Once you get in and are able to check IP's, it's clear to see which matches are reliable and which ones aren't. For instance, AOL addresses usually have about 15-20 people with the same IP. The main thing I was trying to get across was, unless we have concrete proof that someone is a PBP, then we're not going to ban them if they're not actually doing anything wrong. In most of these cases, people just want them gone because they don't like them.
-
One more thing. Regarding PBP's. If you suspect someone is a PBP, send a PM to a moderator. If we check the IP's, and don't find anything, THAT'S THE END IF IT. Period. You are not to harass that person outside of the Chocolate Socket, and you are not to berate the mods for not banning said person. It's not our fault that we don't have concrete proof of someone using a proxy. When the person ACTUALLY does something wrong, we'll take action.

You gonna take advice from somebody who slapped Dee Barnes?

As far as the rest of the game, Jamaal Tinsley was excellent, scoring a season-high 23, narrowly missing a triple-double with 8 boards and 8 assists, as well as 4 steals, and making some big shots down the stretch. Harrington had 28 points, including SIX 3-pointers (!). Only negatives for the Pacers were, as mentioned before, a lot of missed layups, which (along with horrendous officiating in the 4th quarter) really kept a two-point win from being a double-digit win, and they didn't get much off the bench, though Daniels made a couple big plays. Jason Richardson left early in the game due to soreness in his knee, but I was so into that game I honestly had no clue he was gone until I just read the recap. I can't recall the last time I was that into a game in November. As for the Warriors, textbook Don Nelson team...lots of running, lots of scoring, but that defense...*shudder* Tinsley dribbled the length of the court, waltzed right into the lane and got three straight layups in the last minute of the half. We had no trouble whatsoever getting inside on them, it was just a matter of converting. I really feel like the Warriors should have blown us right of the floor, being on the second game of a back-to-back. But Monta Ellis...man. Kid can play.

I do plan to feedback this show, I just haven't had time. I'll get to it by Friday, if I can't tommorrow.
-
...was that STEPHEN JACKSON I just saw hit the game winner??? Holy shit!
-
If the Pacers weren't missing layups every other play, this would be a blowout right now. The backboard is there for a reason, guys, use it.

Something I've just recently noticed...is Tom Tolbert still with ESPN? I don't believe I've heard him do a game this year. I'd be disappointed if he was gone. Jon Barry tries, but it's not quite the same as Walton and Tolbert. Though I did laugh at his "Yeah, well, I got traded for Alaa Abdelnaby!" line.

Pacers get the win in Portland in a very tense game, the Blazers fought all the way to the bitter end. Randolph was amazing, Foster was on him like glue all night, but he kept putting in tough shot after tough shot. The percentage wasn't as good as it seemed watching the game, but yet another 25-10 outing (30 & 11 to be exact. Guy's really an All-Star level talent, too bad he's overlooked due to the offcourt stuff. Jarrett Jack was most impressive, as well. Jermaine puts up 20/8/6/5 blocks, and Jasikevicius and Granger combine for 38 off the bench. Golden State tommorrow, I'm interested to see if this team is for real. Right now, they're the same as the Hawks, I'll believe them in the playoffs when I see it. Hopefully Jermaine's able to go, he sprained his ankle in the third quarter and was very slow getting up, but came back to finish the game.

OK, I misread above. I meant he allows them to view the board for the stats. The PM's I'm sure have nothing to do with that, so you can just block those as mentioned earlier.
-
No idea. I have mine set on 100 now. I'd imagine it was some kind of upgrade to the board.
-
I acutally brought this up with Mike when the banning originally took place, and he said he allows it because it's good for page views and board stats. They still can't post on the board, and you can block them from PM'ing you if they're doing so.

I was actually just about to do that. Well done.

Jeez, as if her face wasn't busted enough already.

Feedback~ The Heavenly Rockers are out to not just win the titles, but to MAIM~! But the Sooners survive, pulling out all the stops, and retaining. Good stuff. The highlight of GPX-Bruce/Landon had to be Bruce's antics before and during the match. Another really hot match with a lot of teased finishes, which is always fun. Guess the Gimmick Elimination Chamber isn't happening, either. Really liked the Enterprise/Rescue 911 match. The Diablos were entertaining, and the commentary in particular took me right back to old school Survivor Series. Well done. Fun little X-survivor match. "It" seems like an interesting character. Venom gutted it out, but the injuries were just too much. I thought that Kawada would wind up either overcoming the deficit and winning or coming close in the end, so the ending was a bit surprising, as well. Funny thing, as I was reading the post match, when Coach brought up slipping on a banana peel, my initial thought was that a banana was a handle for Ramone, ala Carlito and his apple, and that Venom actually did slip on a banana peel. Which would have been the greatest stretcher job in history. Overall, good stuff. And a great, heated match as expected from Zack and Cortez. Both men pulling out all the stops in their hatred for one another, ending with a golden oldie from Zack. MOTN: Zack Malibu vs Todd Cortez LOTN:

I was thinking maybe we could do an angle where all the would-be qualifiers were granted a shot at the title at whatever point of their choice down the road? Or would that be overkill?

OAOAST Six-Man Tag Team Titles Alfdogg & Team Canada © vs Brock Ausstin & America's Team

NYU did mention above that he'd have an explanation for the show. I sent him another PM about it.
-
Hey. Just spoke with NYU, and we've decided that the ME, unfortunately, isn't going to happen after all. I would suggest US/Canada, for the feel-good ending thing, but quality-wise, I wouldn't say that it's really PPV ME-quality. Maybe stick Cortez/Malibu in that spot instead?

Pacers get a big win Friday night against Cleveland, then turn around and get blown out by the Raptors this afternoon. It won't get any easier, our next home game is December 8.
