a perfect, empty ending to the episode, and was incredibly acted. Just about anything Schillinger did on Oz. He was a despicable character, but I loved him.

Have you seen Braindead / Dead-Alive? That movie, IMO, is at least as funny as Shaun, and has a much better romantic element. Definitely the original romantic comedy with zombies. Plus it's absurdly gory. Actually, it may sickening for other reasons.
