... And we cut to the opening credits. You know, that theme song with footage of previous events. Depicting ACTION and EXCITEMENT, these are supposed to get you all hyped up about the show. Hopefully they do. If they don’t… Well, they don’t, do they? Following the ACTION credits, we cross live (or recorded, whatever) to the Tampa Ice Palace parking lot. Boy, it’s rather glary, unfortunately. The fans are rabid, screaming and chanting for the show to start. You know those people – the ones who get excited over any events which involve gratuitous amounts of testosterone, such as monster trucks and fights of any kinds. We pan around towards the base of the makeshift seating, where we see the commentary team of Judge Mental and Ejiro Fasaki – also known as Justice and Rule – along with crazy woman Annie. Judge: Welcome fans, to another edition of wacky Smartmarks Junior League action, this one being called Metal. Presumably because someone thought it sounded cool. As always, I’m the vastly superior, despite what Tom Flesher might tell you, Judge Mental. Annie: Hence your stunning victory at Ashes 2 Ashes on the weekend? Oh, wait. Judge: Shut it. Ejiro: I’m Ejiro Fasaki. I know many submission moves. Annie: Anyway, I’m Annie. Ejiro sucks. Judge: Don’t start already, children, we’ve only had one exchange. First up on our card of fun tonight is newcomer Charismatic Kev, going up against Wes Outlett, currently winless in the SJL. Ejiro: He’s been very unlucky too, having several misses in the past few weeks. With an opponent going by the name of Charismatic Kev, he will surely get something up on the board tonight. Annie: Don’t be so sure. Charisma is a powerful thing you know. Judge: We’ll see, Annie. Funyon is waiting in the ring, so let’s get on with the introductions. The Ice Palace parking lot ever so slightly turns red, and is accompanied with the track of “Mr Charisma” by Frenzal Rhomb. From the top of the ramp Charismatic Kev emerges, pumping his arms in the air like a mad man. He starts motioning and screaming to the crowd, attempting to get them behind him. He continues these tactics on his approach to the ring. Funyon: The next match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from New York City, weighing in at 205 pounds and standing at six feet tall, Charismatic Kev! Kev slides into the ring, quickly jumping up onto the second turnbuckle and screaming to the crowd, who are, for some reason, beginning to support Kev. Judge: Erm… Ok. This lad isn’t at all strange. But the crowd are actually buying it… Ejiro: That’s what happens when you hold matches in parking lots, Judge. All kinds of assorted riff raff can get in, as they don’t actually have to pay. And wrestling fans with money are bad enough. Annie: Heh, he seems interesting enough. Charisma always results in fun. The makeshift public announce system again bursts into life with “Fist Full of Steele” by Rage Against The Machine. Wes Outlett appears at the top of the ring, sporting his baggy leather pants, and begins making his way down to the ring, with absolutely no fanfare whatsoever. Funyon: Now making his way to the ring, from Cincinnati, Ohio, weighing in at 189 pounds and standing at five feet nine inches tall, Wes Outlett! Wes Outlett slides into the ring, looking somewhat sideways at the oddball Charismatic Kev, who has slightly toned down his act to respect his opponent’s entrance. Judge: Wes Outlett has been rather unlucky in his first few encounters. He’s had the goods, but can’t get that elusive three count or submission. Ejiro: Judging by this nutcase, I think that may change tonight. Annie: You would be an expert on the nutcases, wouldn’t you? Ejiro: Well, you certainly aren’t, are you? Charismatic Kev, attempting to channel the charisma of his ancestors, hops about the ring, desperately motioning for the crowd to participate. He gets a mixed response, with those easily amused lending their support to Kev, whilst the stauncher in attendance are either puzzled, or indifferent. As his is opponent, Wes Outlett. Judge: Well, it seems the crack driven Charismatic Kev is striking a nerve with these fans. Ejiro: Well, it’s no secret that wrestling fans aren’t the sharpest characters going around. Annie: So sort of like you then, Ejiro? Ejiro: Grr… Judge: Meanwhile, back in the ring, it looks like Kev has stopped obsessing with the crowd and his turned his attention back to the match at hand. Damn rookies. * DING DING DING * Charismatic Kev and Wes Outlett cautiously circle each other, each waiting for the other to make the first move. Tired of the stalemate, Outlett jumps at Kev, and the two men lock up. Outlett quickly slips out of the grapple, slipping behind Kev and locking on a rear waist lock. Kev doesn’t like this one bit, and expresses his feelings with the back of his elbow, nailing Outlett several times in the head, forcing him to release his grip on Kev. Kev quickly takes advantage, grabbing Outlett’s arm and whipping him across the ring, into the ropes. Apparently, Kev sent Outlett in faster than he realized, as on the return Outlett nails Kev with a rather solid clothesline, knocking a shocked Charismatic Kev down to the mat. Outlett quickly drops to the mat, hoping to capitalize with one of his patented submission moves, but Kev, as if sensing Outlett’s intentions, quickly rolls away and back up to his feet. Outlett is also quick to get back up to his feet, and glares straight through Kev. Kev doesn’t return the favor though, instead opting to jump around like a retard in the hopes of gaining more crowd support. Ejiro: What is wrong with this guy? Is he deficient or something? Annie: Sort of like you then, Fasaki? Ejiro: …Die, Annie. Judge: Children, children, please! Keep the bickering for the bedroom. Annie: …Ewww, you’re sick Judge! I’ll be having nightmares for weeks! Ejiro: Heheh… The crowd responds to Kev, laughing at his oddball antics. Wes Outlett decides that he has finally had enough, charging towards Kev. Kev quickly responds, dropping down to the mat, hooking his legs around one of Outlett’s and taking him face first into the mat with a drop toe hold. Kev bounces back up, visibly pleased with himself. An enraged Outlett is back up to his feet. Kev, being the polite guy that he is, decides to greet Outlett with stiff right hands to the jaw, forcing Outlett to back into a corner. Kev decides to break up the string of punches, instead grabbing onto the second ropes on each side of the turnbuckle, and slamming his shoulder repeatedly into the abdomen of Wes Outlett. As Wes slowly sinks down in the corner, Kev decides that he’s done enough to have a bit of a break. He turns his back to Wes, again attempting to get the crowd into the match. Judge: Kev is apparently able to back up his ridiculous mannerisms in the ring, thank god. However, he’s making the age old mistake here of turning his back to his opponent. Even worse, he’s doing it to hype up the crowd. Faces, such stupid creatures. Annie: Hey, I resent that! Ejiro: Well, it’s true Annie. Kev should be laying the proverbial smack down on Outlett right now – instead he’s trying to get the crowd to love him. It’s pathetic. Annie: Least we don’t get egged on the street. The crowd, starting to somewhat buy Kev’s extreme level of charisma, starts getting into the match. Satisfied with his efforts, Kev turns his attention back to Outlett. However, inside of being sunk into the corner, Outlett is back on his feet. Outlett jumps swiftly into the air, nailing Kev across the chops with a nasty sidekick, sending him sprawling down onto the canvas. Outlett drops promptly to the mat, grabbing onto Kev’s arm and locking on a fujiwara armbar. However, Kev is right next to the ropes. Obviously he grabs them, and the referee forces a reluctant Outlett to break the hold. Judge: Outlett seems to be keen on locking that lethal fujiwara armbar on Kev. Unfortunately for him, he only had it on for a few seconds that time – and didn’t even manage to get it on at all the first time. Ejiro: It’s the age old rule, Judge – disable a body part, usually the one responsible for a man’s finisher. Annie: Or a woman’s finisher. Ejiro: Whatever. The Charismatic One slowly attempts to pull himself to his feet, grabbing onto the middle ropes for leverage. Disgusted by his opponents move, Outlett jams his boot into the back of Kev’s head, leaving him hanging lifelessly across the second rope. Outlett then latches onto the top rope, jumps into the air and over the ropes, before dropping his leg across the back of Kev’s head. Kev bounces out of the corner, gripping at his head in pain. Outlett quickly slides back in the ring before the referee can even attempt a count out, and hooks the leg of Kev for a pin fall attempt. ONE… TWO… Kev kicks out after the two count. Still grabbing at his sore head, and slightly dazed, Kev tries to roll up to his side. Outlett quickly sprints off the ropes, then leaps into the air, extending his feet and nailing the vulnerable Kev with a dropkick to the face! If Kev wasn’t in pain before, that would have changed things. Outlett capitalizes on the situation, hooking Kev’s leg for the pin. ONE… TWO… Judge: Kev able to kick out at two, there. He’s tougher than he looks, I had him buried after that vicious dropkick to the face. Ejiro: As did I, Judge. Clearly, Kev has more guts than we first thought. Admittedly, that isn’t a whole lot, but still. Annie: Says you, ya cheatin’ heel bastard. Outlett grunts in disappointment, but continues on. He drags Kev to his feet, quickly getting in a few stiff right hands in the process, then sends him into the ropes. As Kev dashes back towards Outlett, Outlett turns around and raises his elbow, catching Kev right in the nose with a back elbow! Kev crashes down to the mat, gripping at his face. Outlett looks and Kev, then the ropes, then Kev again, formulating a devious plan. He races towards the ropes springboards off the second one, flipping backwards and connecting across the body of Kev with a lionsault! Outlett rolls back slightly onto his knees, holding his body in pain. After a brief moment to recover, Outlett covers Kev. ONE… TWO… Kev manages to roll the shoulder in the nick of time! Outlett looks up, obviously becoming increasingly frustrated. He decides to resume his earlier plan of attack, and hooks the fujiwara arm bar on Charismatic Kev! Kev’s eyes immediately light up in pain, as his free arm desperately searches for the ropes. Judge: Heheh, a personal favourite of mine, this one. On the third attempt Outlett has got it on close to the center of the ring. I’ve put this move on more people than I can count, and trust me, this thing hurts like hell. If Kev doesn’t get out of this soon, his arm is going to be sore for days. Ejiro: Definitely, Judge. I’ve also applied this on more than my fair share of victims, and it always leaves lasting damage. It’s simple and easy to apply on the victim, making it accessible to even the most inadequate of grapplers. Annie: Hence you use it a lot? Ejiro: ...What did I do to deserve this? Outlett pulls back as arm as he can on Kev’s arm, attempting to yank it clean off. Kev squirms, attempting to edge his way closer to the ropes. The referee asks whether Kev wants to give it up, but to no avail. Kev raises his free arm in the air, channeling the energy in the parking lot. The crowd starts to yell for this rookie, seemingly giving the charismatic wonder the power to crawl his way towards the ropes. Outlett seems indifferent, content on yanking back on Kev’s arm. Kev, so close, makes a lunge for the ropes… And gets there! The referee demands that Wes lets go off the hold, and, after a groan, he does so. Judge: Kev manages to reach the ropes there, just in the nick of time. Too much longer in the fujiwara arm bar, and he could say goodbye to that arm. Annie: It’s obvious that the sheer charisma of this man has this rather savage crowd in rapture. Ejiro: That was random. Annie: Like your mother. Ejiro: ...!? Not being one to waste any time though, Kev pulls the relieved Kev up to his feet, hooks Kev’s arms, then falls backward towards the ring, drilling Kev’s head into the mat with a double arm DDT! Kev rolls onto his back almost completely lifeless, allowing Outlett to take advantage with a lateral press. The referee slides into position… ONE! TWO! TH-NO! Ejiro: Damnit! Wes almost had this sniveling little buffoon down again! Judge: Another near fall for Wes here. He’s got Kev on the metaphorical ropes, here – he just needs to move in for the kill. Annie: Your genius astounds me, Judge. Although, killing would be a bit extreme in this instance. Judge: Yeah well… I sentence Kev to death! Geddit?! Coz I’m a judge, and all!? Ejiro: … Annie: … Judge: …Sigh. Outlett decides enough is enough. The tough man from Ohio pulls Kev into position under the turnbuckles, then starts climbing. Upon reaching the top he takes a few seconds to steady himself, before leaping high into the air, spinning backwards, and crashing down onto the prone body of the Charismatic One! Well, or so he had hoped. Kev managed to roll out of the way at the last second, leaving Outlett with no choice but to eat canvas. Judge: Outlett decided end the match right there, but got nothing! That’s the problems with these high flying types, always killing themselves with high risk moves. The good old submission holds simply aren’t flashy enough anymore. Sigh. Annie: High flyers rule your sorry ass Judge, and you know it. Ejiro: Yeah, especially when they take themselves out for a year going for a twisting corkscrew 360 spinning tornado body splash off a ladder. Judge: Ejiro’s right Annie, high flyers are stupid. In any case, the referee has gotten his ten count underway. Hopefully these two rookies hurry up so we can get onto the matches with actual potential. ONE… TWO… THREE… FOUR… FIVE – for some ungodly reason, the crowd starts to get behind Kev: “KEV! KEV! KEV!” SIX… SEVEN – both competitors begin to stir… EIGHT – Kev and Outlett stagger to their knees… NINE… Both men yank on the ropes, managing to pull themselves to their feet before the referee can finish the ten count. Kev and Outlett stagger into the middle of the ring, looking into each other’s eyes with exhaustion. Kev shakes off his arm that was locked on the fujiwara arm bar, then lifts his other arm up in the air and starts shaking like he’s got a disease, drawing minor laughter from the crowd, and a disturbed look from Outlett. Kev takes this opportunity to nail Outlett in the side of the head with a charismatic punch, momentarily dazing the puro-inspired wrestler. Kev then quickly locks an arm around Outlett’s head, before picking him up in prime position for a body slam. However, Kev instead lifts Outlett up as after as he can in the body slam position, before pushing Outlett’s midsection up over his head. As Outlett begins to plummet towards the mat, Kev quickly uses his now free hand to grab Outlett around the neck in an inverted from face lock, before dropping himself down hard to the mat with a falling reverse DDT! Annie: Wow! What a move from Kev! Judge: …Indeed. I believe that’s Kev’s finisher, the Charismatic KO. Ejiro: That’s a damn impressive finisher, I must admit… Wait, Charismatic KO?! What the hell? Is this guy retarded or something? An exhausted Kev shakes off his arm, still hurting from the earlier fujiwara arm bar. He then hooks the leg on the lifeless body of Wes Outlett. The referee skids down to the mat, beginning the count… ONE… TWO… THREE! * DING DING DING * Kev hops up to his feet, his arm raised high in the air by the referee. Kev lets rip with a grin so huge and charismatic, fans start applauding the young rookie. Funyon: Your winner – Charismatic Kev! Judge: And Wes Outlett still unable to get on the winning path here in the Junior League, defeated by this new upstart, Charismatic Kev. He dominated the majority of the match, yet Kev was able to slip in his finisher for the victory! Annie: You can just feel the charisma running off this man. Ejiro: Since when do you feel men? Annie: … Judge: Ok kids, calm down. We’re close to the lights being turned on, as the sun is setting! Hurrah, no more glare! Short of a catastrophic technical failure in the next twenty seconds, we will be right back after this short commercial break.

Oh, actually, I have an aside. The Wrath card will be up early Wednesday afternoon. I have to get up insanely early tomorrow morning for a short work shift so I don't have the time to throw it together tonight.

Don't everyone all jump up at once.

SJL Metal fades back in from commercial, the cameras coming back to life with a wide shot of the sold out Metrodome. The cameras zoom in on the crowd, panning over the sea of faces and signs that populate the arena, all of them buzzing with excitement at the show they have seen so far and ready and eager for more. The cameras eventually switch back to the announcers table revealing Judge, Ejiro and Annie, ready as ever to continue calling the action. Judge: Hello everyone and welcome back to SJL METAL! If you’ve just tuned in you’ve missed some great matches tonight but you’re just in time for our Main Event! Ejiro: And you better have some good excuses for missing most of the show! You missed out on the debut of a new SJL Superstar, a Tables match AND a Lions Den match! Annie: And great matches they were, but there’s still one more to go, and its for the SJL World Title! Judge: It certainly is, and in a few moments Aecas and the Insane Luchador are going to square off and see who gets to walk home with the belt tonight. Aecas has been after that belt for months but the strap has so far eluded him, can he take it off of IL tonight? Or will the Insane Luchador retain his belt once again. Ejiro: Still you have to wonder if IL is at 100% or not after that brutal match with the Unknown Warrior on Crimson. Annie: There’s not much wondering involved Ejiro, IL is tougher than coffin nails and he’s proved that on so many occasions in the past. Judge: Well both men are going to get a chance to prove how tough they are tonight, there are no rules in this Title Match and Minneapolis, Minnesota is about to get another taste of Hardcore action! “Gotta Get Away” by Offspring suddenly hits the speakers to a roar of approval from the fans as green and red pyros ignite all around the entranceway. Amid the music, pyros and deafening cheers the Insane Luchador steps out into the aisle throwing his arms up into the air drawing yet more cheers from the crowd. A grin splits his face as he sprints down the aisle slapping palms with fans on either side before sliding halfway into the ring, popping back up to his feet and mounting the nearest turnbuckle punching the air as Funyon raises his microphone. Funyon: Ladies and Gentlemen! The following contest is a Hardcore Match! For the SJL WORLD TITLE! Funyon pauses briefly as the fans erupt into cheers once more, the Insane Luchador grinning as he looks out at the crowd still standing on the turnbuckle, the SJL World Title gleaming around his waist. Funyon: Introducing first in the ring at this time! From Aston, Pennsylvania! Weighing in at 201lbs! HE IS THE SJL WORLD CHAMPION! THE INSANE LUCHADOR!!!!!!! IL unstraps the belt from around his waist and punches his hand into the air once more, holding the belt up high to the eager cheers of the fans, the Insane Luchador grins once more as he jumps back into the ring. Judge: Our champion is not looking any worse for wear after that brutal match on Crimson. Annie: He looks ready as ever Judge, and you can bet he’s ready to take the fight to Aecas tonight. Almost on cue the arena goes completely pitch black, a graveyard bell rings ominously as the cheers of the fans echo around the small arena. The Smarktron displays a figure shrouded in darkness, stabs of light highlighting the scales of a winding tattoo that spreads itself across his chest. The stabs of light travel slowly up the figures body highlighting the blank white orb of an eye as a deep voice reverberates through the arena speakers. "Are you scared?" The voice echoes for a moment before several voices speak as one. "He's here..........." Dark Funeral's “Dead Skin Mask” blasts out from the arena speakers as red lights begin to strobe around the arena, like an alarm system gone wrong - or a system that is warning of imminent carnage. Thick smoke boils up from the entranceway, filling the air and carpeting the floor, a blood red spotlight picks out Aecas as he stands deep in the depths of the smoke, an eerie silhouette will a large staff in one hand. Aecas raises the staff high above his head, a long wicked blade snaps forth from the staff to the cheers of the crowd, the Black Angel grins widely before moving back into the entrance way and pulling out a trolley full of weapons. Aecas starts to walk down the aisle pulling the trolley with him as he carries his Scythe on one shoulder, his dead eyes staring down at the ring. Funyon: And his opponent! From Shrewsbury, England! Weighing 315lbs! He is The Black Angel! AECAS!!!!!!!!!! Back in the ring the Insane Luchador is far from idle, leaping out of the ring IL wastes no time in dragging some items out of the ring himself several chairs, a stack of light tubes and a table come out from the depths, each to a pop from the crowd as Aecas makes his way to the ring. IL sets up the table quickly on the outside of the ring, slinging the first chair onto its surface and piling the light tubes on top of it. The Insane Luchador grabs the other chair and slides back into the ring a grin of his own stamped across his face as he urges the Black Angel to enter the ring. Aecas halts on the outside of the ring, staring up at IL for a few moments returning the grin before he drops his Scythe and grabs the trolley, the Black Angel hefts the trolley for a moment before tossing it effortlessly over the top rope, sliding into the ring and charging IL as the metal crashes onto the canvas. Judge: Aecas isn’t going to wait for the bell! Annie: And here we go! Aecas slides to his feet and lunges at his opponent but as quick as the Black Angel is the Insane Luchador is much faster, ducking under a huge clothesline and whipping around as Aecas rebounds off of the ropes. The Insane Luchador rears back and throws the chair straight into Aecas’ face, the metal seat cracking off the giants forehead and stopping his charge in its tracks, sending him staggering back against the ropes. IL keeps the momentum going rushing across the ring to the corner, the Insane One leaps onto the second rope, springboarding himself backwards. IL twists his body in mid air as he flys back into the ring, both boots connecting squarely with Aecas’ chin, knocking the giant sideways and into the other corner as Eddy long finally signals for the bell. DING! DING! DING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Judge: And IL is starting this match off quickly and painfully! Ejiro: Against Aecas its speed that’s going to count in this match. Annie: Not to mention all the weapons that are available tonight, Aecas is going to have a hard job beating Il, and vice versa, neither man wants to walk out of there a loser tonight! IL quickly picks himself up and is instantly back on the offensive, leaping forwards and smashing a Superkick into the jaw of the Black Angel snapping his head back and making him stumble out of the corner clutching his jaw. The Insane Luchador wastes no time, rushing to the corner he grabs the ropes with both hands, leaping onto the second rope IL uses the momentum to spring up to the top catapulting himself off of the top rope and back into the ring once again. Aecas turns around just in time to see a 201 pound missile come flying at him as the Insane Luchador takes the Black Angel down to the canvas with a perfect Crossbody, and IL wastes no time in hooking one of Aecas’ massive legs as he goes for an early pin. Judge: Beautiful High Crossbody off of the top by the Insane Luchador! Ejiro: Shades of Ricky Steamboat with that move, and he’s trying to put this one away early! ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … TW……… Aecas easily kicks out before Long’s hand can smack the canvas for two, sending Il tumbling off of him as he quickly starts to get back up to his feet, the Insane Luchador is quick to get back up, and even quicker to plan his next move, rushing to the nearest corner and quickly scaling the turnbuckles once again. Annie: IL is going to have to do more than that to keep Aecas down for three. Judge: Yes he is, and he looks set to continue his aerial assault! IL waits for Aecas to turn around, leaping off of the turnbuckle when the giant finally obliges diving feet first for his huge opponent only to be denied as the Black Angel swats his feet away leaving him nothing but a hard landing on the canvas. Before the Insane Luchador can get his bearing Aecas is on top of him, two massive arms wrapping around the waist of the Insane One heaving him backwards and off of his feet with a huge German Suplex. Aecas releases his grip at the apex of the Suplex sending IL sailing backwards to land on his head and shoulders, the momentum flipping the Insane Luchador over and slamming him back down onto his stomach. Judge: And IL didn’t catch Aecas napping that time! Ejiro: And this is where IL is going to get into trouble, Aecas has got a chance to slow the pace down now, and if he does that then Il could soon be in a world of hurt unless he can speed things up again. Aecas is once again quickly on top of IL as the smaller man starts getting back to his feet a little groggy from the huge Suplex, the Black Angel wraps one huge arm around the head of the Insane Luchador grabbing his tights with his other. Aecas pauses for a second before lifting Il high into the air and dropping him back down to the canvas in one smooth fluid motion, driving the Insane Luchador’s head and shoulders into the canvas for a second time. Judge: Evenflow Brainbuster! Aecas is starting to get some flow of his own! Annie: And now he’s going for the trolley! Its time to break out the toys! Aecas moves over to the metal trolley reaching into its innards and pulling out a stack of light tubes to a roar of approval from the crowd, the Black Angel drops several of the tubes bunching two in his fist and moving over to the Insane Luchador who is doggedly getting back up to his feet. Aecas waist until IL looks up at him before he smashes the light tubes down on his opponents unprotected head breaking the tubes in half and sending shattered glass scattering across the ring. IL slumps back down to the canvas, both hands clutching at his forehead as Aecas tosses away the broken stubs of the light tubes grinning as the fans pop loudly as the Black Angel draws first blood. Aecas quickly steps through the ring ropes and drops to the outside, the Black Angel crouches and reaches under the ring searching for a few moments before he drags out a long metal section of guardrail. The giant hefts the metal before he slings it into the ring, narrowly missing the Insane Luchador before he bends down and retrieves another pair of chairs that quickly follow the guardrail. Judge: Aecas tossing a length of guardrail into he ring now; God only knows what he plans to do with that. Ejiro: I don’t think anybody knows what goes through this guys mind Judge. Annie: Shards of glass will be going through it in a moment! IL is back up and he’s got the light tubes! Aecas slides back into the ring standing up just in time to take a full fist of light tubes right to the face! The Black Angel staggers backwards into the corner, blood welling up from a myriad of cuts that now decorate his face, the giant’s blank eyes glare out from his bloody face, a grin starting to curl his mouth upwards as the Insane Luchador quickly grabs another chair. IL hefts the steel and charges at his giant opponent the chair coming up as he moves before smashing down at the cornered Black Angel. The chair crashes down on an empty turnbuckle as Aecas lurches out of the corner at the last second, rushing across the ring and rebounding off the ropes. The Insane Luchador hefts the chair for a second time and rushes to meet his charging opponent raising the chair once more to smash it into the face of his opponent. This time however luck is not with the Insane Luchador as the Black Angel’s right foot comes up, smacking the chair into IL’s bloody face and smashing the Insane One from his feet. Ignoring his opponent momentarily Aecas grabs the fallen chairs and begins to set them up in a rectangular shape before hefting the guardrail and laying it across the open chairs, keeping the metal supported a foot off of the canvas. Judge: What the hell is Aecas trying to orchestrate here? Annie: Nothing good for the Insane Luchador Judge that’s for sure. Back in the ring Aecas returns his attention back to his opponent, who is starting to get back up despite the hard chair shot he just endured, this seems to suit the giants plans as he pushes IL back into the corner, getting under his smaller opponent and lifting him up to sit on the top turnbuckle. Aecas quickly follows his opponent, climbing up the turnbuckle and wrapping one arm around IL’s head as he continues to move up the corner, taking his opponent with him. Both men make their way up standing precariously on the top rope for a moment before Aecas heaves IL upwards into the air, both men making a vertical tower on the top rope before they both plummet backwards right into the ring and right ONTO the suspended guardrail! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! Judge: Superplex right on that guardrail! Ejiro: You have to question the mentality of somebody who does a move like that Judge! He just hurt himself as much as he hurt IL! Aecas slowly rolls over after the huge impact, the guardrail bent in the center from the combined weight of both men as they crashed through it, the Black Angel drapes an arm over the chest of the Insane Luchador trying for a pinfall, but the attempt is quickly broken up by Eddy long as IL’s shoulders are not touching the canvas. Ejiro: And there’s another problem right there, he can’t capitalize on that move with a pinfall because IL is still on the guardrail! Judge: That’s a valid point Ejiro, but both men are already stirring from that hellish impact with the guardrail. It’s going to take more than that to put away IL. Aecas rolls off of the damaged guardrail, slowly getting back up to his feet, and action mirrored by the Insane Luchador, the Black Angel shoves the guardrails towards the ring apron with one foot as he starts to advance once again on the champion. The giant grabs the right arm of the Insane Luchador Irish Whipping him across the length of the ring into the ropes, Aecas stands his ground as IL rebounds and charges back towards him. Aecas’ hands shoot out, grabbing the Insane Luchador under the arms and hoisting him high up into the air looking for the Descent into Darkness. The world champion has other ideas however as his legs quickly wrap around the head of the Black Angel, IL quickly throws all his weight backwards, the sudden shift in weight taking his huge opponent clean off his feet and driving him back down to the canvas. Judge: And the insane Luchador blocks the Descent Into Darkness and comes back with a huge Hurracarana! Ejiro: He’s got to speed up the pace again Judge, and he’s got to do it now! The Insane Luchador is quickly back on his feet grabbing the remaining light tubes and piling them on top of the Black Angel’s chest before grabbing one of the bent chairs that now populate the ring. The Insane Luchador cracks the downed Aecas on the head with the chair, before he moves for the corner once again, shooting up to the top, the chair still clutched in one hand. IL looks out at the fans, holding the chair up to a massive pop before looking down at his opponent, the Insane Luchador gathers his wits and leaps off of the top once more clinging the chair to his chest as his crashes down on his opponent. The impact drives the chair into the chests of both champion and challenger, and driving shards of shattered glass into the upper body of the Black Angel, IL bounces off of Aecas from the force of the impact, his hands going to his ribs as his feet pound the mat in obvious pain. Judge: True Insanity! Ejiro: But again IL hurt himself executing the move Judge! He needs to pin Aecas and he needs to do it now! Aecas lays stock still, only the rise and fall of his now bloody chest giving any indication that he’s alive at all, after what seems like hours from his point of view, the Insane Luchador sucks it up, dragging himself forwards and laying an arm across the massive chest of his opponent. ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … … TWO AND A HALF!!!!!!!! … … KICKOUT! Aecas still manages a strong Kickout, knocking his opponent off of him, the Black Angel slowly gets up to one knee a hand dragging over his chest, as he brushes away some of the glass shards that now decorate his skin, his face twisted in a worrying combination of pleasure and pain as the Insane Luchador rolls unnoticed out of the ring. Ejiro: See? What did I tell you, not only could he not make the pinfall quick enough, he couldn’t even hook a leg! Annie: At this point it doesn’t matter Ejiro, its still early days yet in this match and IL does not seem short of ideas tonight either! With one hand still clutching his chest the Insane Luchador crouches down searching underneath the ring for yet another weapon, dragging out the long recognizable shape of a ladder from beneath the ring, to the delight of the crowd. Judge: And now IL is bringing a ladder into this match! This environment just got a lot more dangerous for both men! IL drags the ladder into a vertical position setting it up right next to the ring as Aecas slowly begins to get back up to his feet searching for his opponent, the Insane Luchador scales the ladder quickly, perching on the top two rungs above the top rope of the ring as he waits for the right moment. IL tenses as Aecas begins to turn around and then launches himself off the top of the ladder at his opponent, the Insane Luchador flies into the ring as the ladder collapses outside, catching Aecas completely off guard. The Champion wraps an arm around the giant’s head in mid flight, twisting his opponent around with his momentum before smashing his head down into the canvas with a huge spinning Tornado DDT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! Judge: Jumping Tornado DDT! All the way from the outside of the ring down to the canvas! Annie: IL caught Aecas napping with that one! Ejiro: Yes he did, all he has to do now is COVER HIM! Back in the ring the Insane Luchador is doing exactly that, diving on top of his giant opponent and hooking one huge leg with both hands as Eddy Long drops down to count the pinfall once again. ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … TWO AND A HALF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … TWO AND THRE-KICKOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Aecas kicks out of the pinning attempt once again, frustrating the Insane Luchador’s attempts at finishing the match once again; IL shakes his head in frustration before slowly sliding out of the ring once more to retrieve the fallen ladder. Aecas slowly starts to drag himself back up to his feet, the giant shaking his head violently and leaning against the ropes as he tries to shake off the impact of the DDT. The Insane Luchador picks up the ladder and climbs back up onto the apron of the ring, so intent is he on getting the ladder back in the ring that he doesn’t see the approaching Black Angel before it is too late. A huge Elbow to the side of the head sends the ladder clattering back down to the floor as IL reels, only just keeping a grip on the top rope as Aecas steps through the ropes and joins the champion on the apron. Another hard elbow rocks the champion back long enough for Aecas to step forwards, the giant bends down grabbing the Insane Luchador by the waist seemingly looking for a Tombstone but hoisting his opponent up onto his right shoulder. The fans, already on their feet and chanting from the action they have seen so far in this match cheer even louder as the Black Angel points down at the light tube laden table that IL set up himself at the start of the match. Judge: Aecas is looking to return the earlier favour from IL with that stack of light tubes! Annie: Here comes the receipt! With the Insane Luchador still on his shoulder Aecas takes several long running steps across the apron, leaping off the hard surface and diving forwards, driving IL back first through the table and the light bulbs with a huge Running Powerslam, dragging yet another fecal chant from the fans. HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! Aecas drags IL from the wreckage of the table and light tube and the now deformed chair that “cushioned” the champions fall and quickly pins him with a lateral press as Eddy long slides out of the ring for the count. ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … TWO AND A HALF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … KICKOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!! This time its IL who kicks out just before the three, and this time its Aecas who shows frustration, dragging the Insane Luchador back up to his feet and rolling him into the ring, the Black Angel picks up the ladder and slides the steel in after his opponent before clambering back into the squared circle himself. Judge: Neither man as been able to deal enough damage to put one another out of this match yet but it can surely only be a matter of time now. Annie: We’ve said again and again at how tough these two are, but there’s a limit to everyone’s endurance. Back in the ring Aecas picks up the ladder taking it over to a corner and laying it horizontally on the ropes there, the Black Angel turns on his heel and stalks diagonally across the ring to where the Insane Luchador lies. The giant steps over his opponent and slowly begins to ascend the turnbuckles to the cheers of the fans, the cheers get even louder as the Insane Luchador fights his way back up to his feet, bleeding from dozens of small cuts in his back the plucky champio0n shoves Aecas’ feet away and crotches the giant on the top rope. Judge: Aecas is in dangerous waters here! IL steps in close, dragging a steel chair to the corner with his foot and wrapping an arm around the head of the Black Angel, he shouts out to the crowd getting a huge cheer in response, a cheer that doubles in volume and shock as he drag’s Aecas down drilling him headfirst onto the steel chair with a DDT from the turnbuckles! Judge: This is it! Its gotta be over now! Annie: You can see bloodstains on the chair from the impact! Aecas’ body is limp on the canvas as Long rushes over to make the count the fans calling along with each slap on the canvas. ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … … TWO AND A HALF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … TWO AND THREE QUARTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … … … … THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Aecas barely kicks out of the pinning predicament to another huge roar from the fans as they see the bout is going to continue, IL stares down at Aecas shaking his head slowly before he starts heaving at his fallen opponent. The Insane Luchador is aided somewhat as Aecas tries to get back up to his feet, his features glazed as he slumps into the corner seemingly unable to fight back as the challenger ascends the turnbuckles once again in front of him. Judge: IL looking for another Hurracarana there… Ejiro: I don’t think he can believe that Aecas is still up, I can’t believe either of these two guys are still standing after some of the shots we’ve seen in this match! IL grabs Aecas’ bloody head with both hands, leaping off of the second rope and wrapping his legs around the Black Angel’s head as he tries for another Hurracarana, the Insane Luchador hurls himself backwards and stops dead as two massive hands latch onto his thighs holding him upside down. The fans go ballistic once again as they know that the Executioner is surely going to end this match, but the Insane Luchador is not done yet, showing amazing reserves of strength and flexibility IL flips himself back up to a sitting position on Aecas’ shoulders, quickly hammering punches into the bloody forehead of his opponent. Judge: IL trying to fight out of the Executioner! Whether you like the champion or not you’ve got to love his effort! Aecas weathers the storm of fists for a few moments before he charges blindly across the ring leaping into the air and pulling IL down off his shoulders DRIVING THE SJL WORLD CHAMPION THROUGH THE LADDER HE SET UP IN THE CORNER WITH A SITOUT POWERBOMB! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! The fans shake the arena with the seer volume of their voices as the chant echoes through the arena thousands of fans chanting at the sheer brutality of the move they just saw while thousands more sit dumbfounded amidst the roar, trying to believe what they just saw. Judge: Oh my god… Ejiro: That ladder has just been destroyed! Probably along with IL’s spine! Annie: Aecas has got him down! He’s got a leg hooked! This is it! ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … … … TWO AND A HALF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … … … … TWO AND THREE QUARTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … … … … … THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At the last possible second IL’s right shoulder shoots off the canvas to the astonishment and delight of all the fans in the jam-packed Metrodome. Judge: He kicked out! He kicked out! HE KICKED OUT! Ejiro: Unbelievable! I can’t believe he kicked out of that! The ladder is bent in half! How did he kick out of that move?! Annie: Aecas can’t believe it either! I think this is the first time I’ve ever seen the Black Angel look shocked in a match! Judge: Listen to these fans! I can hardly hear myself think! Aecas slowly shakes his head, the look of disbelief slowly fading into a mask of determination, he kicks aware the remnants of the ladder and plants a steel chair firmly in the corner. Grabbing the Insane Luchador by the hair the Black Angel pushes his opponent back into the corner, once again boosting him up to sit on the top turnbuckle, Aecas tears at the fastenings for the turnbuckle, eventually ripping away the padding and exposing the steel ring underneath. Slowly, painfully, Aecas ascends the turnbuckle to stand on the second rope, he wraps an arm around the head of the Insane Luchador his other seeking out the fabric of his opponents tights. The Black Angel slowly heaves his opponent into the air holding him vertically, his arms shaking showing that he is at the end of his reserves of strength. Aecas holds Il up for a long moment and then steps backwards off of the turnbuckles landing on his feet as the simple motion drives the top of the Insane Luchador’s head into the steel ring of the corner! Judge: Second Rope Turnbuckle Brainbuster on the bare steel! Annie: And Aecas is hanging on! IL jerks in Aecas’ arms but the giant doesn’t let go, he steps backwards a pace and drops Il straight downwards into a Sheer Drop Brainbuster, cracking the champions head off of the steel chair and sending IL’s limp body slumping down onto the canvas. Annie: Brainbuster on the steel chair! Judge: And will THIS be enough? My god what ill it take if it’s not?! Ejiro: He’s got the champ covered! ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … … TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … … … TWO AND A HALF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … … TWO AND THREE QUARTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … … … … THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DING! DING! DING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The crowd explode once again, forcing a few more cheers from their tired throats as Dark Funeral’s “Dead Skin Mask” explodes from the arena speakers, Aecas raises himself up to his knees his head thrown back, his cry of victory lost in the sheer wall of noise as Funyon’s voice is only just audible over the cacophony. Funyon: The winner of the match! AND NEW! SJL WORLD CHAMPION! THE BLACK ANGEL! AEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Judge: And finally Aecas has done it! He’s finally captured the gold that has eluded him for so long! Annie: Both of these guys took one another to the limit tonight! Judge: These two men gave you everything they had in their bodies here tonight, IL has nothing to be ashamed of walking out of this match a loser, he took the fight to Aecas from the word go and he made the challenger pay for ever step he took closer to victory! Eddy Long reenters the ring and hands the SJL World Title to its new champion, Aecas stares down at the belt for a few long moments before he look up and thrusts the belt into the air, both hands grasped tightly around the strap, letting out a roar of victory that’s answered by the fans as they celebrate the crowning of a new champion. Aecas slowly lowers the belt and turns around holding it loosely in one hand as he looks down at the body of the Insane Luchador, the former champion is still conscious and struggling to get back up to his feet. Very slowly the Black Angel bends down, offering one huge hand to his opponent, IL meets those blank white eyes for a moment before he takes the proffered hand, pulling himself back up to his feet with Aecas’ help. The Black Angel makes to move away but IL pulls him back, still clasping the giants hand, the Insane Luchador nods his head slowly and shakes Aecas’ hand firmly before raising the giants arm as high as he can, the fans cheering and applauding the gesture as far as the eye can see in the Metrodome. Annie: Now that takes a hell of a lot of class. Judge: The Insane Luchador showing respect to his opponent even in defeat and vice versa. Ejiro: Why are they shaking hands? Will somebody please tell me why?! Annie: It’s a little something called respect Ejiro, these two fought each other to a standstill, and Aecas only just pulled a win off. Ejiro: That’s still no reason to shake his hand! Annie: Shut up Ejiro! Stop trying to degrade what we just saw! Have a little bit of dignity will you?! Judge: It’s been a great show tonight folks, and we can only imagine what the repercussions of these events are going to be! But there’s one sure fire way to find out and that is to tune into SJL Wrath! This is "Judge Mental" William Hearford, Annie Eclectic and Ejiro Fasaki, signing off from the Minneapolis Metrodome. Goodnight Everybody! See you on Wrath! The SJL Logo flashes into life in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, the last shot of the night is a bloody but unbowed Aecas, ascending the turnbuckles and punching his title high into the air to the cheers of the fans as the picture slowly fades to black…

LION’S DEN MATCH Unknown Warrior vs. “Hollywood” Spike Jenkins Description: Commissioner Raynor wonders if the Unknown Warrior will feel comfortable in this match. Rules: A dome cage will be lowered onto the ring with a few feet of space on the floor. No door, so there is no escape. The only way to win is by knockout or submission. SJL Metal returns from commercial, as the ruckus crowd inside the spacious Metrodome is featured. Before too long, the camera switches off to the announce table, where Annie Eclectic, Ejiro Fasaki and William Hearford sit. "(Judge) Welcome back to Metal, live from the Metrodome in Minneapolis! We've got more show tonight, including a World Championship defense, as IL attempts to fend off Aecas." "(Ejiro) Indeed, but for now we have longtime Decay rival Manson taking on current Decay member Jimmy Liston. But a spin has been added, as this contest will be a tables match!" "(Judge) Well, Korgath is away on a leave of absence, leaving 'The Demon' as the sole Decay member. But Liston has sworn to continue the Decay's evil deeds, and he drew Manson tonight. Of course as we all know, Manson is coming off a losing bid for the European Title, losing to Landon Maddix. So he's no doubt looking to get back on the right track, starting tonight." "(Ejiro) And as I mentioned, with these two being occasional rivals, whoever wins this match will no doubt have bragging rights, as this is their biggest match to date." "(Annie) I hate to admit it, but chances are Liston will have an advantage, due to Tyler Sullivan lurking about on the outside. Where as Manson has no one to watch out for him." "(Judge) Right you are, as Sullivan's involvement just could be the deciding factor…" The cameras switch to Funyon in the ring… "(Funyon) Ladies and Gentlemen, the following is a tables match! Introducing first…" The lights go dark, as the fans rise to their feet, immediately breaking into a chorus of boos. Milky chanting can be heard as spotlights fly over the fans, and a single phrase is uttered over the arena's sound system… Why don't you ask me what it feels like to be a freak? "Demon Speeding" by Rob Zombie erupts from the speakers as pyro explosions run up the ramp, from ringside to entry way, ending with a final explosion and a flash of flames. Through the smoke, Jimmy Liston is revealed at the top of the ramp, and he raises a fist towards the crowd. As Liston begins walking down, Tyler Sullivan emerges from behind the entrance curtain and walks a few steps behind, as the two go down to ringside. "(Funyon) …being accompanied by Tyler Sullivan and hailing from Boston, Massachusetts! He weighs in at two-hundred and twenty eight pounds, and stands six feet, four inches tall! He is a member of The Decay, 'THE DEEEMON' JIIIIMY LIIIIIISSSTOONNN!" Liston slides into the ring and climbs the near turnbuckle, in the upper left side of the ring. He thrusts his fist into the air in time with the music, as Sullivan crosses to the opposite turnbuckle, and riles up the fans there, garnering a good amount of heat. Liston walks then climbs down and heads to his corner to confer with Sullivan. Their discussion over, Sullivan climbs out of the ring, as Liston's theme fades out. The house lights segue into a dark red hue and "Frankenstein" by the Edgar Winter Group hits, as the crowd begins cheering lightly. Manson emerges a moment later to a loud pop from the crowd, and he pauses at the head of the ramp. He throws up a fist in the air, just as Liston had done earlier, to a round of cheers. Manson lowers his arm and descends down the ramp, a smirk on his face. "(Funyon) And his opponent, hailing from Denver, Colorado! He weighs in at two-hundred and twenty five pounds, and stands six feet even! MMMAAAAANNSSSOONNN!" Manson approaches the foot of the ramp and rolls in under the bottom rope of the ring, as Funyon hightails it. Manson tosses off his leather jacket to the floor below, but Jimmy Liston doesn't give him a moment to get prepared, as he rushes Manson and the bell rings! ::DING DING!:: Liston takes down Manson with a tackle, and begins to fire away with piston-like rights to the face. However, Manson pushes Liston off and rolls away, coming up to his feet. With Manson slumped in the lower left corner, Liston charges in once again, but Manson catches him with a boot to the midsection, doubling Liston over. Manson brings his left arm up, and hits a forearm to Liston's jaw. He alternates that with a right jab, backing Liston up, before going back to the forearm once more, knocking Liston to the mat. Liston rubs his jaw and comes back up to his feet. Manson takes him by the arm, and pushes him back into the right side ropes. Manson brings Liston forward, and whips him across the ring. Liston bounces off the left side ropes, and Manson catches him with a knee to the gut, flipping Liston over the leg of Manson, landing him on his back. "(Judge) Manson taking charge now, showing why he's one of the better brawlers around." "(Ejiro) And one of the best at getting out of tight spots, as he just shoves Liston away in the first place, to start this offensive spurt. I doubt this'll last for long though.." Manson begins stomping and kicking at Liston's ribs, forcing him into the upper right corner in an attempt to cover up. Leaving Liston to tend to his ribs, Manson slides outside the ring, in front of the annouce booth to search for a table under the ring. As Matt Kivell checks in on Liston, Sullivan pulls Manson out from under the ring by his belt, and drags him hard into the face of the annouce table to the riotous boos of the fans! Manson's back arches, as he simply falls forward onto his stomach in obvious pain, daggers shooting throughout his spine. Sullivan picks up Manson and rolls him into the ring, as Liston gets to his feet. "(Ejiro) …because of Sullivan on the outside, who just now takes care of Manson quite easily…" "(Annie) Dirty pool. Sullivan shouldn't even be allowed down here. Not with the high stakes this match entails." Liston circles Manson, as he gets up to a vertical base. Liston wraps his arms around Manson's waist from behind, and attempts to pick him up for a german suplex, but Manson fires away with back elbows to the temple, staggering Liston. However Liston wraps his arms around Manson again, and on the second attempt is able to pick him up and throw him for the release suplex, Manson landing on his upper back. Manson is slow to get up, but does so regardless… 0MG D00DS LET'S D0 THE TIME WARP! "(Judge) Sullivan has just been sent to the back, after Matt Kivell caught him attacking Manson on the outside!" "(Annie) It's about time, as Sullivan has been a thorn in Manson's side the entire match." Jimmy Liston rolls Manson in, before turning the corner toward the entrance ramp and picking up a discarded table, sliding it into the ring. Manson begins getting to his feet, as Liston sets up the table in the lower left corner of the ring. He pulls up Manson by his hair, and places him in a standing headscissors. Reaching down to wrap his arms around Manson's waist, he lifts Manson up onto his shoulders, prepping for a powerbomb through the table, but Manson jumps down and onto his feet! Liston goes for a clothesline, but Manson ducks and gets a drop toe hold on Liston, driving him jaw first into the edge of the table. Liston favors his jaw, holding onto it as he turns back around to the inner portion of the ring, only for Manson to place him in a front facelock, while grabbing onto the waistband of Liston's tights. Manson hoists Liston high into the air for a suplex, but immediately brings Liston forward once again… ::CRRRUNCH!:: Driving Liston into the mat stomach first with a front sitout suplex! ::DING DING!:: "(Funyon) Your winner… MMMAAAAAANNSSOOONNN!" "Frankenstein" hits, as Liston lays outcold in the shards and splinters of the broken table, and Manson has his hand raised by Kivell… "(Judge) It was a tough match for both, but Manson finally puts Liston through with a Mind Bender! We'll be back with more Metal, after this."

The Metal 10/21 Losing Matches thread!
Longdogger_Pete replied to Ace309's topic in Smarks Junior Leagues
Yes, even Tom Flesher loses to G0R0. -
Returning from a commercial break, SJL Metal blazes across TV screens world-wide. The camera, panning the small Burt Flickenger Center, captures almost every fan in attendance in one swoop- every fan standing and cheering. As the audience leaps to their feet, desperately trying to get on camera, the image fades to the announce booth and the Voices of the SJL. Judge: WELCOME BACK TO METAL!!! Ejiro: That’s right, we’re LIVE from some arena that’s smaller than Tom Flesher’s pe… Annie: ENOUGH! We’re live from Buffalo, New York with a HUGE episode of Metal!! We’ve already seen a brutal brawl between Dominic Korgath and Manson, and Jimmy Liston battle Aecas, but the best is yet to come!! Judge: Exactly. There are TWO titles on the line in our next match… Ejiro: I have two titles!! Judge:…When Landon Maddix takes on the SJL European Champion Todd Royal, AND the SJL World Champion Andrew Rickmen! As the announcers continue to banter, they are drowned out by the opening chords of Marilyn Manson’s “Fight Song”. The fans, packed into the small arena, erupt as one, growing even louder as the curtain parts and Landon Maddix steps into view. Throwing his hands up, “La Cucaracha” spins around a few times before letting out a whoop and racing towards the ring. Funyon: Ladies and Gentlemen…the following contest is our MAIN EVENT!!! It is a Two Falls, Two Titles match, for the SJL EUROPEAN AND WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIPS with a 60 minute time limit!!! Funyon: Announcing first…from Hurson, South Dakota…weighing in at two hundred and six pounds…”LA CUCARACHA”…LANDON MADDIX!! Fans lean over the guardrails, tagging Landon’s hands as he struts toward the ring. Members of the crowd sing along with his theme, bringing a smile to Maddix’s face. As he reaches the end of the aisle, he leaps onto the apron, tossing his hands in the air and finishing the chorus as well. FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! Judge: This is a big proving ground for the 19 year old Landon Maddix. This is La Cucaracha’s first shot at the SJL Title, and his third shot at his nemesis, Todd Royal. Annie: That’s right. Maddix pulled what, at the time, was considered a HUGE upset when he defeated Todd for the TV Title on August 5th. Royal gained some measure of revenge at Countdown to Genesis, beating Maddix in a brutal Ladders and Submissions match to retain the European belt. Now it’s a chance for Maddix to take the rubber match! Ejiro: Maddix got to this match by pinning the Black Angel, Aecas for a shot at the European Title. He lucked out, like he always does, when Chris Raynor made this a double title match. Leaning backwards over the ropes, Maddix flips into the ring just as the lights in the Flickenger center die off. A round of jeers immediately waves over the crowd, overwhelming the soft choir of praise coming from the PA System. With a bang, Motley Crue’s “Livewire” blasts over the speakers, and blue and white strobe lights flash through the stands. Funyon: And his opponent…Accompanied to the ring by Megan Skye and weighing in at two hundred and twenty pounds…he is the current, reigning and defending SJL EUROPEAN HEAVYWEIGHT WRESTLING CHAMPION….TODD ROYAL!! Parting the curtain, Megan Skye steps into the aisle. Her hair down over her shoulders, contrasting her sparkling silver top, Megan dramatically pulls back the cloth to reveal the European Champ. Royal slowly struts backwards out of the back, Skye pointing to his “TODD LOVES ME” vest, before spinning around and grinning at the camera. Blowing off the fans, Royal struts to the ring, patting his title, but never taking his eyes off Maddix. Ejiro: For Todd Royal, this is his chance to prove to all the non-believers *coughAnniecough* that he is indeed your Todd and Savior! Landon Maddix CLAIMS a victory over Todd, but we all know Royal was never pinned or made to submit. Judge: And 10 days ago, Royal got the upset win over Andrew Rickmen in a non-title match to become the #1 contender to the World title. He’ll defend his European Title in the first fall, and get his shot at the Big Belt in the second. Todd climbs to the apron, but thinks better of entering the ring and drops back to ringside. Circling the ring, Royal removes his sunglasses and vest, cradling the European belt as the lights come back on. The last remaining boo birds are replaced with massive cheers as an explosion of white pyro goes off. As the Offspring’s “Gotta Get Away” cues up, the curtain parts and the world champion steps through. Funyon: And their opponent…from Easton, Pennsylvania…weighing in at two hundred and one pounds…he is the current, reigning and defending SJL WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT WRESTLING CHAMPION…”THE INSANE LUCHADOR”…ANDREW RICKMEN!!! Deafening cheers rock the small venue as IL tosses back his head, letting the pyro reflect off his title and his eyes as he soaks in the applause. Taking off down the ramp, Rickmen slaps the hands of fans in attendance, grinning as he points to a “RICKMEN ROCKS, MAN!” Shooting a glare at Royal, he slides into the ring, holding the title aloft in each corner. Annie: Many people were shocked when the Insane Luchador won the SJL Title, but he’s silenced ALL his critics by defeating opponent after opponent to retain that title. Tonight, he faces what many people consider his toughest challenge, though, as he takes on TWO men! Ejiro: Indeed. Tonight’s the night Andrew Rickmen is finally revealed as a paper champion! The only man to beat IL since winning that title? Todd Royal. Tonight begins the reign of Todd! As the music dies down, the buzz of the fans escalates. Shifting his eyes between Maddix and Rickmen, Royal slides into the ring and hands his title to referee Ced Ordonez. As Ordonez collects the world title and hoists both belts in the air, Funyon goes over the rules for the fans in attendance. Funyon: Ladies and Gentlemen…This is a TWO FALL contest…The first fall will be for the SJL EUROPEAN Title…The second for the SJL WORLD TITLE…There will be a one minute break between falls, and NO ELMINATIONS!! *DING* *DING* *DING* As the bell rings, Ordonez slowly backs away. The three competitors stare each other down, shifting their eyes warily as they walk forward. Landon Maddix takes the first initiative, raising his right hand in the air. Andrew Rickmen nods, raising his left hand and intertwining his fingers with Landon’s. With the crowd buzzing, Maddix turns to Royal, lifting his left hand and staring expectantly at Todd. Wiping his hands on his thighs, Royal reaches up and engages in a knuckle lock with Maddix. The buzz of the crowd grows even greater, as Rickmen raises his right hand, offering it to Royal. Instead of completing the triangle, however, Todd ducks under his opponent’s locked hands. As Maddix spins backwards into IL, Royal breaks his grasp, super kicking Landon backwards into Rickmen. Ejiro: NICE! Royal suckered both guys in and just laid them OUT with that kick! Know and recognize the wisdom of Todd!!! Annie: Royal showing he’s going to go right after both of these guys. He’s not going to sit out the first fall and save himself for the world title, he wants BOTH belts. Ejiro: He should. Having two belts RULES! As Todd lets out a “Whooo!” of victory, both of his opponents crash to the mat. Andrew Rickmen is the first to rebound, having not taken the full force of the kick. As Royal spins around, IL charges, throwing out his arm and barreling down on the European champ. Todd’s eyes widen, but he reacts quickly- ducking the blow and catching IL’s arm behind his head. Rickmen tries to spin around, but Royal drops to the mat, cracking the champ’s elbow across his shoulder. Judge: Todd Royal, dancing with the one that brought him right there. He worked over the arm of Andrew Rickmen all match last week and that got him the victory. The boos of the crowd rain down as IL lies clutching his arm. Todd Royal leaps to his feet, but as he stands, Landon Maddix sails through the air, catching Todd across the back of the head with a spin kick. Annie: MADDIX out of Nowhere! That’s the most dangerous aspect of a triple threat match RIGHT there. You need to concentrate on one opponent to take him down, but you can’t take your eyes off the other man too long. La Cucaracha immediately pulls Royal from the mat and sends him into the turnbuckle. Charging in after him, Landon unleashes a stiff forearm shot the jaw, rocking Todd. Stepping back, Maddix spins around, clocking Royal with another shot and sending him slumping into the corner. With Todd momentarily incapacitated, Maddix turns his attention back to the World Champ. Rickmen is ready however, and blasts Landon with a chop to the pecs. “WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!” Maddix staggers, but steps back in, jacking IL with a forearm shot to the jaw. Rickmen’s head slumps, and his hand comes up to check his jaw, but the champ almost immediately responds with a second blistering chop. “WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!” Landon staggers again, but collects himself and pivots again. As he spins around, however, IL ducks, catching Maddix from behind and snapping him over with a released German Suplex. Judge: BEAUTIFUL German Suplex by Insane Luchador!! Ejiro: He just PLANTED Landon Maddix on his skull! Rickmen scrambles to his feet, just as Todd Royal comes charging out of the corner. The World Champ spins away from the attack, hooking Todd under the arm, and lifts Royal into the air with a hiptoss. The European champ bounces hard off the canvas, IL takes off running. Leaping into the ropes, IL springs off the middle ropes, flips into the air, and crashes to the mat with a lionsault on Landon Maddix. Annie: WOAH! The Insane Luchador pulling out a lionsault early! IL wants to walk out of Buffalo with two belts tonight!! Ejiro: That could cost him though! Putting your body on the line so early could seal your fate, especially in a two fall match! And indeed, the moonsault proves costly, as before he can pull himself off the mat, IL is jumped on by Todd Royal. Royal drops to the mat with an elbow drop, driving his joint into the knee of Rickmen. The champ howls in pain, but Todd is unrelenting, lifting IL’s leg off the mat before using his foot to jam it knee-first into the canvas. With determination etched on his face, the European Champion grabs Rickmen by the leg and drags him off Maddix and into the center of the ring. Todd lifts his opponent’s limb into the air and tees off on it, drilling the side of the knee with a pair of shin strikes. IL tries desperately to throw Todd off, but Royal spins him back onto his chest, cinching in a single leg crab. Judge: Single leg Boston crab variation by Todd Royal. We discussed Todd’s arm work earlier, but he LOVES to work the knee as a set up for that Wrath of Todd. Ejiro: The Wrath of Todd is indeed awe inspiring, but that Crab can tear some ligaments as well. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Rickmen tap right here and Todd retain! The crowd, in the middle of booing Todd’s submission hold, suddenly breaks into cheers as Landon Maddix kips up to his feet. Royal sees his opponent rising, but instead of rising to meet him, locks the hold in tighter- demanding Ordonez ask for a submission. IL refuses to quit, however, and Maddix charges forward. Leaping into the air, La Cucaracha kicks out his leg, drilling Royal in the side of the head with his knee and breaking Todd’s grip on the champ. Annie: SHINING WIZARD! Judge: Todd Royal’s cockiness cost him there. He was so sure that he could get the submission win over the World champ that he left himself open for that beautiful move by Maddix. Maddix doesn’t follow up his attack on Royal however, choosing instead to grab the knee of the Insane Luchador and drag Rickmen to the ropes. Draping the leg across the bottom cable, La Cucaracha springs into the air, dropping down with a leg drop to the knee. Judge: Landon Maddix going right back to work where Royal left off, taking apart the knee of Andrew Rickmen. Ejiro: I Like it!! This Maddix kid could make something of himself yet. Hooking the knee of Rickmen over the middle rope now, La Cucaracha grabs his opponent’s ankle and pulls back, torturing the knee and kneeling on IL’s spine to prevent his escape. Annie: You have to question the wisdom of the strategy change though. Todd had a proven strategy with that arm attack, but abandoned that for the leg work. That could be advantage Rickmen later on. Getting off his opponent, Landon grabs the leg and runs the knee along the middle rope, reaching the corner and slamming IL’s leg hard into the ring post. The World Champion lets out a yell of pain, and Maddix’s viciousness earns him some rare and scattered boos. Ejiro: The leg strategy actually works on two fronts though. Not only does it set up the Wrath of Todd, but it takes away Rickmen’s aerial attack- his most dangerous weapon. As the commentators debate strategy, Todd Royal stands in the opposite corner from his opponents, watching Maddix work over IL. Resting, and waiting for an opportunity, Todd suddenly explodes out of the corner, lowering his head and barreling toward the corner. Landon turns around just in time to catch a shoulder to the gut, however, and Royal spears Maddix through the ropes, both men tumbling to the outside. “OOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!” Judge: SPEAR! Todd Royal just takes Landon out!! As the two men hit the mats at ringside, Royal begins pounding away with fists and forearms to the face. Maddix covers up, but Todd doesn’t relent, pulling Landon up and grabbing hold of his wrist. Twisting his body around, Royal puts all his force into sending Maddix into the guardrail. As La Cucaracha recoils in pain, Todd charges, leaping into the air and lifting his knee into Landon’s jaw. *THWACK!* Ejiro: OH! Brutal assault by Todd! Annie: This is the first time I’ve EVER seen Todd Royal go to the outside and attack an opponent like this! Royal always keeps his opponent in the ring, wearing him down. I’ve never seen him just go off on someone like this. Judge: You can definitely feel the animosity boiling between Royal and Maddix. These two do NOT like each other. Royal peels Maddix off the guardrail and lurches into another Irish whip. Landon reverses, however, using Todd’s momentum to send him crashing into the ringpost. The European champion rebounds off the steel, and La Cucaracha takes to the air, drilling Royal with a flying forearm. Annie: Landon Maddix is fighting back!! He’s got nothing to lose in this match and EVERYTHING to gain! Both other men have to protect a title, Landon is just laying it out there to come away with a title! Proving her point, Landon lays off for only as long as it takes to roll into the ring and break Ced’s count before continuing the attack. Lifting Todd off the mats, Maddix hooks Royal’s head and left arm. The crowd raises to their feet as Landon leans back, tossing Royal over his head with a head-and-arm Suplex. “LAN-DON!” “LAN-DON!” “LAN-DON!” Continuing the assault, Maddix lifts his dazed opponent off the mats again. Concerned, Megan Skye rushes over, trying to pull Landon off her charge. Maddix shrugs Skye off, but when he turns around, a bigger problem awaits. Inside the ring, Andrew Rickmen stands perched atop the turnbuckles. La Cucaracha drops Todd, but can’t get past Megan before IL takes to the air. Rickmen spins several times while airborne, getting the crowd amped before crashing down, plowing over Maddix and Megan and rolling OVER them and into the first row! “HOLY SHIT!” “HOLY SHIT!” “HOLY SHIT!” Annie: CORKSCREW PLANCHA!!! Andrew Rickmen had time to recover in the ring and he used it to his full advantage! Judge: He leapt so far he went OVER the gaurdrail! Vintage Insane Luchador there! He took to the air, using his own body to bowl over his opponents, with no regard for his safety! “RICK-MEN!” “RICK-MEN!” “RICK-MEN!” With all three men, and the valet, down, Referee Ced Ordonez stops his count to check on the participants. As Ordonez helps Skye out of the wreckage, Insane Luchador pulls himself to his feet. The crowd around him backs off, cheering for their hero as IL gathers himself. Across the guardrail, Royal also struggles to his feet, gasping for breath as he gets to a standing base. Todd barely has time to survey the scene, however, before IL leaps up onto the railing behind him. Letting out a yell, Rickmen lunges forward, grabbing the European champ by the head and drilling him into the ringside mats with a bulldog. Annie: Suicidal Bulldog!! Judge: IL already has the world title, but he’s giving EVERYTHING he has to walk out of Buffalo with the European title as well!! The crowd stands and chants as Rickmen rolls Todd under the ropes and into the ring. Climbing up onto the apron, IL hurdles the cables, dropping his right leg across the chest of his opponent. Ced Ordonex slides into the ring from the other side as IL floats into a cover. ONE!… TWO!!… THR…. NO!! As Ordonez’ hand begins to fall again, Landon Maddix reaches into the ring and yanks IL off the cover. The fans deflate, but quickly begin to buzz again as La Cucaracha climbs onto the apron, staring the World Champion down. Maddix fires off a chop, but Rickmen ducks, hooking Landon’s head and suplexing him into the ring- right on top of Todd Royal. “I-L! *clap clap*” “I-L! *clap clap*” As the crowd rallies behind him, the Insane Luchador grabs Landon Maddix off the mat. Yanking his opponent away from Royal, IL hooks a front facelock on La Cucaracha. Maddix tries to fight out, but Rickmen spins his hand around to rile up the crowd, then drops to the mat with a DDT. Landon’s skull bounces off the canvas, but IL doesn’t let up, jerking Maddix back to his feet. Another spin of the hand precedes the second DDT, as Maddix’s face plows into the mat again. The crowd is on their feet and counting along now, as IL raises up again. Annie: IL going for those Rolling DDT’s, looking to put Maddix away and capture another title! Ejiro: Have I mentioned I currently posses two titles?!? As Rickmen spins his wrist again, Todd Royal dives into the action, using his forearm to clip IL’s left knee and take the world champion out. As Rickmen collapses on himself, he holds onto the facelock however, and Maddix is planted again with a DDT. Judge: OH! Royal dives in and takes out Rickmen AND Maddix! Todd hasn’t relinquished that belt yet!! Pushing IL to the side, Royal rolls the near-unconscious Maddix over onto his back. Demanding Ordonez hit the mat and count, Todd presses himself onto Landon. ONE!… TWO!!… THR… EEEEEEEEE….. THREE!! “BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!” NO!! Ced’s hand is inches from the mat when Rickmen dives in to make the save. The crowd erupts in boos, thinking Royal has retained, but quickly turn to cheering when Ordonez throws up two fingers. Ejiro: Royal was SO close to retaining that belt!!! Andrew Rickmen needs to mind his own Todd Damn business!! Annie: IL’s put his body on the line tonight! This IS his business!! Incensed, Todd climbs to his feet and stalks over to the World Champion. Pulling Rickmen to his feet, Royal drapes the champion’s left arm over his shoulder. Cradling the left leg, Todd yanks IL off the mat, driving him down with a knee breaker. Rickmen grunts in pain, and the European champion shoves him away, holding his grip on IL’s ankle. As the Insane one staggers backwards, Royal signals for the Dragon Screw. Before he can spin down, however, Rickmen leaps off the mat, spinning around and clocking Todd with an enzigiri. “YEEEEAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!” Annie: Stiff kick by IL!! The champ’s working the comeback!! As Royal slumps to the mat, his eyes glazed over, Rickmen dives on top of him. A wild look reflecting in his eyes, the Insane Luchador lets loose with a barrage of rapid-fire strikes. A weak Todd tries to cover up, but IL keeps pounding away, lifting the crowd to their feet in a roar. Judge: Again, a very aggressive and fighting Insane Luchador we’re seeing in this first fall. He could have easily sat back and waited to defend the World title, but he’s out there fighting tooth and nail. Annie: That’s what the prospect of SJL gold will do to people!! It inspires the best fighting spirit in a wrestler! Rickmen drops an insurance elbow on his opponent before getting to his feet. A sadistic grin creeping across his face, IL points to the top rope, drawing an immense pop from the Flickenger crowd. Moving slowly, noticeably favoring his knee, the World Champion pulls himself to the top rope. Patting his waist and looking to the ceiling, IL leaps into the air, pumping his hands between his legs and crashing down on Todd with a massive Frog Splash. The crowd erupts as Rickmen bounces off of Royal, recoiling at the impact. Judge: Picture Perfect Frog Splash by IL!! He just CRUSHED Royal with that move! All he has to do is cover, and he’ll be the European Champ as well! Ejiro: Yeah, but I don’t know if he CAN cover. His knee was driven hard into the mat with that Frog Splash, and the “sacrificing of his body” may be haunting him right here. Eventually, Rickmen is able to pull himself back across the ring, draping his arm across Todd’s chest for a cover. ONE!… TWO!!… THR… EEEEEEEEE…. THRENOOOOOOO!!!! KICKOUT!! The crowd, sure of the fall, reacts with shock and disappointment to the two fingers raised by Ordonez. A noticeable grimace also crosses the face of Rickmen, and he scowls as he gets to his feet. The crowd erupts however, as the Insane Luchador pulls his thumb across his throat, signaling for the end. Pulling Royal to his feet, IL hooks on a standing waistlock. With a swiftness uncharacteristic of his fatigue, the World Champion slides his hands up, hooking the European Champion in a Full Nelson. Knowing what is coming the fans erupt in cheers, roaring as Rickmen springboards off the top rope, drilling Todd with a springboard Full Nelson Bulldog. *BAMMM!!!* Annie: BRINK OF INSANTIY!!! Judge: Royal escaped that hold to pick up the victory last week, but this time he chose not to work over the arm, and he couldn’t power out!! This could be it! As Rickmen crawls over to cover, however, Landon Maddix charges in from the other end of the ring. Extending his foot, La Cucaracha BLASTS IL with a Yakuza kick, dropping the champ out of the ring. Collapsing to the mat, it is Maddix who covers Todd. ONE!… TWO!… THR… EEEEEEEEEE… THREEEEEE!!! *DING* *DING* *DING* Funyon: Ladies and Gentlemen…the winner of the first fall…and NEEEEEEEWWWWWW SJL EUROPEAN CHAMPION…LANDON…MADDIX!!! “CU-CA-RACHA! *clap* *clap* *clapclapclap*” “CU-CA-RACHA! *clap* *clap* *clapclapclap*” Annie: THAT’S IT!!! Landon Maddix pulls off the upset AGAIN!!! Ejiro: NOOOOOO!!!! Todd DAMN IT!! Judge: Ladies and gentlemen, Landon Maddix is the new European Champion!!! Funyon: There will now be a ONE MINUTE resting period…ONE MINUTE. The crowd is jacked, cheering Landon as he is presented the European Championship. Maddix is nearly in tears as he clutches the belt to his chest, kissing the gold and raising it into the air. On the outside, Megan Skye tends to Todd Royal while an obviously angered Insane Luchadore just stares into the ring. Annie: Wow. IL hit the Brink of Insanity on Royal, and was inches away from being a double champion, but Landon Maddix snuck in and grabbed the pinfall! Once again, Todd Royal’s championship reign comes to an end at the hands of La Cucaracha! Ejiro: Yeah, and I’m sure Maddix will spout that crap off again too. Once again, Maddix did NOTHING to beat Royal! He just sat around an let OTHER people do the work!! But I’m sure he’ll claim to have two wins over Todd. The punk. Funyon: THIRTY SECONDS… Judge: Now EVERYONE’S strategy changes. Royal needs to be even more aggressive now, he no longer has anything to lose and he has everything to gain. Maddix has to find a way to get more offensive moves in when it counts, because I guarantee IL will be after him. Rickmen needs to tone down the risk, now and focus on defense. He’s not out there fighting for a title any more he’s DEFENDING it. And against two men. He’s already worn down, and this next fall could be hell for IL. *DING* *DING* *DING* The crowd springs back to their feet as the bell rings to signal the start of the second fall. Landon Maddix slides the European belt under the bottom rope and springs to his feet as Andrew Rickmen slides into the ring as well. At ringside, Todd Royal is barely to his knees, breathing heavily as he towels off his face. Maddix lunges right at the World Champion, hooking Rickmen up in a collar-and-elbow and driving him back into the corner. Breaking the lock-up, Landon looks to fire off a forearm, but is stunned by IL. Rickmen lunges out of the corner, pushing off Landon’s chest and shoving him across the ring. Annie: Landon Maddix is firing away early in the second fall, looking to pull two upsets tonight, but IL is pissed at being robbed of the Euro title and he’s coming out swinging. Running out of the corner, the Insane Luchador scowls as he springs off the ropes and heads for Maddix. La Cucaracha leapfrogs his opponent however, and IL hits the opposite ropes running. Rickmen rushes forward again, but the new European champ drops to the mat and IL leaps over him, continuing his momentum. As the World Champion rebounds, Maddix lowers his head and prepares to duck the blow again. The telegraph proves costly however, as IL leaps in the air, hooking Landon and rolling him to the mat with a sunset flip. Ordonez hits the mat as the fans count along. ONE!… TWO!!… THR… KICKOUT!! Judge: So much for being defensive here in the second fall, as IL goes straight to a pinfall attempt, trying to knock Maddix off right from the bell! Ejiro: Yeah, but fatigue is certainly playing a part. Landon Maddix would usually kick out of a sunset flip like that before two, and he almost got pinned right there. And Rickmen’s wasting energy by running the ropes like that. The moron should have used his free minute to listen to the Judge! As he pulls his shoulders off the mat, Maddix kicks at Rickmen, driving him backwards and rolling IL onto his back. Landon slides forward, putting his body weight on the legs of the champ and fighting for a pin. ONE!… TWO!!… NO!! “BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Just before the referee’s hand falls for the second time, Todd Royal slides into the ring. As Ordonex raises his hand for the third count, Todd attacks, elbow dropping Maddix and breaking the fall. Royal shouts in frustration as he shoves the referee out of the way, grabbing Maddix by the hair. Lifting his rival to his feet, Todd scrunches his forehead before unloading on Landon with a brutal chop. “WHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” Ejiro: Todd’s back! He’ll teach Maddix to steal pinfalls and titles!! Royal wastes no time before unloading again, this time with a European Uppercut to his opponent’s jaw. As Maddix backs into the ropes, Todd reaches forward, clasping the European champion’s wrist and hurling him across the ring. Landon bounces off the rope, but his momentum is stunted as Rickmen sneaks in with a Drop Toe Hold. Maddix bounces off the mat, and is immediately powdered from the front with a baseball slide from Todd. Royal makes a quick attempt to capitalize with a headlock, but Rickmen puts an end to that strategy with a dropkick to the back of Todd’s head. Todd doubles over, breaking the hold, but the impact affects IL as well, holding his knee as he gets gingerly to his feet. Judge: All three men are battling right now, but the events of the first fall are definitely taking their toll on the competitors. The champion’s strategy HAS to change soon, or his knee is going to give right out. Annie: I don’t think IL has any speed but full on, but Royal’s too smart to leave that knee open like that. Unfortunately for her, Annie’s prediction proves true, as an attempted follow-up kick from IL is caught by Royal. Todd breaks a grin for the first time in this fall as he cradles his opponent’s knee and spins to the mat, hitting a sitting Dragon Screw on Rickmen. Royal scrambles to his feet, grasping tightly to the knee of the World Champion. Raising the leg perpendicular to the mat, Todd plants his own knee on the side of Rickmen’s. With Megan cheering on from ringside, Royal leans back, grimacing as he torques the knee of the World Champion. IL screams in pain, but the fans’ hopes are brightened as Landon Maddix rises back off the mat. Sliding away from the hold, Royal raises Rickmen’s right leg off the mat as well. Hooking both limbs under his armpits, Todd falls backwards, planting IL’s feet and silngshotting him into the air. As the Luchador unwillingly lurches forward, Maddix takes to the air, kicking out his feet and hitting a jumping knee to Rickmen’s skull. Annie: SHINING WIZARD!! Maddix once again pulls that move out of NOWHERE!!! “MADDIX!” “MADDIX!” “MADDIX!” Rickmen drops to the mat like a sack of stones, his eyes glazing over as his two opponents rise from the canvas. Maddix, his adrenaline pumping, strikes first, blindsiding Todd with an elbow to the side of the head. Royal staggers, but comes back, firing off a shin kick to the ribs of his opponent. The Maddix clutches his ribs in pain, but withstands a second blow to remain on his feet. Doubled over from the shots, the new European champion continues to roll forward, whipping his leg forward and drilling Royal across the bridge of the nose with his heel. Judge: OH! Maddix takes a pair of brutal shots from Todd Royal, but fires back with an even more vicious Koppu Kick! Ejiro: I don’t like Landon Maddix, I think he’s a cheating glory hound, but he’s pulling out everything he has to win this match and walk home with both belts. Maddix checks briefly on IL, who is just rising off the mat, before turning back to his rival. The European champ raises his hands in the air, getting the crowd up, and drops forward, diving at the former champion with a head but. A wave of terror washes over the face of La Cucaracha as he nears the mat, however, putting his hands out in front of him as Todd Royal rolls out of the impact zone. Maddix crashes hard to the canvas though, and Royal capitalizes, mounting Landon from behind and boxing his ears with a pair of forearm shots. As Maddix tries to cover up, Todd grabs at his wrists and crosses Landon’s arms over his throat. Judge: Todd’s Eye! Royal’s going for that Straight Jacket Camel Clutch to put Landon away! Judge’s guess is close, but not completely accurate, as Todd uses the hold to pull Maddix off the mat. Sliding Landon’s hands to his chest, Royal lurches back, taking his opponent over and planting him with a bridging Straight Jacket Suplex. ONE!… TWO!! THR… EEEEEE…. NOOO!!! The crowd pops as Andrew Rickmen dives in, flipping into the air and crashing down on the bridging Royal with a somersault senton. Todd collapses to the mat, releasing Maddix, as the World champion rolls off him and gets to his feet. Annie: Andrew Rickmen continues to battle. He’s the marked man here, and he knows it but he keeps fighting and flying like the champion he is. Todd scrambles to his feet, holding his ribs and breathing heavily, but IL is already lunging forward. Kicking out his right leg, Rickmen fires off a super kick. Royal ducks the blow however, charging forward and driving his shoulders into the weakened left knee of the Insane Luchador. Rickmen’s body contorts as he tumbles to the canvas, and Todd immediately grabs at a recovering Maddix. Ejiro: NICE! Royal just cripples Rickmen with that move!! Feel the wrath of Todd “Champ”!! Annie: Yeah, but he isn’t following up. Todd’s got the World Champion on the ropes, and he just turns away, choosing to focus on Maddix and giving the always dangerous IL a chance to recover! Judge: Royal has to make a choice in that situation, and I think his hatred of Landon Maddix is taking over right now. He desperately wants to win that World Title, but he wants to pin La Cucaracha to do it!! Yelling that the match is “OVER!” Todd Royal climbs to the second rope, dragging Landon along with him. As he sits on the top turnbuckle, Royal shoves Maddix’s head between his legs. Wrapping his hands around La Cucaracha’s waist, Todd pauses briefly to catch his breath before powering Maddix up in a power bomb position with a groan. As the crowd stands in anticipation of the move, Royal pauses to regain his strength. This small opening is all Andrew Rickmen needs, however, as the injured World Champion leaps up onto the second rope. Whooping at the crowd and spinning his wrist around, the Insane One locks his arm around the head of the European champ. With only a brief pause, IL dives backwards… …jerking Landon Maddix vertically downward with a vicious super-reverse DDT… …whose legs, still wrapped around Todd’s head, snap Royal forward, sending him halfway across the ring with a super huracanrana!! “HOLY SHIT!” “HOLY SHIT!” “HOLY SHIT!!” Ejiro: Todd Almighty!! Annie: OH MY GOD!! What a maneuver!! Rickmen just DDT’d Maddix off the top, and as Landon was coming down, he hit a super rana on Royal!! I’ve never seen anything quite like that!! “I-L! *clap clap*” “I-L! *clap clap*” The fans are also in shock, standing and chanting as all three men lie on the mat. Rickmen slowly rises, tossing back his head and grinning wildly as he crawls across the ring. Leaning over, the Insane Luchador slumps on top of Todd, bringing the fans to their feet again. ONE!… TWO!!… THR… EEEEEE….. THRREEEE!….NOOO!!! “OOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! The crowd deflates as Royal weakly lifts his shoulder from the canvas. Ced Ordonez flashes two fingers again, but IL is not deterred, climbing to his feet and pointing at his fallen opponent. As the crowd’s disappointment morphs into a rousing cheer, Rickmen lifts Todd off the canvas. Judge: The Insane Luchador was millimeters from victory there! Maddix is down, and Royal is out! IL could walk out of here with his belt intact. Ejiro: Not as long as Todd is alive and kicking!! IL, looking to make that time as short as possible, peels Royal off the canvas again. Megan Skye leaps onto the apron to protest, but the World Champion simply hooks a facelock on the former European champ. Wiping the sweat from his face and bracing his left knee, Rickmen lifts his opponent in the air, pausing momentarily before dropping down with a stiff brain buster! *SPLAT!!* “YEEEEAAAAAHHHHHHH!!” The crowd erupts as Royal’s skull impacts the canvas with a sickening thud. Rickmen quickly springs to his feet, but has little time to celebrate, as his other opponent is also back to a standing base. The Insane Luchador turns around, but Maddix is already charging, his foot extended. “OOOHHHHHHHHHYYYYYEEAAAAAHHHH!!!!” The crowd braces for the impact, but erupt in cheers as IL sidesteps the oncoming blow and hooks Landon with a waistlock. The new European champion fights to escape, but Rickmen’s momentum wins over, and IL fires off Maddix with a release German Suplex. Annie: IL took care of Royal, and Maddix tried to sneak in again. If he had hit that Yakuza kick, we could have had a replay of the first fall!! Rickmen saw it coming this time, and just PLANTED Landon with that suplex!! Seeing Todd out and being tended to by Skye, IL recognizes an opportunity for revenge on La Cucaracha. Slicking back his hair and shaking the pain from his left leg, the World Champion pulls the European champ from the canvas. As the crowd rises and waits, Rickmen pulls Landon toward him, drilling him with a massive clothesline. Judge: What a Lariat from IL!! Landon Maddix HAS to be seeing double!! The crowd erupts as the Champ roars, tearing off his Candlebox T-shirt and twirling his wrist in the air. IL pulls Maddix quickly to his feet and hooks on the front chancery. Pausing for only a second, Rickmen lifts Landon into the air, diving to the mat and denting the canvas with La Cucaracha’s skull. Annie: EVENFLOW!! Ejiro: That was a SICK move!! “RICK-MEN!” “RICK-MEN!” “RICK-MEN!” The Insane one smiles as he turns Maddix over and pulls himself on top of Landon. Ordonez barely has time to hit his knees, however, before a deafening scream of pain echoes through the Burt Flickenger center. “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!” The crowd goes silent, and the next sound that is heard is a loud proclamation of victory from Todd Royal. “WHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” Boos rain down as a an SJL replay cues, showing an alternate angle of the former European Champion diving across the ring and planting both of his feet on the inside of Rickmen’s knee. With a smirk on his face, Todd rolls IL from the ring, dropping on top of Landon Maddix and hooking the leg. Ejiro: YES! Judge: Todd Royal just hit a sick and vicious blow to the inside of the knee of the World champion to take him out! Landon Maddix is half unconscious from that DDT though! ONE!… TWO!!… THR… EEEEEEEEEEEEE… THREE?!? THREEEEE!!!! *DING* *DING* *DING* “BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!” Funyon: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of the second fall and NEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWW SJL WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT WRESTLING CHAMPION….TODD…ROYAL!!! Ejiro: Todd Bless us!! Royal Wins!! Praise Todd!!! Annie: Royal did EXACTLY what you chastised Landon Maddix for in the first fall!! IL hit a big move and he came in and took out Rickmen to get the pinfall! Judge: You have to believe Andrew Rickmen will be in a rage at this. He had his opponent’s down and out at the end of each fall and was within seconds of walking out of Buffalo with TWO titles. Those few seconds however, made the difference between two titles and none. As the crowd rains down boos, Todd Royal clasps the World title in his hands and pulls Megan to him. As the pair celebrate, Landon Maddix comes to and realizes the match has ended. Sighing in disappointment, La Cucaracha manages to crack a smile as he is handed the European belt. On the outside of the ring, the former world champion lays in pain, being treated by officials and nearly tearing his hair out in rage. Judge: What a match. We have two new champions. We have a third chapter in the Royal/Maddix feud. We have an incensed and vengeful former World champion with nothing but retribution on his mind against these two men. We also have very little time remaining. So for Annie Eclectic and Ejiro Fasaki, I’m the Judge and we’re OUT OF HERE! Ejiro: Welcome to the Reign of TODD!!! As the images of SJL Metal fade away, the camera gets one final shot of each competitor. The haze and dizziness in the eyes of Landon Maddix. The pride and arrogance in the eyes of Todd Royal. The pain and hatred in the eyes of Andrew Rickmen. The END.

EJIRO FASAKI’S PANTS ON A POLE MATCH Jay Morrison vs. Steve Bartman, The Guy Who Caught The Foul Ball At Game 6 Description: It seems that venerable announcer Ejiro Fasaki has misplaced his pants. Some prankster ran them up the flagpole just to see who’d salute. Frankly, having Ejiro sitting there pantsless is causing Annie Eclectic to wig out, especially since his American Flag boxers aren’t exactly flattering. Also, Ejiro’s getting pretty cold. Won’t someone please return his pants? Rules: Ejiro’s pants are on the pole. Once they come down, they can legally be used as a weapon, but Ejiro won’t be very happy if they come back ripped. The first person to give Ejiro a pair of pants will be declared the winner. Steve Bartman is your average middle-aged guy who needs a beating. Referee Ced Ordonez, incidentally, is the same waist size as Ejiro. Bartman might be as well. Who knows? Only time will tell. HELL IN A SACK Brian Bowers vs. David Blazenwing Special Referee: SJL Road Agent Mr. Bukkake Description: Blazenwing was hanging out backstage for some reason last week. He seems to show up when it’s least expected. He was heard to remark that former TV Champion Brian Bowers couldn’t wrestle his way out of a wet paper sack, and Commissioner Raynor thought it was such a good idea that he made the match. Rules: The match will take place in the boiler room, where the wrestlers will step into a large paper sack which will then be shut using the “fold the top end over a couple of times” method. The sack will be wet down by the special referee, SJL road agent Mr. Bukkake. We’ve asked him to please use a hose. The winner will be the first one to wrestle his way out of the paper sack and kiss Mr. Bukkake’s hand (the left one, for god’s sake – don’t ask why). Blazenwing may be written in any of his gimmicks, ranging from HHH clone to superhero to bumbling idiot who occasionally posts on our boards, and it really doesn’t matter what his stats are. SINGLES MATCH Dominic Korgath vs. Manson Description: Two of the premier wrestlers in the SJL today, Manson has established himself at the top of the card while Dominic Korgath is still working his way up. This match isn’t for a contendership, but the winner will definitely make himself known to Commissioner Raynor. Rules: Standard singles match. Countouts and DQs are in effect. SINGLES MATCH REDUX Aecas vs “The Demon” Jimmy Liston Description: Hey, you haven’t seen each other in a while. Let’s get you reacquainted. Rules: Standard singles match. Countouts and DQs are in effect. TWO FALLS, TWO TITLES MATCH “Insane Luchadore” Andrew Rickmen © vs. Todd Royal © vs. Landon “La Cucaracha” Maddix Description: Todd Royal won a shot at Andrew Rickmen by beating him clean last week, and Landon Maddix has a European Title contendership to cash in. Commissioner Raynor thought and thought about the way to resolve this quandary, and settled on a good, old-fashiond two falls, two titles match. Rules: The winner of the first fall wins the European Championship. The winner of the second fall wins the World Championship. They are separate triple threat matches under first-win rules, and there will be a one-minute break after the first fall. No one is eliminated – all three wrestlers will compete in both falls. It is entirely possible to write yourself to win both titles, but if you do, it is entirely possible that your next booking will be a ticket on Thoth’s bus.

SJL Metal comes back from commercial with a bang, the cameras roving over the Burt Flickinger Centre panning over the fans packed like sardines in a can into the small arena. The fans are buzzing from the action they have already seen, the noise of their excitement doubled by the small size of the arena as they eagerly await the next match. The cameras move over the crowd slowly, taking in some of the few signs that dot the audience before cutting back to the announce table and revealing Judge, Annie and a happier Ejiro now that he has his pants back. Judge: Hello everyone and welcome back to SJL Metal! We’re broadcasting tonight from the Burt Flickinger Centre in Buffalo, New York! It’s been a good night so far and it can only get better! Ejiro: Its already gotten better for me judge, I was on the verge of getting frostbite until those bastards returned my pants. Annie: Don’t be such a wimp Ejiro its not cold in here! Besides the night’s gotten better for me too, just sitting next to you when you’re half naked gives me the chills. Ejiro: ……… Judge: Well that aside we’re almost done for tonight but still to come we have our Main Event a Two Falls, Two titles match! The World Champion the Insane Luchador will take on the European Champion Todd Royal, and another quickly rising Superstar Landon Maddix! The first fall will decide the European champion, and the winner of the second fall will leave as the SJL World Champion! Annie: And that’s two consecutive Triple Threat matches for each title isn’t it Judge? Judge: That’s correct, these three men are going to have to keep one eye on the third man at all times, its very easy to forget about a third man in a match like this, especially with these high stakes. Ejiro: It’s going to be a match worth remembering that’s for sure. Judge: I think you may be right there Ejiro, but in any case we have one more match to go before the Main Event. Jimmy “The Demon” Liston is going to go one on one with Aecas! Aecas raises the staff high above his head, a long wicked blade snaps forth from the staff, inciting a roar of approval from the crowd as he strides down the short aisle. The Black Angel jumps up onto the apron, stepping through the ropes and punching his Scythe into the air to another loud pop from the fans as the house lights come back up. Aecas moves to the ropes and tosses his Flick Scythe down to the Timekeeper who stows it safely next to his table as the Black Angel begins to pace back and forth in the ring, looking for all the world like a caged animal as Funyon raises his microphone to his lips. Funyon: Ladies and Gentlemen! The following contest is scheduled for one fall! In the ring at this time, weighing 315lbs! And ailing from Shrewsbury, England! THE BLACK ANGEL! AECAS! The arena lights go dark once again. Soft chanting can be heard in the background as spotlights fly over the fans packed into the arena until a single phrase is uttered over the arena's sound system: "Why don't you ask me what it feels like to be a freak?" Rob Zombie's "Demon Speeding" erupts from the speakers as pyros run up the ramp, from ringside to entrance, ending with an explosion and flash of flames, revealing Jimmy Liston at the top of the ramp. Liston raises a fist towards the crowd getting a modest pop for his trouble as Tyler Sullivan runs out from the entrance to join him. The two walk down the short aisle Liston sliding into the ring as Sullivan begins to pace around the outside keeping an eye on the Black Angel as The Demon climbs the nearest turnbuckle. Liston thrusts his fist into the air in time with the music getting another mixed reaction from the crowd before he jumps back into the ring, turning to face his opponent. Funyon: And his opponent! From Boston Massachusetts! Weighing 228bs and accompanied to the ring by Tyler Sullivan! JIMMY! “THE DEMON” LISTON! Funyon quickly exits the ring as Aecas and Liston immediately advance on one another until Eddy Long interposes himself between the two Superstars, keeping them apart as they lock eyes. Long keeps the two apart for several long moments before stepping back out of the way and signalling for the bell. DING! DING! DING!!!!!!!!!!!! Both men waste no time and surge together in a heavy exchange of rights and lefts, fists fly and heads snap back as Aecas and Liston hammer one another. Neither man giving an inch until The Demon blocks one of Aecas’ punches replying with one of his own, and another, and another forcing his opponent back. Aecas reels backwards from the succession of hard blows, driven back into a corner as Liston continues to hammer at him, as his opponent rears back for a huge Haymaker Aecas takes the initiative, slamming his knee into The Demon’s gut doubling his opponent over. Aecas slams a second knee into The Demon’s sternum driving his way out of the corner and continuing the offensive as he crunches a hard elbow into the side of his opponent’s head. Liston stumbles backwards from the hard blow, but still manages to duck under a hard clothesline attempt from Aecas, Jimmy turns as Aecas rebounds off of the ropes and smashes into his large opponent wrapping his arms around the Black Angel’s waist and mashing him into the corner turnbuckles once again. Judge: Hard Spear into the corner in the early going of this match! An impressive show of strength by The Demon, muscling over the big man and slamming him into the corner. Ejiro: That’s because he knows he can’t give this guy an inch of space Judge. Annie: The question is can he keep it up? Aecas is not the type of person who just stands there and lets you hit him. Liston doesn’t let up and immediately begins a flurry of punches to Aecas’ face and body, snapping the Black Angel’s head back with the power of each punch trying to wear the big man down in the corner. Aecas finally blocks one of Liston’s punches and responds with another hard elbow to the side of the head, staggering The Demon backwards, before lunging out of the corner and flooring his opponent with a huge clothesline. Liston quickly gets back up to his feet and gets stopped in his tracks once more by a huge boot to the gut, Aecas grabs The Demon’s right hand Irish Whipping his opponent across the ring and slamming him into the corner. Liston’s back arches at the impact before he folds in half like a cheap card table as Aecas GORES The Demon into the corner. Annie: And Aecas responds in turn with a Spear of his own! Judge: It looks like Jimmy’s early advantage I running out! Aecas grabs his opponent, turning him around to face into the turnbuckle, his huge right hand grabs Liston by the hair and smashes him face first into the top turnbuckle. Liston’s face crashes into the padding before the Black Angel physically jerks him backwards, driving his knee into the small of The Demon’s back. Liston sends an elbow back behind him, striking a sharp blow across the chest of the Black Angel, Aecas’ only response is top smash Liston’s face into the turnbuckle once more….again….and again….. all the while crunching his knee into the small of The Demon’s back with sharp brutal strikes until his opponent lies dazed in the corner. Judge: Aecas is dissecting the Demon right here in front of us! Annie: And look at that expression on his face! Ejiro: This is not a good night to be Jimmy Liston…. Judge: Aecas has had problems with the Urban Decay on more than one occasion but at that time Liston was not a part of the stable. Now he’s guilty by association! Aecas leans down, wrapping one huge arm around Liston’s waist as his other moves down to hook the left leg of his opponent, lifting him effortlessly and sitting him on the turnbuckle facing out towards the fans. The Black Angel slowly climbs up after his opponent; looking out at the crowd, in the close confines of the arena the camera clearly capture the look of psychotic anger twisting his face into a nightmarish mask. The Black Angel climbs up slowly, wrapping his arms around Liston’s waist as the fans get more and more audible as they know what coming. Judge: Aecas is looking to end this one early! Ejiro: No way! Liston can’t succumb to this! Annie: He’s just had his brains smashed out Ejiro he’s in no state to do anything! Aecas stands on the top rope for a brief second before he jumps backwards, hauling Jimmy Liston with him as he dives backwards off of the top rope, throwing Liston up and away from him in mid air. The Demon lands hard taking a great deal of the impact on his head and neck, rolling backwards and slumping down to the canvas as the ring shudders form the huge impact of the two bodies. Annie: Fallen Angel! Judge: The bottom just dropped out for Liston! And Aecas is back up on his feet! This match is already over! Aecas is back on his feet seconds after the impact, stomping towards The Demon and drags his limp body back up to his feet, shoving Liston’s head between his legs he looks out at the crowd. The Black Angel roars an indiscriminate cry of hatred before drawing his thumb across his neck in a throat cutting gesture, fans mimic the move as the cheering threatens to shake the building as though they know this match is going to end quickly its going to end painfully for the Urban Decay. Ejiro: Long! Get in there and do your job! You can’t let this happen! Judge: Aecas is going to kill Jimmy Liston! He already dropped him on his head seconds ago! And now he’s fixing to do it again! Aecas leans forwards wrapping his huge arms around Liston’s waist and hoisting his opponent up to shoulder height before letting him flop back down, dangling helplessly upside down and at the not so tender mercy of the Black Angel. Aecas glares out at the fans as they cheer louder, demanding to see him drill his opponent into the canvas, and the Black Angel does not disappoint, leaping high into the air, twisting his body around and driving Jimmy Liston headfirst into the canvas. Judge: EXECUTIONER! Annie: The game is over for Liston! Aecas stays on his knees, rolling over The Demon’s limp body and crossing his arms over his chest in a Darkness Pin as Long makes the count. ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! … … … THREEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DING! DING! DING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Aecas releases The Demon and starts to get back up to his feet as Dark Funeral’s “Dead Skin Mask” blasts from the arena speakers once again, Funyon stands up to make his announcement as the fans rock the small arena with their cheers. Funyon: The winner of the match by pinfall! The Bla……. Funyon is cut off and the music cuts out as Tyler Sullivan rushes into the ring, smashing a steel chair into the back of the rising giant, sending Aecas stumbling forwards. Ejiro: And Tyler Sullivan has seen enough! The Black Angel turns around right into another hard chair shot, sending him staggering back into the ring ropes. Tyler drops the chair grabbing the Black Angel’s right arm and trying to Irish Whip him across the ring, for a moment it looks as if Sullivan may succeed until Aecas’ body twists around and reverses the Whip sending Tyler careening across the ring and into the ropes. Annie: He’s going to see a lot more Ejiro! And this time its up close and personal! Sullivan rebounds off of the ropes and races back towards Aecas, a second before the two collide the giant’s arms shoot out, grabbing Tyler under the armpits and hoisting him high into the air. The Black Angel’s hands grab Sullivan’s trousers at the hip, Tyler actually hovering in mid air for a split second before Aecas drives him down onto the canvas making the ring shake once again. Judge: Descent into Darkness on Sullivan! Ejiro: He can’t do that! Sullivan doesn’t deserve this! Annie: Then he should have thought twice about assaulting the man who just destroyed his former tag team partner! Aecas stands in the centre of the ring and slowly stoops, grabbing the steel chair and looking at the dent his head made in the steel before looking down at the fallen Tyler Sullivan. The Black Angel holds the chair high with one hand as the other points at the fallen Sullivan, an even sharklike grin spreading across his face as the fans cheer even louder at this new promise of violence. Judge: This just got a whole lot worse for Tyler Sullivan! He’s down in the ring and now Aecas has the chair! Ejiro: For god’s sake can we get some security in the ring to haul that freak out of here?! Aecas slowly moves across the ring and climbs up one of the turnbuckles slowly, he perches on the top ropes chair in one hand before slowly standing up and holding the chair up high to the cheers of the fans. The Black Angel leaps of off the turnbuckle, his huge form sailing gracefully through the air before gravity takes hold, dropping the chair and his huge elbow right onto Tyler Sullivan’s face! HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Judge: Hard Rain with a steel chair! Sullivan is OUT! Annie: Did you see the height on that jump?! Aecas slowly gets back up to his feet and moves to the ropes, stepping through the cables and dropping down to the floor, snatching his Flick Scythe from the Timekeepers table and thrusting it into the air, the blade snapping out as he roars out at the crowd. The Black Angel stalks around the ring, either not feeling or simply ignoring the fans slapping him on the back as he moves up the short aisle, turning as he reaches the entrance way to raise his scythe in salute one last time to the screaming fans. The Black Angel’s face has returned to its usual blank impassive mask as he looks down at the devastation in the ring, a brief sadistic half smile twists the right hand side of his mouth before he disappears into the darkness of backstage. Judge: That was just unbelievable, this match started out with Liston really taking it to his huge opponent, to Jimmy’s credit he showed no fear or intimidation going up against Aecas. He had the big man absolutely reeling with his offence at the start of this match and….. Annie: And then Aecas snapped? Judge: For want of a better word yes…. Ejiro: As soon as this show is over I’m calling the nearest asylum, I’m going to have that freak hauled off to the nearest looney bin and given his on nice padded cell. Annie: I think you’re overreacting Ejiro. Ejiro: Overreacting?! LOOK INTO THE RING ANNIE! Do you really want this guy stomping around here? Annie: The fans seem to like him. Ejiro: Fans are idiots Annie you know that! Bunch of stupid marks….. Judge: Be that as it may we still have one more match to come for you tonight folks and it’s the big one. Two Falls, Two Titles the European and the World Title are both on the line tonight in our main event. And we have to wonder who will leave as the champions, The Insane Luchador? Todd Royal? Or Landon Maddix? Stay tuned and find out after the break! The camera view cuts away from the announcers table and the show fades out to commercial, the last shot of the segment is Jimmy Liston and his friend Tyler Sullivan slowly making their way out of the ring, each nursing a sore head, and each man with a reason to hate Aecas.

A Public Service Announcement from the Smarks Junior League You should have seen three matches in the first hour of tonight's Metal broadcast. You should have seen six competitors perform during those matches. However, you will not be seeing any of them. G0R0 has eaten them all. Instead, we will fill this hour of programming with a stirring rendition of Ian singing the theme song to SpongeBob SquarePants. Repeatedly. Well, as you all should know by now, Zed has accepted a position with WFCC and so effective immediately, I am taking over as head booker on JLCC. (Don't worry, no crazy stip shows have been planned for future SJL events. Yet.) I just want to go over a couple things with everybody now that I have your attention. First, the announcement you've all been wanting to hear, the selection of the new booker to enter JLCC. Well, it was very close, but after a tough decision, the newest member of JLCC is... Tom Flesher! Tom will begin marking on JL events effective immediately, and will take the slot Zed vacated (posting Crimson and booking Metal on alternate Thursdays). Second, I have opened my AIM name so that everyone can see when I'm online. (I formerly had it set to only appear to people on my buddy list.) If anyone needs to contact me for any reason (to request time off, to ask a question, to request a specific match, or anything really), don't hesitate to send me an IM at Longdoggah on AIM. I may not be in chat very often but I'm online quite a bit and can be reached here. I can also be reached by PM, but if you prefer email (or if my PM box is somehow full) I can be reached by email at [email protected]. That's all I have for the moment, so I'll get down off my soapbox. Everybody congratulate Tom Flesher on his ascension into JLCC, and in the meantime, I look forward to reading Wrath tomorrow night! -LDP

Actually, Todd, I didn't cut anything. I copied your entire PM. Must have got cut off or something.
